I was told that the check in time was 6pm… first time out of dozens of hotel stays. They claim luxury hotel but they only provided shampoo and bath gel, no conditioner; again first time for this experience. Should have picked a different hotel for the money dished out.

Breakfast choices are limited to basic for western cuisine but good choice for Taiwanese food. Bed linens are acceptable quality. Due to green initiatives hotel does not provide toothbrushes, paste shaving sets… The hotel right next to a massage centre and a supermarket.

• Yan Yan (10/5): - Their complementary breakfast has a good selection of food. The staff is friendly and courteous. My room was quite big in size but a bit dim. I was particularly impressed with the huge bathroom. The toilet was equipped with a bidet, and there was a jacuzzi and TV in the bathroom. The only thing that seemed a bit psychedelic was the flashing colored lights in the bathroom. There were lots of TV channels to choose from in many different languages. One more thing that was quite inconvenient was that there was no closet in my room to hang clothes. Overall, this was a good hotel for the price.

• Lian (8/5): 房間舒適度、服務蠻好，敗在管線運作聲音 - 預訂一日香榭麗舍房型(無車庫)，工作人員會先電話聯繫詢問預計到達時間，櫃台於車道入口旁，入退房櫃台人員服務態度良好，進門無菸味，房間、浴室空間蠻大的，按摩浴缸可同時兩位成人使用，沐浴乳、洗髮精不是單包裝，是整罐於浴室，不用怕不夠用，馬桶是免治馬桶，床鋪是兩張單人併成的大床但不會有高低差造成不舒服，床跟枕頭不會過軟不好躺也沒有異味，不會聽到走道和隔壁房聲音隔音蠻好，但晚上要睡覺時安靜下來才發現最大問題，會聽到建築管線持續運作的聲音完全沒停過，應該是空調通風系統部分，搞得兩人睡不好只能開旅館的音樂睡，整個晚上睡睡醒醒的，可惜了房間空間跟床鋪舒適度很好說，附早餐券至2樓餐廳，餐點不多樣但不差，有自助煮麵區、蒸籠港點、吐司兩種跟兩樣麵包、沙拉涼菜、清粥小菜，接近停止供餐時間服務人員會主動提醒房客先取用餐點；蠻多家庭親子入住。 周邊環境:旅館一樓旁有全家，附近也有多間知名餐廳， 但離捷運站有距離。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 泳池的燈是壞的，但KTV體驗很好 - 泳池的燈是壞的，原本以為是找不到開關，請服務人員來看卻說因為買不到該型號燈泡所以目前無法修繕，晚上黑的要命，另外泳池邊的廁所門把也是壞的。雖然睡房冷氣的溫控有點問題，怎麼調整都一直降溫，不過環境整體都算是乾淨舒適，單純唱個KTV再睡一晚是沒問題的。

• Pai-liang (10/5): CP值高，設備高檔舒適又寬敞，下次讓人會想再住的旅館 - 優點 1.飯店新，設備都還在優質狀態(如只要觀察浴室蓮蓬頭出水會不會分叉就知道) 2.入住直接在車道入口CHECK IN、OUT 3.設備齊全，附的咖啡、茶包不隨便、點心、衛浴品給得很大方。 4."高級"TOTO免治馬桶 5.大型按摩浴缸 6.坪數超大，視覺裝潢也很高檔 7.有健身房還可以玩SWITCH、手足球 8.附宵夜、早餐 9.客房服務有菜單可以外叫各式餐點，價格還合理。 10.浴缸附電視 11.價格便宜，星期五入住，四人才三千出頭元。 12.旁邊就有便利店，臨時想買什麼都方便。 缺點(有點吹毛求疵) 1.浴缸看起來乾淨又有寫消毒，但泡澡時發現應該久沒刷洗，摸起來就是有水垢的觸感。 2.按摩浴缸出水口噪音大，跟電視搶音量，又電視喇叭設在天花板，整個廻音很嚴重，加上客廳電視的聲音又會傳至浴室(不懂這種設計理念)，吵到會令人煩燥 3.雖然附宵夜及早餐，就是簡單的幾種樣式，應該都是外包現成品，但口味還不算差，也夠讓人飽足。水煮蛋能做成荷包蛋或炒蛋就好了。 4.沒開車的話，需搭公車或小黃才到得了。
• Wenchueh (10/5): ＣＰ值算高的 - 1.空間很寬敞。 2.房間乾淨。 3.入口處的服務人員資訊有待加強，竟然說入住後就查不到訂房人資料了，只知入住登記者。 4.以房價而言，早餐很不錯，但連住二天，多數菜色沒有更換，有點可惜。 5.宵夜就是早餐其中的幾個菜色＋珍珠奶茶，但珍奶很好喝。

