• Robin Staddon (8/5): Availability for my purpoes - Room was clean,limited facilities but served it's purpose for me. Dinner was available from Tavern attached. The bed was too low and the rear door lock was not secure enough.

• Sarah_Belle (9/5): Very happy with the room and staff in the gaming area. - The room was clean. Linen was fresh and the bathroom was lovely. Couldn't find a designated smoking area for people staying in the motel.

• Toni (10/5): Refund of bond - Location, staff amazing You have to wait 3 - 5 days for bond refunds, the way technology is it should be released by the afternoon of departure.
• Jamie (10/5): Best short trip stay - I loved how spacious and clean it was. The ammenities were fantastic for me and my little family. The bathroom was great and clean too! The best part was that the beds and couches were super comfortable! We will definitely be staying here again. The access to reception was a bit difficult and isn’t staffed as I would have expected.

• Margaret (8/5): - I liked the quiet and the comfort of the unit ..no 12. Staff carried .y small bag up and down the stairs as it was a bit heavy for me..with an injured ankle. I found it difficult to find reception and where to leave the key when leaving before 10. This wasn't included in the notes. No longer any biscuits? ( I arrived not having had lunch at the airport and was looking forward to a cuppa and biscuits) Or tissues? Or a face washer? Id booked months ago so probably should have mentioned a ground floor unit would have suited me...but I did like the outlook from the second floor....

Easter Sunday the cleaning staff left chocolate Easter bunnies in our room, which was t - The room was clean, spacious with everything we needed and the patio looking out onto the pool was a great addition, just to sit and relax. Location was great and within walking distance to all essentials. The option to get room service was easy and convenient. There were also parking spaces right outside the door, which with everything combined, made it a hassle free weekend.

• Gregory (6/5): Hotel needs update, not good value for money. - Staff member that checked us in was brilliant. Location good being close to water. Hotel is old, basic and not good value for money. Dirty cups, bathroom, could be cleaned better.

• Sharon (7/5): I would book again. Location was great and room was comfortable - Location was great. Walking distance to the event centre. We didn’t eat there but walked through the restaurant and the food looked delicious. The lady that checked us in was so nice and welcoming. Bed was comfortable which I wasn’t expecting. The room had an odour like urine. Wasn’t too bad but wasn’t pleasant.

Tried not to breathe in the musty smell and did not sleep well. Mattresses were very old and worn. Meals at the adjoining hotel were generous but crumbed fried prawns tasted like the oil needed changing and did not taste right.

• Jessica (10/5): Perfect night away! - This was perfect for a night away actually I wished we could of stayed 2 nights! The room was perfect. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfy the pillows were perfect the shower head was huge, we loved the pool area. Had a mini fridge with water & milk. The cutest lil kettle great coffee mugs! Although we never got to the restaurant I loved the 10% off deal! I feel the units could of had a security door on them or extra locks. We did smell smoke at night & in the morning..
