• Faten (6/5): Okey - Bilik masih bau rokok tp panggil housekeeping cepat je dtg. So far ok My second room 332 or 323 . SIL stay bilik tu. Tp ada gangguan . Ada hantuu.. SIL i n family terpaksa tidur dlm kereta, rugi je bayar bilik. Pergi ke receptionist no action amd they said bilik full. So xada action utk mereka.

• izzati (7/5): Great view - The location of the resort is very strategic, pretty view. Resort is very near to the beach which is great. Swimming pool is clean and enough to support visitors although during public holiday. Food is also great, variety of choice. Its feels like we are in Krabi Thailand. Ironing is abit difficult since resort only have outside room option to iron our cloth. To me the portable bed is unnecessary as it's taking more space, recommended to just supply extra mattress since the mattress that we paid is thinner than the actual hotel mattress. In booking.com said room can accommodate 2 kids and 2 adult but if hotel can only prepare 1 extra bed for guest it is misleading information.

Terbaik Parking ok.. Penuh pun, ad kwsan yg boleh parking tepi2. Perkara saya xsuka, menginap 3H2M, hri prtama tdur, dgn tgh mlm air aircond kluar dgn banyak, bsah kwsn katil, trpksa la ejas katil tgh malam.. Tpi, esok pg minta tukar, dpt jugala tukar bilik lain,. Kemudian dlm toilet rasa kena wangikan, sbb ada bwu busuk sedikit, tp stay ok lgila.. Kwsn prmdgn menarik, tpi air laut xboleh mndi, xsesuai, air xmcm di batu feringgi.

• Charles (7/5): I was a regular here in the 1990s. Everything has changed in the environment here. It became deserte - Like the swimming pool , still have good maintenance since 1996 . Very clean . Like the beach with good place of sunset seeing . 1. Breakfast must going to improve . 2. All room facilities must be designed, decorated and transformed.

Towels provided in room bathroom, old and worked out. Pool towels not easily or readily available. No trained staff with regard to CPR in event of pool emergency.

• Anne (7/5): - Beautiful location. Staff were super helpful and were allowed to make autonomous decisions - always important as otherwise you just get robots. Grateful you had a clinic and qualified medic which I needed. Would have had to leave otherwise. So nice to have a library and other communal lounging areas. These are not “dislikes” Would have welcomed a few more activities. Shop was rather limited. Lively but limited. Just for your info - sometimes litter is invisible to staff. Maybe they are so compartmentalised, that they don’t notice things not in their role. The same small pieces of litter were there from Weds to Friday all from bins in the accomidation; eg tissue by the bushes, sachets from medical and make up waste, ( on the stairs up to my lidging) toothbrushes! Staff do so much checking and emptying into a multitude of plastic bags, perhaps they are too pressured to check. Or perhaps they are too compartmentalised eg there are employees sweeping the grass, who walk past rubbish - maybe it’s not their role. Or just a bit more QA.