• MGirls (10/5): To start Jacuzzi place finger on switch 5 seconds or longer - I just had one night stay in this hotel and I am very impressed. Big room, clean, near to shops and the only hotel I came across that provide supper. The titbits, coffee, tea and water in the room are free. On the 6th floor there is a small garden to chill. Breakfast sufficient for us. The setback for us is we cannot read the instructions in Chinese, we hope there is English in the near future. You see this room provides a clean, beautiful and big bathtub with jacuzzi. In the morning I got up half an hour earlier for the jacuzzi. Alas! to my dismay, After putting in the salt I couldn’t on the jacuzzi. I found out later we are to place our finger on the switch for 5 seconds or more ! The staff are polite, attentive and were at the doors when we arrived. Bid us farewell when we left.

The first few nights I was here was out to work early and back late so did not walk the area. Walked around on Saturday. Hundreds of restaurants in walking distance, from street stands to some of the best in Taichung. Area is being renovated so many new building and a lot of construction

Breakfast choice was not many but good enough. Hotel is also near some Restaurants if you want to grab some food. Service was excellent as well
• Si Yuan (10/5): Spacious rooms at an affordable price range. - We had one of the smaller rooms but it was still a huge quadruple. It was also clean and comfortable, with ample power sockets that don't require any travel adapters. As advertised, the jetted bathtub is one of the highlights, but there are of course pros and cons to having the toilet completely separate from the bath in another room. Almost all the instructions on devices, such as the bathtub and the room controls, are in Chinese. This was not an issue for us since we do understand the language but will be an issue for those who don't. The hotel staff members are very helpful and friendly, and helped us to book cabs as and when we needed it. They also provided free transport to and from the Fengjia night market. Location wise, the hotel is not as isolated as we thought. There are decent restaurants right in the neighbourhood, as well as convenience stalls. In fact we could walk to the Tiger City mall easily with our five year old. The breakfast and supper buffets were rather lacking in variety but still sufficient for a quick meal. Overall a pretty good hotel choice for families at a decent price range.

• PEI-HSUAN (8/5): - 有專屬停車場好停車，隔音不錯在房間內聽不到鄰房的聲音，宵夜有粥或麵包可選擇簡單美味，早餐比宵夜增加熱食，建議再多點樣式。
• Verified traveler (10/5): 很適合情侶入住的旅館 - 旅館的服務態度非常好，包括FB回覆跟電話連絡都很體貼細心，高鐵接駁服務也非常方便。 房間很寬敞很乾淨，房間內的備品也很齊全，宵夜沒有去成，不過早餐的選項有點少有點可惜，味道還不錯。 這次的入住經驗非常好，未來如果有機會會想再訂這間旅館。
• CHUN HUNG (10/5): 常出差住過國內無數商旅，零缺點的旅店。 - 任何地方都非常乾淨、冷氣出風口適當、空間大沒異味，床軟硬適中、遙控器靈敏度佳，隔音好沒有流水聲、早上也無清潔人員打掃吵雜聲、停車場寬敞，宵夜早餐亦滿意，房價適中。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 좋아요 - 우연히 선택했지만 정말 마음에 드는 곳이었습니다. 타이중 한가운데가 아니라 관광하기에는 좋지 않지만 주위에 볼일이 있다면 추천합니다. 깨끗하고 편안하고 어메니티가 잘되어있습니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 맛있습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 마사지샵이 큰게 있는데 숙박객은 할인이 되고 서비스도 아주 좋아 추천합니다.

