Guest Reviews
- Karen (8/5): Brewster Green. - Spacious living room. Quiet resort. Great walking area and safe. Convenient to visit family and friends. Well stocked kitchen. King bed very comfortable in master bedroom. 2 bathrooms. D50 unit master bedroom needs room darkening shades. Bright sun into room in the morning by 6am. Shades are light filtering. Very hard twin mattress in second bedtoom.
- Miguel (10/5): Fantastic condo for families visiting Cape Cod - The property is fantastic, we had an amazing time with our family and look forward to returning! I want to exceptionally call out the great service from the hotel manager. We had issues with our car upon arriving and she helped us so much, and turned what could have been a terrible start to our vacation to an unforgettable one!
- Tatiana (10/5): The best place to stay in Orleans-Brewster. We would happily come back here again. - The location is magnificent. Nickerson Park is just a five-minute drive away, while Orleans is an 8–10-minute ride. The surrounding area offers wonderful opportunities for walking. It is a very quiet spot where you can enjoy your morning coffee on a sunny terrace, surrounded by squirrels and colorful birds. Furthermore, you can walk directly from the property to the bike path and continue your journey toward Brewster or Orleans. In Orleans, Friends’ Marketplace features a superb deli section with ready-to-eat meals. The apartment kitchen is fully equipped—it contains absolutely everything you could possibly need. For the first time in my life, I witnessed such impeccable organization of the contents of the drawers. The apartment itself is absolutely huge; it features a fireplace, several sofas, and armchairs—in short, everything necessary to spend a comfortable and relaxing evening. The kitchen, living room, and a half-bath are located on the lower floor. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor. Parking is available right in front of the door. There is plenty of closet space. I would like to provide space for outerwear in the entryway—right by the entrance. It would also be convenient to place one Queen-size bed and one single or twin-size bed in the second bedroom.
Late check-in and early check-out.

- MaryKate (10/5): Great stay. - We loved how spacious our unit was and the beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the indoor pool and game room. Washing machine and dishwasher were very loud.
- Elizabeth (10/5): -

- Allison (2/5): - My son has a service dog and always has due to having diabetes. We have stayed at many hotels throughout the years and I am well aware of my son’s rights and the laws of what hotels are allowed to do and NOT allowed to do. They are allowed to ask you two questions regarding the nature of the disability and what service the dog provides. I emailed them the answer to the two questions prior to arrival as they demand you must in their page long service dog/pet policy. I arrive and they check me in without an issue. Then I get my phone blowing up the next day saying I need to come in and sign their service dog policy and they need to go over it. I said I emailed you prior to arrival your two questions and that’s all I am required to do. Then I end up goi g to

- John Paul (10/5): Great Cape Getaway! - The nice units. Very spacious. HVAC filter, I had them replace it.
- Amy (8/5): Great value for the price, needs updating but well tended to. Excellent staff. - The amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, fitness area, game room with table hockey, ping pong, etc, kids playground) were really terrific and the family enjoyed them. The condition of these exceeded my expectations for a resort initially built around 1980. They staff has done a great job keeping things clean, functional, and available to guests. Also the rooms were very clean and the townhouse we stayed in was spacious with three bedrooms and a great value. The property definitely could use some updating. I think this varies by unit, though. I also would have liked if the outdoor space at the individual unit was a little nicer. A concrete patio and plastic table and chairs were a bit of a let down.
- Julia (9/5): Good value for money compared to other accommodation in the area especially given all the facilities - We upgraded to 8 berth for our family of 4 ie 4 adults so we could have 2 bathrooms and adult son and daughter could have room each. We were glad we did this as it was very spacious with good facilities and no need to use sofa bed in lounge. Lots of storage areas, plenty of crockery, glasses etc
Clubhouse offered lots of facilities which were all of good standard and clean. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, games room including table tennis, air hockey, table football, badminton, weights room and racquetball. Outdoor tennis court was good quality with free use of racquets and balls, outdoor shuffle ball and other outdoor equipment. Outdoor space was poor. BBQ and chairs/table were located in shady area only accessible from main bedroom , so we moved them to front by kitchen where we enjoyed more sun.
Our accommodation was a good 5 -8 minute walk away from the clubhouse/ facilities - would have been good if it was a bit closer
- Amit (10/5): Best value for money in cape cod. - Amazing value for money. The 3 bedroom suite is like an entire private house . Two bathes, fully equiped kitchen, huge living room. We loved the indoor pool sauna an hot tub really loved the playing room with air hockey and stuff. 5PM check in is really really late. Didn't love it
- Vicki (10/5): -
- Tino (10/5): Familienfreundlich, alles was man braucht vorhanden - sehr großes Haus, ausreichend für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern!! Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Für Kids und Eltern gibt es gute Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitbeschäftigung!
