• SCOTT (10/5): Perfect. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and there was a restaurant directly opposite. - It was exactly what we needed for an over night stop between Sydney and Mildura Everything was as expected
• Jenny Fraser (8/5): - It was clean in all the places that mattered... the age of the building meant sparkling clean in the shower for example, was unattainable... but it was hygienically clean which is what matters.

• VHBowler (7/5): Good and bad. - Staff very friendly and welcoming. Large room. Great location away from traffic noise. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Hinges on bathroom door squeaked every time door was closed during the night. Likewise handle on bathroom door also squeaked every time it was turned. Room was upstairs. Definitely not accessible for mobility challenged.

• Kelly (7/5): Nice and clean but can be improved. - Comfortable beds and good location. The bathroom needs an upgrade and the tv was outdated with no streaming services available. All rooms should have this not just some. If providing a toaster, then also provide cutlery and a plate.

• Joseph (7/5): A good place to stay if you’re passing through. - The room was spacious enough, the bed was firm but comfortable and it had all the facilities that we needed. The property manager was friendly and helpful and the location was very good being across the road from the Narrandera RSL Club which served very good meals. The shower was badly in need of a deep clean.

• Natalie (9/5): Great location, friendly staff - Location was off the highway and had limited road noise which made for an enjoyable rest. Excellent Location for a good meal just across the road. Friendly staff, great room size and had all that we needed.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, I felt mattress movement each time my partner rolled over. The shower head requires new rubber washers as it would not remain in the correct/desired position. The toilet was making a continuous trickle noise due leaking fill valve.

• Simon (7/5): Great spot, minor hurdles. - The location is great. The rooms quite big and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee making, a microwave, toaster and fridge. Milk on arrival. Lots of parking. Easy access. Pillows are always hit or miss, these were a miss. A shower curtain meant the who bathroom floor got wet no matter how careful. Water pressure quite low.

• David (7/5): Will not stay here next time, will go back to Camellia. - Location was why we chose this place. A fair bit dearer than where we normally stay in Narrandera. Nice and close to town/club/shops and not on the main truck route through town. The bed was nice and comfy. The room we had (upstairs over office) was not set up well. They provide a toaster but no plates or cutlery, so good luck with buttering the toast😂. No tissues in bathroom although there is the facility/holder for them. Had to adjust TV to be able to watch anything as it was so dark that you couldn’t see anything on the screen. Little things, but for the coin, these things should be right. Was not impressed with AJ the host as his manner was condescending and was made to feel uneasy with his remarks.

• Julie (8/5): Great place to stay when visiting Narrandera - Check in was smooth. Liked being close to the club and cafes. Not a big thing but I did not get onsite parking due to the amount of cars.

• LTH33 (4/5): Comfort Undermined by Lack of Safety and Support - While there were some positives, our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by safety and management concerns. There was no after-hours onsite manager, and the phone number provided in the room compendium did not connect, which became a serious issue when a drunken dispute broke out in the car park and we were required to contact police. Later in the evening, people were knocking on our door around midnight attempting to access our room, which was quite distressing. The carpets in the room felt dirty and were visibly stained, although the beds themselves were comfortable. The bathroom and kitchenette were clean and tidy, and the reception staff at check-in were kind and welcoming. Due to the lack of security and after-hours support, we would be hesitant to stay again

• deanebk (4/5): Not so great🫣 - Booked this motel as thought it had bigger rooms than others in town…but what a shock to walk in and find stained carpets, skirting boards with paint flaking off, dated dark furnishings and basic bathroom. Entrance Door had to be pushed so lock would actually engage and no locking mechanism on bathroom windows so not really a secure room. There was a microwave and toaster but no crockery or cutlery except two teaspoons and two mugs. Lucky we travel with our own. We have stayed in lots of motels in country towns throughout NSW and Qld and this one really needs all round upgrading. The owner really needs to address these maintenance issues rather than leaving the young girl in reception to deal with the issues and complaints. Would not stay here again.