• YAN-MING (10/5): 若有機會還會來住 - 整體感覺真的很棒，房間乾淨、安靜。本次剛好用兌換的住到大間的房間(7007)，空間超大(有客廳、餐桌、房間、大浴室)。浴室也超乾淨，剛好碰到spa壞掉也不影響整體感受(後來填寫問卷也有被立即回覆表示會做處理)。飯店有消夜+早餐，菜色中規中矩。若硬要挑毛病就僅有窗戶氣密可能有點問題，當晚剛好碰到風大會有風聲，但是車子聲音是沒聽到。
• mei chian (10/5): Drive-thru check-in was a very good experience - a very good hotel for me my my girl friend. We booked a two double bed room that come with a couple Jacuzzi tub as well. Spend two night there and surprisingly they also provide supper (till 11:00pm) as well as breakfast too. Although it's not close to the Feng-Jia night market, but we will definitely come back for a stay in the future.
• Ya ting (10/5): 最喜歡早餐吧了。 - 早餐吧很豪華又豐盛，媲美小型飯店。真的讓人耳目一新。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 乾淨舒適的精品旅館 - 房間大、設備新，乾淨舒適，適合情侶。有提供宵夜但品質差強人意，建議如無法改善宵夜品質還不如不提供，不但沒加分反是扣分，早餐依然不需要有太多的期待。地點較偏僻但停車位充足可以接受。適合自行開車前往的情侶。
• Chloe (10/5): - 飯店設施好，氣氛好，早餐的選擇多，櫃檯服務人員態度也挺好。按摩浴缸還有電視跟音響，房間內放著輕音樂還有咖啡機，房間的坪數也很大。

• CHAO-MIN (10/5): - 很乾淨很舒適浴缸很大~只是雙人床是兩人床併的，中間會有不舒適感
• wei cheng (8/5): - 早餐有點再加強 中式稀飯煮的太稀 西式吐司只能選奶油跟草莓 選擇性太少
• CHIA CHIA (10/5): - 有提供非按壓式的吹風機，超級貼心

• peterpanlim (10/5): Amazing Stay - This is one hotel we will return to. The room is big, really big. The amenities are beyond our expectation - tap that dispenses hot/cold drinking water, working desk, big bed, sofa, free snacks and soft drinks, Jacuzzi for 2 and complete with a TV, karaoke system, video on demand, light control for different moods, external TV speakers and more. We were simply blown away. The hotel provides complimentary supper and breakfast. It also has ferry services to the night market. Breakfast is a good mix of Chinese and Western foods. We really enjoyed ourselves and wished we had booked more nights!
• Chee Yong (8/5): - Nice model big rooms with large beds and large TV. Bathroom is very good with TV. out of the way, must take taxi to access places of interests.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good Place to Stay for Biz Trips and Families - The room was very large. I only used maybe 20%, one of the two beds, desk, and the shower. The bathroom was almost as big as the room! The area is still new or under construction so be ready for a 10 minute walk to get something to eat or a mini mart. But the bus stop is close by if you are wanting to take public transportation. Just stop by the mart up the street to buy a YoYo Card. The service at the hotel was average but not bad in any way. They offer free breakfast and a night time snack~ neither of which I tried due to having to leave early and wanting to sleep when coming back from work. I saw they had a little garden area to sit outside with a sandbox should you have kids ^^ I would book again should I come back for work. =) Thank you for a lovely stay!
