• Yoan (10/5): Супер е. Препоръчвам. - Чисто, удобно, приятно. Има собствен паркинг и зарядна станция за електромобили. Отидох много преди часа за настаняване, но получих стая веднага. Централно разположение, близо е до всичко и има страхотна гледка.

• Lara (8/5): Very good - I liked the free parking in front of the hotel and the restaurant open until 10 p.m. The room was quite small but comfortable with new furniture. The staff was very kind. The hotel is in a good position between Plovdiv and Veliko Tarnovo in particular if you visit the Buzludzha communist monument. We had a great dinner and a great breakfast in the fashion main lounge which is fantastic if you don't want to leave the hotel and look for food. The bathroom needs to be renovated but it has got the hairdryer. The receptionist speaks a very good English although the restaurant staff need to improve it.

• Vessie (7/5): Good - Breakfast was good, location is excellent. Hotel was clean. Restaurant was booked for celebration events and unavailable for dinner for the hotel guests. It was unpleasant surprise considering the cold weather - we had to walk through the whole city, unable to find a dinner place and ended up at the grocery store .. The restaurant staff was not kind to us on the second day, and even refused to serve coffee and beverage before the event’s start. One of the staff was extremely rude, yelling at me and sending me to get coffee from outside. After complaining at the front desk, the receptionist got engaged and my order was taken and brought to the hotel lobby. The hotel administration should have notified the guests staying at their property about the events taking place, and to recommend making dinner plans ahead of time at other places.

• Walmir (5/5): It is the only hotel in the city. - The bed is good. The restaurant has good food and cold beer. The breakfast starts later (07:30), and the plates are in demand (fresh goods, but it takes time). I waited 10 minutes (from 07:30 to 07:40) and no one appeared to serve the breakfast. The WiFi signal in my room was terrible.

• Simeon (5/5): As expected from older, renovated socialist hotel - Hotel was as expected - renovated socialist hotel very near the center of Gabrovo. Reception was 24/7, we arrived after midnight and we had no problem with the check-in. Due to the location of the hotel and extremelly hot weather, the room we had was rather noisy - both from street traffic and AC termal pumps from other rooms. Also, older hotel have specific smell, I cannot describe it but it is a mix between cleaning agents and cigarete smoke from very long time ago. We moved the beds together and under one of them we found a hair band and some snacks :D
