Guest Reviews
- Elaine (10/5): Staff was exceptional. Accommodating our request for a first floor with fair warning that it could get noisy with people - We liked having an apartment instead of just a hotel room. It was very clean.
- Ira (8/5): Good value - Very Friendly - This was an off-season stay. Older, but very well-maintained property Extremely friendly staff. Nice pool. Bif two-floor unit. Nice kitchen. Very comfortable.
- Terrence (9/5): Superb -
- Johnny (8/5): - The place was difficult to find during the night when we arrive.
- Rivera (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Doug (10/5): - We had family in town and wanted to share Cape Cod with them for their first experience, Cape Winds was a lovely over night stay.
- Paloma (10/5): - Very good place ❤️
- Janet (8/5): Comfortable and spacious accommodation - Spacious
Kitchen facilities
The staff Bit tired
- Nicole (10/5): - So clean
- Sean (8/5): - Really was pleasantly surprised. Loved this place
- Meg (8/5): Very good -
- Michal (8/5): Great place - the place is in a great location, big apartment with everything you need the bathtub was peeling and the lighting was not geat
- Joan (7/5): 3rd & last time. - Good price & location. Brian very helpful & able to resolve TV & window problems Friday pm. Spoke to upstairs guests who were slightly less noisy after that. Upstairs guests noisy. Facility old. Bed hard. 1 toilet rocked. Windows stuck open first night. Trouble with 1 TV first night.
- Mike (7/5): I wish I had picked the two-floor apartment instead of the one floor suite. - It was adequate. Nothing fancy. Appliances worked. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. No coffee filters! No toiletries (shampoo, conditioner). You could hear the upstairs tenant walking around. Floor above us seemed weak. Room may have experienced a flood. Rust stains in ceiling. A couple of water collectors on the cabinets. My wife said the place smelled musty. There was an unpleasant odor, a kind of sickly smelling cleaner, at the foyer entrance. Not unsanitary, just unpleasant.
- Naja (8/5): - Cute property great for families
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Bernadette (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jemima (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynda (7/5): Good - The team of workers were very welcoming and professional. They kept me informed about my stay as well as accommodated my requests in a timely manner. I did not like that the air conditioning was "stinky" and the space seemed moist, the floor did not dry after showering as well as the room had a musty smell. I solved the problem with air fresheners, and it was ok.
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kamal (10/5): Was perfect - Staff and location was great
- Carmen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Renaud (10/5): We loved this place! - The property was awesome. N/A
- Yelena (10/5): Tha is Brian and staff! - Brian was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Our suite had drainage issues and maintenance wasn't available so he upgraded us to a two-story king suite instead for no additional charge. Pool is clean and a nice size, jacuzzi was super relaxing after a long day of driving and the beach. Highly recommend! Price was a little steep but the upgraded room made up for that.
- Alexander (10/5): - Our party (two adults and one child) had a wonderful time. We stayed just one night but plan to come back again next time we're in Cape Cod. The pool was fun and the hot tub was nice. Kids under 14 are no allowed into the hot tub, which helped make it more relaxing. We stayed overnight on a Sunday and the property was very quiet. They also have a few grills, which we didn't get to use, but noted for next time.
- Jeyli (10/5): - Todo muy bueno hasta que la alarma de incendios sonó a la 1am y tuvimos que salir de la habitación, pero muy cómodo y precio súper y tiene todo muy cerca
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Had everything you need. Just bring your own coffee. You can cook inside or out perfect for families Nothing
- Angela (10/5): A taste of home away from home - Our trip was last minute, and the only room available was a “family” room, but we decided to book it despite the extra cost. And, boy, were we glad we did—it was super spacious, incredibly clean and well kept, and chock full of amenities—full kitchen, private patio, and 2 bathrooms to boot! We felt right at home in the comfy living room and dining room. And the hotel location is within minutes to everything you’d want, including beaches, markets, and restaurants. Cape Winds Resort is definitely on our radar going forward.
- Kathi (10/5): Excellent. The staff was friendly, informative, the facilities were clean. I enjoyed our stay. - It was clean. It was stocked appropriately and anything needed you could get right next door at the grocery store. The bed was comfortable. And the location was perfect. The price was right. I don't have any dislikes about the property .
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 2 issues I had was
1- temperature of the apt. It seemed the AC wasn’t working properly. It was quite humid in the bedroom being set at 68 with the door shut.
We did notice a gap right underneath the AC unit to the outside. Not sure if this is the cause.
2-the water pressure. I struggled with getting the soap out of my hair for instance, because there was no pressure in the shower. Not sure if all your units are the same.
- Dante (10/5): Exceptional stay - The staff was extremely welcoming and contacted us when a friend forgot two of their items in the room.
- Amy (7/5): Did the job, but very tired property - Very spacious 2 BR suite and love the full kitchen. Water bottle left on window sill, very outdated furnishings--towels were stained and didn't match, mildew on shower curtain, chipped bowl
- Isata (4/5): - Rooms were musty and not well kept. Shower looked dirty. Bathroom fan wasn’t working.
- Elisabeth (10/5): I highly recommend this place , it’s decent apartment , lots of space , very comfortable! - Very clean Everything was good
- Lisa (8/5): It was excellent! - It was perfect for my family (husband and two toddlers). I also liked that the pool was indoors. We went for a a couple days when it rained and that worked out perfectly. The staff was very nice and let us bring guests (our family members) to use to the pool with us.
