• Rudolf (1/5): Nie wieder und keine Empfehlung. - Vorweg, wir waren ganze 30 Minuten in diesem Haus. Mussten zuerst mal 500 tHB bezahlen für verfreuten Check in. Dann bekamen wir unser Deluxe Studio mit Blick auf eine Hauswand, ein zusammen geklebtes Bett, ein "ausziebares Sofa "zusammengeflickt mit Klebeband, eine schlecht funtionierende Klimaanlage und dann waren wir auch schon bedient. Das ist noch nicht mal eine Jugendherberge mit 1 Stern. Wir haben auf alle verzichtet und uns auf der gegenüberliegenden Strasenseite ein sehr schönes Hotel genommen. Viel billiger und viel, viel besser ausgestattet.

• Hicks (9/5): This stay was a very good value for a private room with ensuite bathroom, very close to the MRT stat - The location was great because it was only a two minute walk to the Sutthisan MRT station, providing easy access to the blue line. There are some good restaurants and bars in the area as well. The room was a bit small, but still very good for the price.

• Thomas (6/5): Zimmer ohne Fenster - Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Unkomplizierte kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung, da unser Flieger erst gegen Mitternacht ging. el Ein Zimmer ohne Fenster! Einzige Tageslicht kommt von winzigen Fenstern Milchglas, aber nur wenn man die Badezimmertür offen lässt. Ich habe mich extrem unwohl gefühlt. Ich verstehe auch nicht, warum man darüber nicht informiert wird und kostenlose Stornierung anbietet. Die Unterkunft war ausgebucht, bis auf ein Zimmer mit einer schmalen französische Matratze, welches uns das freundliche Personal gezeigt hatte, nachdem ich das unten gemeldet hatte. Das geht für uns auch nicht. Wir hatten keine Chance , nachts bei der Ankunft was anderes zu suchen.

Je l'ai réservé car il est écrit que c'est calme ou silencieux, et car à cause d'un problème auditif, l'hyperacousie, et j'ai pu entendre les voisins parler, autant à droite que à gauche, des 2 côtés de ma chambre, les femmes de ménage la journée et leur manque de discrétion mais aussi leur travail nécessaire qui fait du bruit et cela est normal, et les escaliers extérieurs et intérieur ouverts donc s'il y a un grand bruit à un étage on l' entend clairement dans la chambre, et ce malgré des protections auditives ! Ne venez pas pour le calme ou le silence !

MRT station Sutthisan (Exit 3) is only 2 minutes walking distance from the property. I will surely come back to this property. Staffs are friendly and helpful. No laundry service neayby.

I was trying to call the number which was given in booking.com to change my checkin but no one picked my call.Then I had to message them. We had to sleep in waiting room the whole night with kids with no proper air
• Andrey (6/5): Pleasant - It's right next to the MRT. The map doesn't show the direct route, but there is one, just go through the market and you'll be at the MRT station in 2 minutes. I knew it was going to be a budget guesthouse, but unfortunately it's not a very well maintained budget guesthouse. There were several things that ruined my impression, such as an electric socket that was falling out of the wall, a broken knob on the heater in the shower and a shower curtain rail that was not installed correctly and was about to fall off, not to mention a large cockroach running around the reception area when I checked in.

• Richard (8/5): Really great location to everything - Very great location, mrt is only 2 minute walk away, close to the markets opened everyday from morning until night and 7/11 and other restaurants. Jodd fair and the one Ratchada night markets are only 3-4 stops away by MRT. Honestly amazing location. Not much to fault Just abit noisy in the early morning from either other guests or cleaners. They don’t really allow food in room due to ants which made it a bit stressful for days I didn’t/couldnt go out. But I don’t think that rule is really enforced unless you’re not making a big mess.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There are about 5 cafes just beside the hotel. The main thing that didn't satisfy me was their internet which was so bad, both in signal and quality(Speed). The second matter that was not good was the water pressure. It was not so good but acceptable.

The price is quite cheap, good for backpackers / budget traveler. Maybe I was quite unlucky to meet the cockroach. But that happened only at the first day.