- Caroline (10/5): Wished we could have stayed longer! - Amenities for everyone to enjoy! Spacious, in unit washer/dryer
- Mary (10/5): Nice spot on the Cape - Front desk was friendly and efficient. Two bedroom was nicely laid out. Didn’t really use kitchen but it was there if we needed it. Pool and other amenities available too. Would stay again.
- Jessica (10/5): - I only stayed for a night, but I found the property comfortable and quiet and I enjoyed the hot tub.
- michael (7/5): ok - pool,,whirlpool,ac and clean, quiet Front desk guy abrasive and not accommodating about a late checkout since the room was vy late because of cleaning issues
- Anne (9/5): - Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Lovely rural environment. Excellent facilities and friendly and helpful staff.
- Nandini (10/5): - Nice and clean
- Christina (8/5): - Very quiet and clean property! I had a 2 bedroom/kitchen/livingroom/diningroom
You have to put all the sheets/pillow cases/towels in bags for the housekeeping when you leave, which I think is odd since you have to pay a cleaning fee! Loved the convenience of washer/dryer in my room There are no blackout curtains, only blinds There was no tv in the 2nd bedroom. The cable didn't have a lot of choices and no Netflix. I had to watch off my phone app. The WiFi/service (I have Verizon's) is very weak for approximately a mile in the outside surrounding area, so set your directions before you leave. Bigger stores like Target/BJs/TJMaxx are 20-30 min away. Overall it was as great place to stay for a long period of time.
- Heather (9/5): Superb - The gent on the front desk was very helpful in several directions.
- Jill (8/5): Very good -
- Thirth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thao (8/5): Very good - Cleanliness, quietness, facilities. Would be nice to be informed in advance that there is no soap or shampoo provided.
- Courtney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (10/5): - Home away from home. We love it here!
- Gail (10/5): We have enjoyed Brewster Green many times and always enjoy our stay. I'm sure we'll be back. - We brought our own breakfast, We had some difficulty using some of outlets. The plug kept slipping out.
- Delmar (2/5): - The sheets on the bed were stained had to throw them off entirely. There were also spiders and other insects running around. Overall it did not seem as if anyone actually cleaned.
- Bartosz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Venesa (8/5): - My Stay was comfortable. I enjoyed it.
- Christine (10/5): - The property itself was wonderful! A nice little getaway. Loved the fact that it was actually a little bit away from town so it was quiet. Family friendly, clean, and great staff! You have a choice between and indoor or outdoor pool (latter of which is seasonal). Will come back again!
- Janiss (10/5): Lovely - Was a great stay. Mike at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Condo was SUPER clean. Mattresses very comfortable, and linens were terrific.
Highly recommend!
- Patty (10/5): Exceptional - They have everything you need!
The beds are so comfortable.
- Rozaliia (10/5): Wonderful - We stayed in a cute one-story townhouse with two bedrooms and a living room. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need — from frying pans and salad bowls to plates, mugs, spoons, a toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and more. There was even a large fridge, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer right in the unit.
There was a big dining table, perfect for gathering with friends, and an electric fireplace that made the space extra cozy. The cottage had plenty of lighting and two full bathrooms. Outside, we had our own private backyard with a BBQ area. Even though it was drizzling, we were able to grill comfortably since the BBQ had a lid and there was a small covered patio in the yard where we could stay dry.
The ocean is just a 10-minute drive away, though we didn’t go because of the rain. However, the pool area was amazing — beautiful, clean, with a hot tub and sauna that were so relaxing.
The staff was incredibly friendly — great people who made us feel welcome. We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely love to come back!
- Kryston (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (10/5): We would come back and recommend this place to everybody. - It was peaceful.
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melissa (10/5): - Spacious, clean, comfortable
- Maria (9/5): Superb -
- Serena (10/5): Just fabulous! - This resort is absolutely fabulous! The condo we stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances, plates, bowls, and cups I could possibly need. We were only here for four days, but it’s the kind of place where you could easily stay for weeks, even a month.
The clubhouse was a fantastic feature, offering a game room, board games, and plenty to do indoors. My personal favorite was the indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Cape Cod itself is huge, with so much to see and do during the day, so having a relaxing and fun space at the clubhouse in the evenings made the stay even better.
I’d highly recommend this resort for both short and long stays—it really has everything you need for a memorable trip to Cape Cod!
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- T L (10/5): Brewster Green - Gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, attractive and comfortable. Would highly recommend, and would stay there again.
- Denise (10/5): - Very relaxing and quiet place to stay. The beds were comfortable and we had everything in the apartment we needed.
- Ella (9/5): Lots of amenities, very comfortable. - Space, well equipped. Hard uncomfortable mattresses. Lots of amenities, but some updates needed in game room (air hockey) , puzzles etc.
- Emory (8/5): - Our hot water tank stopped working on the first night of our stay but the management fixed it right away.
- Antonio (8/5): Very good -
- Ruth (8/5): - It was clearly a dated property, but everything was clean and in good working order. All the employees were courteous and professional.
