• Susan (5/5): Passable - My room was very close to the care facility, to the pools, jacuzzi, and the nice café. There were ramps and sidewalks everywhere, so I could role my suitcase with ease between my car and my room. My room was in the older part of the hotel and was dank. I had to sleep with the windows open. Then the sprinklers came on in the middle of the night, waking me up several times before dawn.

• Alejandro (4/5): Distressful and disappointing stay in Rancho Labradores - It seems that the hotel was in good conditions some years ago. We booked a massage session for the family at an extra cost and the value for money was excellent. Decorations are nice, the size of the rooms are very good and the appliances that are supplied work well. It was shocking for us that we booked to be in a quiet and peaceful place to have some relaxing times with family and we found that we had to share the premises (including contiguous rooms to ours), swimming pool and in general public facilities with elderly people that had mental issues. We heard noises at night and even some people yelling in the morning, coming from the rooms. It is not ethic to promote a hotel and then share the premises with vulnerable patients like those. In addition, main swimming pool was very dirty, there was an indoor one that was not working; we tried to get some hammocks in reception and they did not have any (despite they announce them in many signs around). In summary, a completely lack of maintenance and care for visitors like us! At night, we came back from San Miguel and were expecting tight security measures to enter the premises, which did not happen; the guy at the entrance did not even ask us anything to let us in!!!

• Robert (7/5): Hotel has seen better days. Not enough attention to upgrading beds, and rooms in general. - Breakfast was fairly good. The grounds and setting were attractive and peaceful Bed was old and uncomfortable. Wifi was spotty at best. Room had no AC or fan. Equipment in gym was poorly maintained. Pool towels were ratty.
• Javier (6/5): - Un poco descuidado las habitaciones, había ruido en l habitación porque nos tocó el Elevador al lado y se escuchaba cada vez que subía o bajaba, las cortinas viejas y feas, estaba toda la luz de sol, toallas descuidadas, creo que por el precio puedes encontrar algo mejor. La alberca no estaba tan caliente y aparte es la Misma que compartes con todo el fraccionamiento así que estaba lleno de niños porque había un fiesta infantil.

FUIMOS A UNA BODA CERCA Y RESULTO MUY CONVENIENTE PARA NUESTRA ESTADIA, TODO EXCELENTE, DESDE LA LIMPIEZA, EL SERVICIO Y ATENCIONES POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL QUE NOS ATENDIO MUY AMABLEMENTE. • Karin (9/5): Love the surroundings, with the exception of work trucks that constantly amble by. - Always enjoy the Cafe! The waiters & workers are always so friendly and willing to provide the best experience. A few odds and ends had to be figured out. Didn't get on WiFi till the day before we left; no WiFi information available in the room. TV was a bit glitchy and beds were a bit uncomfortable. Yet, we got used to them. I would suggest offering some fresh fruit and yogurt in the little tienda for those of us who cannot or do not have access to a store outside of Los Labradores.

• Patricia (8/5): - I came to Las Labrodores, a gated community, to visit a friend who was in a nursing home there. I felt very safe walking from the hotel to the nursing home. The cafe in the complex was convenient and the meals there were good. The hotel room was large and had a kitchen but the kitchen had no lighting and only one pot to use for cooking. There was no thermostat in the room and the room was cold in the morning. One medium size bottle of water was provided per day so it was necessary to buy more water. One individual packet of coffee was provided even though I stayed 3 days and was provided a coffee pot in the room. Los Labradores is not a luxury resort but it is nice and was convenient for my purposes.

El hotel está bien pero falta mantenimiento en los jardines, muy crecidos; la alberca llena de hojas y falta pintura en algunas partes. La cafetería muy rico pero el servicio es regular. Las instalaciones del edificio del hotel tienen las escaleras y elevador al final de un pasillo largo, por lo que a personas mayores o con discapacidad se les dificulta el traslado a las habitaciones.
• Roberto (10/5): Un hotel de lujo para una estancia de lujo - Realmente tratar de explicar mi experiencia es dificil, creo que el mejor resumen que les puedo dar es que es un hotel 100% familiar, con instalaciones de primera categoria, con servicio de 5 estrellas, en el cual puedes realmente descansar; muy cerca de san miguel de allende y de dolores hidalgo.

• EDMUNDO (8/5): Hotel ideal para pasarlo en familia - El hotel es cómodo, limpio, cuenta con un espacio muy amplio en la estancia así como en las habitaciones, en mi caso vine con 6 adultos y 2 bebés y no estuvimos para nada apretados. La estancia cuenta con una cocina muy equipada, utensilios de cocina, así como estofa eléctrica y refrigerador mediano. Lo malo, el wifi nunca funcionó, en recepción dijeron que era por que mi equipo era de Apple y que por eso no funcionaba, además, que el personal de recepción no es del todo muy amable, solo cuentan con una plancha y un burrito de planchar para todo el hotel y eso si, el pago es por adelantado.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Estancia en Semana Santa - El hotel es el lugar ideal para pasar semana santa, esta dentro de un condominio bonito a las afueras de San Miguel por tanto es indispensable tener coche. La oferta de alimentos es limitada dentro del hotel. Las instalaciones de juegos infantiles están descuidadas. Los residentes del rancho y el personal del hotel son muy amables y amigables.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Pésima la atención del personal - Decidí quedarme en este hotel por ser pet friendly y por error de ellos me asignaron una habitación que no era para mascotas y durante toda mi estancia el personal no dejo de hacer advertencias sobre el reglamento de mascotas y que la multa hasta por ladridos era de 1000 pesos, y en una ocasión alguien del personal se portó muy grosero y descortés alzándome la voz. Por otro lado, no recomiendo que se hospeden lejos de San Miguel, el día 24 de diciembre a las 9 de la noche presenciamos un accidente terrible en la carretera, es mejor opción quedarse en el pueblo. En general no ofrece grandes beneficios más que una pequeña cocina, el personal muy grosero y fue una mala experiencia haciéndome pasar malos momentos.

• julia (10/5): excelente - El hotel es muy bonito, esta un poco retirado pero lo vale, si vas en camión, toma de ahí de la central uno que vaya a dolores y que te baje en el rancho, te cobra 13 pesos y de regreso solo sales a la carretera y cualquier camión te lleva a la central igual por 13 pesos, el hotel cuenta con alberca y aguas termales, así como cancha de tenis, algunas de las habitaciones cuentan con cocineta y refrigerador, el personal es muy amable y cordial, definitivamente lo recomiendo para ir en pareja o con amigos.

• Michael R (8/5): Hotel is an ranch - The hotel/Ranch is about 15 miles outside of town and unless you have a rental car, cab cost will add up. The Internet is too slow if you can get it at all and don't count on watching any of your favorite shows on tv. There is a limited number of rooms and our first night there we had no water when we got up the next day. The front office staff doesn't get there until 10:00am to give you any kind of help other than that everything was great.