- Gokhan (2/5): - Terrible place to stay, cracks on wall, water was leaking from ceiling, shower area was all rusty, carpets were smell like death mouse, bed bugs were under mattress, soon you get the hotel, it smells cow manure all over the place..My son got asthma and we couldn’t stay no longer and we left. This place is definitely Terrible to stay.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional - It seems very well run.
- Tina (10/5): - It was very convenient to things aroynd to do!
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb - The rooms were spacious with an outdoor sitting area. Indoor and outdoor games were available. The staff was kind and helpful. The setting was convenient to attractions.
- Courtney (2/5): - Unfortunately our a/c did not work in lower half of townhouse. The closet doors did not work as it kept coming off the tracks. Office staff was very nice, gave us another DVD player because ours did not work. Musty smell when you enter the room, very humid even with a/c going upstairs. The pool was closed for a while during our stay.
- Angric (9/5): Superb -
- Cleber (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (9/5): Great space for a family getaway. - The staff at Cape Winds Resort was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space, and the pool was absolutely fantastic. It was conveniently located, with a supermarket close by, restaurants and shops in the vicinity, and central Hyannis a short drive away. The carpeting on the staircase has to go, but that's about the only thing I can think of in terms of constructive criticism.
- Jessica (10/5): - The room was clean, area was nice. Really likes the set up of the room just a little dangers for little kids with the stairs other than that loved it!
- Farah (10/5): - Great stay!
- Martin (8/5): Over all a pleasant experience. Will book again - Location to downtown. And the fact it was more of an apartment than a motel room. Only thing I didn't like was the sofa.. Very uncomfortable and hard to get out of
- Mark (8/5): Sooo much space! - Great employees! Pool hours on Friday are a little weird, but whatever. Some upgrades are needed but not a deal breaker, cleanliness could be better but is still acceptable. Overall would definitely stay here again
- Roberto (9/5): Superb -
- candace (10/5): - We very much enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back again. This is the perfect place for families. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are amazing and they supply the towels. The staff are very warm and friendly. The bed was super comfy and loved that we had two bathrooms. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen which makes eating in easy. The place is very clean and cute and conveniently located next to a grocery store. The resort staff recommended Tugboats for dinner on the water and even made the reservation for us on a busy Friday night and we did not have to wait when we arrived at the restaurant. This place was a 10/10 so good. We can’t wait to come back to Cape Winds!
- Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandra (10/5): We had a fantastic stay. - Everything was so perfect. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable we ever had at a hotel. The terrace was wonderful.
The living room was beautifully appointed and so comfortable.
The pool was perfectly heated and a wonderful size.
We loved everything about the Cape Winds resort and will certainly recommend it to whoever goes to Cape Cod. We loved everything about this place.
- Sharon (9/5): Great value - Great location well groomed grounds! Suite for the price of a single room Wish pool was outside
- Delysia (9/5): Excellent value for the price in Hyannis - Almost everything Sofa bed was noisy
- Christoph (9/5): Superb -
- Neshanett (10/5): Exceptional -
- Edgar (10/5): - This place is awesome!
- Edgar (10/5): - Very accommodating!
- Nathalia (8/5): Very good - covered pool and outdoor space the full room would need a renovation and possibly a better extra bed
- Catherine (10/5): - Awesome
- Tiffany (4/5): - Rooms VERY outdated. If you get the room with the wind staircase, you will have to be a smaller stature kind of person or you will find it very difficult to go up and down. If you stay multiple days, no one is going to come and replace towels or tidy the room. The air fresheners in the rooms are VERY strong and may trigger allergies if you are sensitive to scent. The woman behind the counter who smiles all the time is a gem, the other women, are not so kind. The pool and jacuzzi is the one thing that is a calling for this place. It feels difficult writing this because the woman is so friendly but this is a honest review.
- Margarita (6/5): Pleasant - 1st floor was very loud. Could hear neighbors.
- Verified traveler (10/5): You will Remember & Return.. - Overall this property feels like home.
It’s warm and cozy.
Everything is very close.
Recommend 100 out of 100.

- Tajaun (10/5): - Loved everything as it was all we needed for a quick weekend trip. It was affordable and met all our needs. Staff was very accomodating. Would stay here again.
- sweswe (10/5): - Spacious facilities! Love that they have 2 bathrooms in one room.
- Alexander (8/5): - Very nice front desk folks and quick check in process. The room was very clean, felt very cozy and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were really nice as well.

- Harry (10/5): PERFECT - Staff, accommodations and location No negatives encountered
- Greg (9/5): Superb -
- SORIN (8/5): - Friendly staff. Layout was smaller than expected. Not a fan of the spiral staircase, especially with small children.
- Michael (8/5): - The place was great. Could have used some renovations and modernizations. But was a nice getaway. Only complaint was the lack of hot water on demand, it took 1-2 minutes for shower to get hot water. And there was no vent in the bathroom leading to very humid conditions inside the townhome. Shower left a lot to be desired, but other than that it was great.
- Michelle (4/5): Great place! Great value! - Great pool and jacuzzi. Room was really nice. The bed was very uncomfortable
- Kedna (9/5): Superb -
- Bev (5/5): Comfortable but dated - Close to our friends Electrical wires were showing which is dangerous. No tea or coffee
- Susan (8/5): Very good - 2 BR unit layout with 2 baths, pool, outdoor games, convenient location, great staff interactions.
