Het was niet mogelijk om iets te verkrijgen om te eten om 21:30, erna gingen we in de bar zitten en er is niemand iets komen opnemen om te drinken. terwijl de bar vol zat en iedereen iets had om te drinken, we zijn dan uit noodzaak ergens anders geweest.

The local area was ok. The room itself was very good, warm and cosy. Clean facilities as well. The bed was very firm, and the pillows were just not very supportive. The TV and entertainment was limited and the daily top up service for tea and coff was a bit limited.

Irmgard (8/5): Ein sehr schönes Haus, nicht allzu weit entfernt von der Innenstadt - Freundliches Personal, Zimmer gut, vor allem das Bad, sehr schöner Frühstücksraum und gutes Frühstück. Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen bei Zimmern mit Strassenlage wegen des Strassenlärms.

Die Suite 404 ist direkt unter dem Auslass der Klimaanlage und von Geräten der Klimaanlage, die auf dem Dach montiert sind. Es ist sehr laut, logischerweise nicht abstellbar und punktuell nachts störend.
Ingrid (9/5): Zeer goed authentiek familie hotel met een moderne uitstraling. - Authentiek familie hotel, gastvrij, persoonlijk, goed schoon, ruime kamers, fijn ontbijt. Prima parkeergelegenheid. Het diner. We hadden vooraf gereserveerd in het restaurant. Bij aankomst bleek er een heel grote groep aanwezig te zijn. Hierdoor kon de keuken het niet aan en kregen we pas na ruim 1,5 uur ons eten. De smaak was prima, maar de lol was er wel af.

Wenn Grilltomaten wo sind die Bohnen in Tomatensauce. Ich weiss, Jammern auf hohem Niveau - bei 20 € erlaubt!!

S.&M. Müller (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel - Alle Mitarbeitende waren sehr freundlich. Alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. Trotz starkem Verkehr war bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts zu hören. Zum Frühstück gab es reichlich Auswahl, leckere frische Brötchen, Kaffee auch sehr gut. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Man wird übrigens immer sofort rausgelassen, wenn man auf die Straße auffahren möchte - das fanden wir mega. Wir waren nicht in der Lage, unsere Zimmertür geräuschlos zu schließen, egal, was wir probierten, sie schlägt immer mit einem lauten Knall zu. Man konnte hören, dass es anderen auch so ging. Vielleicht könnte man da noch was regeln, ist schon unangenehm. Das Nachfüllen zum Frühstück hat trotz Hinweis der Dame vom Service in der Küche sehr lange gedauert. Und nur ein Kaffeeautomat ist auch ungünstig, man musste schon mal warten, um an eine Tasse Kaffee zu kommen, die leider auch noch recht klein ist, auch wenn man so viel Kaffee trinken kann, wie man möchte. Wofür das Hotel nichts kann, man aber wissen sollte, ist die sehr stark befahrene Straße direkt am Hotel.

Ontbijt perfect en de jonge dame van de bediening heel vriendelijk. Altijd fijn om hier terug te komen. De kamer was erg warm deze keer, en raam open doen aan de weg kant is geen optie.

Sander (10/5): Fantastisch hotel - We hebben een nacht verbleven in de mooie hotel. Fijne kamer met prima bedden, heerlijke badkamer en zeer goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel en meer dan voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Top hotel dus. Als we nog eens terugkomen in Dortmund, dan is dit een hotel onze nummer 1 locatie Niets
