- Julieta (6/5): - una persona en el cuarto hacía ruido al entrar y salir de la habitación, cuando uno se hospeda en un hostal con otras personas sabe que debe de ser cuidadoso, pero a esta persona no le importó, y prendia las luces y hacía mucho ruido, si bien esto no es cumpla del hostal, pero no estaría de más dejar un reglamento claro para los huéspedes que no saben cómo comportarse en uno

- Jayne (7/5): Great location, clean and friendly loo - It was clean, beds were relatively comfy, the location was excellent with less than 10 minute walk to the Cathedral and lots of cafes nearby. Kitchen was well stocked with what you need equipment wise (although no toaster). The WiFi was incredibly unpredictable. I was forced to use my own data the majority of my time as it simply wouldn't connect which I found difficult if I was planning what to do as my data wasn't strong either so I'd end up on cafes with WiFi. If you plan to work remote here I wouldn't recommend it as I saw many really frustrated moving around the hostel trying to find a spot that worked.

- Jonathan (9/5): Great little hotel in San Miguel - Very clean and well kept property with a fantastic location right in the centre of San Miguel. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Complimentary towels were a nice touch. There is a nice garden and courtyard out the back to relax. Excellent value for money. Kitchen is somewhat basic and there is no indoor lounge.

Como indicado yo debia trabajar y el servicio de internet fue sumamente deficinte, no baja señal sino internet sin servicio por completro, afectó mi trabajo tuve que usr mos datos del mobil lo que me salio mas caro en dinero y resultado de trabajo afectado. De haber sabido hubiera buiscado una alternativa de internet con anticpacion. El hotel es muy bueno en verdad todo lo demas. Solo que publiquen que su internet no sirve. Gracias

- Kiara (10/5): Très bon séjour à San Miguel de Allende - L'hostel est très bien situé, il est à proximité du centre. L'hostel est propre avec draps et serviettes fournis. Il fait assez froid dans les chambres, heureusement il y a de grandes couvertures et de l'eau chaude.

I don't know her name. but it's so easy to recognize since she has the most angry mean face in whole Mexico. she never answer ur message. and is very impatient with the foreigners who is still learning Spanish. and refuse to see or listen the translation from English. in a word. stay away from her. this is the kind of people who will ruin ur trip.

The photos are very misleading as the room doesn’t look anything like the picture. our room window looked into the laundry room so we had no natural light at all. the side lights displayed in the photos were not in the room. we had to share a bathroom, luckily for us no one else seemed to ever be using it.

- Arno (8/5): Very good - We liked the back yard with grass and the big kitchen sitting area, outdoors but covered. Well located a few minutes walk from everything. Good price! The kitchen missed the basic essentials, like cutlery.

Purified water dispenser was provided in common area for guests to fill up their own bottles. Nice touch as SMA has very dry climate and a challenge to stay hydrated. Noisy neighborhood so earplugs are a must. TV in room only had one station. I'm used to hanging up towel as a signal to staff that I'll be reusing towel to conserve water so it was surprising that new towels were provided each day. Unsure how to have reusable towel as option. Bed was hard. Location is about a 15 minute walk to get to city center and I was prepared. Might be off-putting for others as SMA is quite hilly.
