• Ioana (10/5): Hotel la standarde internaționale, fără compromisuri - Pozitie foarte bună, curățenie impecabilă, bufet suedez de calitate. Design de bun gust atât în camere cât și în restaurant. Un WC suplimentar, de serviciu, in fiecare cameră oferă confort și intimitate. Mi-ar fi plăcut să existe în camera facilități de preparare a ceaiului / cafelei.

• camelia (10/5): - Am avut o experiență cu adevărat deosebită. De la primul moment am fost impresionata de eleganța hotelului și de atenția la detalii. Atmosfera este una rafinată, iar întregul loc transmite un sentiment de confort și bun gust. Camera a fost impecabilă: foarte curată, spațioasă și amenajată elegant, cu mobilier de calitate și un pat extrem de confortabil. Totul a fost pregătit perfect pentru o ședere relaxantă. Personalul merită o mențiune specială extrem de profesionist, politicos și atent la nevoile oaspeților. Am fost întâmpinata cu zâmbetul pe buze și m-am simțit cu adevărat apreciata ca oaspete. Micul dejun a fost delicios și variat, cu produse proaspete și de foarte bună calitate. Locația hotelului este ideală. În concluzie, a fost o experiență elegantă și memorabilă. Recomand cu toată încrederea acest hotel tuturor celor care caută servicii de calitate, confort și o atmosferă cu adevărat specială. Cu siguranță voi reveni!

• Eva (10/5): - My favourite hotel in Bistrita, I stayed several times here and will come back for sure if coming to Bistrita. Very clean and comfortable, cozy rooms, nice smell all over the hotel, very friendly stuff, good breakfast and food in the restaurant. Central loaction. Perfect.

• Juliette (5/5): Good for business people which need a short accommodation solution - The jacuzzi in the big living room was amazing!!! Big apartment, the room was every day cleaned. The employee very helpful and supportive. Room service very fast and the food is very good. Every meal was great! The spa and wellness area - was not finish! and that was no where communicated! no relaxation area! There were no deck chairs, no place to hang bathrobes and towels, not a single hook to hang wet towels, no water dispenser, nothing to drink.

• Alexandru (4/5): Enttäuscht wegen der Manele- Party im EG - Alles neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kein oder sehr schlechter Schallschutz. Sehr viel Lärm aus dem Restaurant. Wegen einer Manele - Party, die bis 23: 30 Uhr ging, konnten wir erst gegen Mitternacht einschlafen. Man konnte auch ganz gut den Kfz Verkehr draußen hören, was auch nicht angenehm war (Fenster neu aber wahrscheinlich schlecht eingestellt)
