• Kiran (2/5): fell short for my expectations - Location was perfect for my need. There was constant drilling noise from day1. The AC was constantly squeaking throughout the night. Complained twice and asked for a room change, but to no avail. Constant loud noises throughout the night. Management did not address that as well. Staff managed with whatever they could. But management needs to look into the hygiene and guest concerns quite seriously. Will I stay here again? Maybe not

• Sanjeev (8/5): Was a great stay! - The staff were very good and friendly. They hotel accommodation was good and clean. They food was also good for the buffet breakfast and ordered dinner. Facilities are not up to the mark as per the price paid. The bathroom do not have exhaust, which means it's always damp and smelly. They also need to work on their staircase and emergency exists, staircase was full with debris and other stuff, which means during an emergency the staircase can't be used.

The property is location just few kms away from RK beach, situated on the main road next to shops and eateries along the road, the room was super clean, bed was cozy, no frills no nonsense, staff courteous and well trained. Definitely recommend, great deal

• yashsT2812NA (10/5): Good and convenient hotel - Simple and meets the needs of a business traveler. The central location and good WiFi connection are convenient. Though there is no dedicated car park, there is provision to park on the road. Very close to the main beach in Vizag. Worth a visit.

I liked that there were sufficient power points to use my laptop and charge my phone conveniently. No toilet paper was provided. The bathrooms were very small. The sink was tiny. The room service was poor. I asked for a couple of things, such as water, which only arrived an hour after I first asked for it and after having to call again as a reminder. I asked for toilet paper, which was not sent to my room.

• Somshankar (1/5): The location may be convenient, the lack of basic amenities and comfort really detracted from the ex - "I appreciate the hotel's location." The room itself was another disappointment. It felt very congested, with little space to move around. There was no view at all, just a plain wall, which made the room feel even more cramped. Additionally, the bathroom could have been much more hygienic. While it was functional, it didn’t feel as clean as I would have liked. The towels provided were dirty, which was simply unacceptable.

I complained to the manager and he did not act....would not recommend anyone to go to this place... Horrible staff Staff behaviour and no third bed provided

• Anantha (6/5): An average stay - The hotel is in the Center of the city and reachable to airport and stations promptly. The washroom was bad and water was not even flowing out. I have complained but no one showed to fix it.

• Pradyumna (9/5): Spacious, modern and clean hotel in a central location - Perfect central location - close to restaurants, shopping and a short ride away from most things. The room was big and the size was perfect for our family of four with big suitcases. There was a sofa bed which we loved as fitting 2 adults and 2 kids in one bed wouldn't have been very comfortable. Thanks to the sofa bed, all of us were able to sleep comfortably. The only thing I didn't like was the person at reception and his attitude towards us. When booking the hotel, it was mentioned that there was no upfront booking fee and that we had to pay at the time of check-in. However, I received a message from the hotel two days before our arrival date asking me to pay a deposit to secure my booking via UPI payment. I told them that was not mentioned in the booking.com website at the time of booking and I also didn't have any UPI apps and that I will pay at the time of check-in. I thought the issue was resolved but I get a call from the hotel on the day of arrival threatening to cancel the booking if I don't pay the deposit. I told him what I had told him or his colleague two days ago on whatsapp and assured him that I was going to turn up that evening. When we arrived for check-in, the guy was visibly upset, didn't greet us, he was not at all courteous which is expected of the staff when greeting guests, he was taking my pic for hotel records without my permission and was sighing and expressing his irritation when my 5yr and 3yr old kids were being noisy when playing while waiting for the check in process to be completed. I've lived across 6 different countries and travelled to more than 20 but I've never come across any hotel staff who behaved in such a manner. That guy doesn't belong in the hospitality industry. My comments are not a reflection of the entire hotel staff. It was only just that one guy who ruined the experience for us. The other person working nights was very cordial and kind and tried to explain why they ask for a deposit. I think the hotel needs to stop accepting bookings without deposit if they are worried about last minute cancellations instead of asking guests to pay a deposit after the booking and threaten to cancel it if they didn't.
• Patrick (5/5): Don'tgo with the photos and choose this Stay - The only plus point is that , it's centre to all shopping and transport and others It's not worth the tariff, the rooms are so closed and congested with stinking cushions, we had to ask for the room freashner and the bathroom is like a tiny container.. the worst part is the restaurant which surprised me on the open terrace with a small closed shed and the menu is limited with 2 or 3 items by 8.30 you can find half emptied serving dishes and the embarrassing part is when you serve ur food to eat they come and silently count what is in your plate, we stayed there for two nights and 3 days and first day I felt little odd but next day we understood clearly and that is so unprofessional, and the another incident is we were packing our things and getting ready 2 hrs prior to the checkout, room service person brought paid water bottles for us and went then he came back within 5 mnts and I opened the door to ask what is it, he entered in the room without any permission and looked for dirty plates and walking inside and my spouse got shocked coz he was half dressed , room service man was not atall bothered and even replied that' he is already here so want to clear things who will come to this floor again and you are anyways doing checkout today 'with very casual tone, adding to the misery that's the same fellow in restaurant too. We still couldn't come out of that shock and after 1 hr he was waiting at the lift for money (formalities) that's sad my man didn't give him anything. After checkout i realised that I forgot my charger socket and an international adapter too to the switchboard and dialled to the reception to get them back and they clearly denied that there is nothing left in the room , I requested that I will pay for courier but no use. Hmm.. it's simply no next time
