susan (6/5): Location is good but condition is poor. - Room is spacious but dirty carpet. AC does not work the last day. Might have bed bugs causing numerous itching spots on arms and legs after two nights stay:(

Hazmi (10/5): Fully satisfied - Enjoyed staying at 13th floor and my room facing beautiful beach side next to KTCC. I wish I'd be given the same room again for the next stay. With a very reasonable price I think breakfast is quite grand & 5/5 for the food!

JensenLee (4/5): - Overall, not many choices of accommodation in Kuala Trengganu, as I believe the state government not keen in attracting FDIs for the tourism industry. So, this is one of the few options. For budget travellers, it is a good option. However, the front-desk counter staff should be well-trained. A basic smile should be always there when you are dealing with the customers. Lack of good customer service.

Mohd Sufian (10/5): Nice place to have short vacation. - Perfect hotel for short stay and vacation. Near to local attraction including pasar payang and waterfront. Hotel is clean however due to old hotel, some design are old and wear and tear but still acceptable for the price. Free breakfast have many choices of foods. Cheap room equipped with iron and board, refrigerator that super cool, prayer mat and small stool. Swimming pool is clean and mini gym work fine. Two minus points are the parking space is very limited. Need to park along the road and pay by your own. Another one is the tap water not very clean due to old rust piping I guess.