- Igor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nella (8/5): Very good -
- Ellen (8/5): Very good -
- Stacey (10/5): - Great hidden gem of a property. Very friendly staff and the units were really clean.
- Susan (9/5): Superb - check-in time is later than I would like (though we were able to check-in and hour early) and check-out time is earlier than I would like (we did get a call reminding us we were running late)
- Stacey (10/5): - Great property
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional - Very relaxing stay. Comfortable and ckean.
- Hedstrom (7/5): Good - Very comfortable bed! A bit dated, carpet should be upgraded to laminate flooring
- Nancy (10/5): Exceptional - The size of the unit No restaurants
- Alexandra (10/5): worth every penny!! - We love everything of this place!! It is super comfortable, and it is worth the price for two nights
- Debra (9/5): We would definitely stay at Brewster Green Resort again! - Location was very convenient to stores, restaurants, and attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean, spacious, and like home away from home with a living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath, gas fireplace, and 2 sofa beds downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs with one king and 2 twins, and a full bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could ever need. We were able to make our breakfast and coffee in the unit every day and a couple of dinners, rather than eating out for every meal. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit rather than hunting down a shared laundry. I wish I knew the condo had two floors before we booked, as my son with special needs had to navigate the stairs. I found out later that they do have one-floor units available, which can be arranged by calling ahead. This wasn't specified in Booking.com. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. Many outlets were in inconvenient locations.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debra (10/5): - Very nice layout, clean and easy access to the area.
- Elena (7/5): Good - I loved the kids playground and the tennis court. Also, the indoor pool was great when it rained. Although everything is well maintained, it's time to start upgrading.
- Eugene (10/5): - Exceeded our expectations. The amount of space was huge. A living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and an outdoor patio. It was an unexpected great find.
- Paul (10/5): Everything was excellent. - Hot tub. Well equipped kitchen. Staff was accommodating and very friendly. Everything was well maintained. Grounds were great and nice to take a walk through. There was nothing not to like.
- Marian (8/5): - Spacious condo everything u need
- Yelimeshyn (9/5): Superb -
- Jan (9/5): Nice facilities in a good location. We didn’t use the pools, so can’t comment on them. - Location was good. We’re bikers and liked being close to the CC Rail Trail. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Check in time at 5 pm is very late; I’m used to 3 pm. Check out at 10 am seems early, but ok. 11 am would be better.
- Kevin (9/5): Superb - Spacious accommodations with functioning kitchen. Lots of amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, tennis court, gym). Location was great too, close to lots of beaches and restaurants.
- Megan (10/5): - Really enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice but we found the location a bit inconvenient as we were not able to walk to any restaurants in the area.
- Susan (10/5): - This property was very comfortable, spacious and very clean.
- Susan (7/5): Good -
- Samuel (10/5): VERY comfortable and large place for three couples to stay on the Cape. - I was surprised at how spacious and well laid out the accomodation was. We had three bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining room, a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace under a large screen TV and a quiet back porch that was very private. There are lots of interesting activities and facilities to keep you busy. This was a perfect place for three couples to spend the weekend. We didn't find anything at all to complain about--and we are usually tough on reviews.
- Ainara (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was amazing and the facilities as well!! Such a good experience!
- Matthew (10/5): Cozy - Our stay was really nice. We were surprised how great the space was for the price! First off, it was very spacious. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were very comfy, too. We slept very well. It was private and quiet so we really felt at peace.
The hot tub, pool, and sauna definitely made our stay even better. We would have used the gym, which looked great, but we biked the trail instead.
Overall, we loved and would go back again. We have recommended already to others that want to visit the Cape.
- Michael (9/5): Staff was excellent and the facility was top notch for kids and adults. Will definitely stay again ! - Wasn't aware of breakfast served or not !
- Amy (8/5): - Great size unit and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was comfortable and unlike other places in the area did not blow directly on us which we really liked. The units are quiet and the kitchen nicely equipped.
The negatives were no toiletries at all just a tiny hand soap and they required us to strip all beds and bag linens and towels citing sanitation issues however why don’t their housekeeping wear gloves like they do for the dishes
- Marjorie (7/5): Very comfortable and quiet - The unit was very comfortable and clean. I was surprised there was no shampoo or body wash available in the bathroom.
- Lisa (4/5): Could be so much more - The front desk staff was amazing Mouse traps and poop... the price was unjustly high for what the facility offered... the pool was cloudy and dirty... very out dated
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Anastasia (10/5): - Nice apartment-type accommodation. Our family enjoyed being together and being able to cook. I would recommend to friends to stay.
- Terrence (8/5): - Interior and exterior of the property is a little bit outdated, but overall in decent shape
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful
You can park right in front of the garage at your unit and if you have more than one vehicle, there are additional spaces available nearby
There is an outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool. There’s also tennis courts.
The Cape Cod bike path is nearby
Good beaches nearby, you have to pay for parking at the beaches, but the price is reasonable
Go to Cobies, which is nearby for fried food and ice cream
