- Mohd Hafizan bin (10/5): Comfortable Stay with Spacious Rooms - The counter staff was courteous, efficient, and accomodating. I had a specific request that was optional but they worked hard to make sure it was fulfilled. They were very soft spoken and helpful, making cecking in and out a breeze. The rooms are spacious albeit a bit dated. Everything was clean and in order. Well done, housekeeping! Beds and pillows are comfortable and I slept through the night. The outstanding soundproofing also helped a lot. The parking area is a bit hard to find. Kajang are itself is quite hectic so the traffic around the area is not that stellar.
- Maharaj (2/5): - They had a power outage on 20th June in the morning, just as I was leaving to a funeral. No calls from hotel management nothing. Was forced to walk down 10 flights of stairs with all our baggage with zero help from staff. No apology or offer of anything. Even dropped my specs during my decent and it came out. I asked them for help to fix it. They tried with a screwdriver but could not. So a bit of credit for that. Power outage but zero help or info from hotel.

- Teo (6/5): I do hope that the next trip that I make to Kajang, my stay at oriental crystal would be a pleasant one for us. - Well, the stay was pleasant. But was very disappointed each time the heater is not working. Hv to call the reception to call maintenance to help to fix. I know that this hotel is so far the best in Kajang. I hv always stayed at this hotel whenever I make the trip there.

- Kathleen (8/5): Good location and friendly staff - Location was very good as it was close to an event we were attending. Room waa large and we had a comfortable sleep. There were a number of restaurants nearby so food was easily available. Parking was free as well Parking signage could be more prominent to provide directions to the carpark. At the time of booking I noted the hotel was wheelchair accessible and assumed that all the rooms would be disable friendly. However the room assigned had a fixed shower in a bathtub and it waa a problem for my sister who has mobility issues to have a proper bath. I should have requested for a disabled friendly room and assumed the reception staff would automatically assign such a room to us.
