Ciagle to samo przez 4 dni, nie powinnam miec takiego wrazenia. Minus batdzo duzy to basen hotelowy. On jest orzez ulice. Nie wyobrazam sobie pobytu w tym hotelu latem kiedy bym chciala sie tak wykapac albo pojsc z corka. Bylismy teraz w polowie maja to bez korzystania z tego basenu spoko.

• Ingrid (7/5): Aangenaam hotel met uitstekende ligging en heerlijk ontbijt - Personeel was vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een hondje bij dat welkom was in het hotel ( kreeg zelfs een welkomstcadootje) maar hij mocht echter niet in de eetzaal. De kelner in het ontbijtrestaurant zorgde ervoor dat we op het terras konden ontbijten zodat ons hondje bij ons kon blijven zodat we hem niet moesten alleen laten in een vreemde kamer. Dit niet alleen voor onze hond maar ook voor de andere gasten met een hond.Dit werd zeer geapprecieerd! Ontbijt was fantastisch. Grote keuze aan zowel zoet als hartig. Ligging , vlakbij het meer met het centrum op wandelafstand en toch uit de drukte. Hadden een kamer met meerzicht en balkon maar zeer vuile ruiten . Badkamer kan toch stilaan een opfrissing gebruiken. De afstand ( met verschillende trappen) die moest worden afgelegd met de bagages tussen de receptie ( is helemaal achterin gelegen)en de blok waar de lift naar onze kamer was gelegen.

Cucina ok La stanza non era la stessa delle foto riportate su Booking ma di qualità inferiore (arredamento e bagno non rinnovati). La piscina interna aveva l'acqua fredda pertanto non siamo potuti rimanere molto in quanto il bambino tremava per la temperatura dell'acqua non adatta.

Cleaning was done daily, and it is very clean everywhere. We are very satisfied with the politeness and the level of help and assistance we received from all the hotel staff. There is a TV in the room, but we didn't use it because we don't watch TV. There is internet at the hotel, and its speed is very good; we had no problems. The hotel has a pool of approximately 150 square meters with hydromassage. On the first day, the pool water was very warm, but the water temperature dropped by a few degrees daily until the fourth day, when it was cold, and we stopped swimming (it being the end of the season, the hotel was closing on November 1, 2025, which was probably the reason the water was no longer heated). We went on the fifth day as well, and the pool water was even colder, so practically, we only truly benefited from this service for 2 days. We received a bathrobe for the days we used the pool. The breakfast offered includes prosciutto crudo, salami, ham, cucumbers, tomatoes, salad, a lot of cakes, fruits, yogurts, etc. When you return to the room, there is a sewage smell that disappears after 10 minutes. In the bathroom, there are dispensers with soap and shower gel with a very pleasant lemon scent. The bathroom is approximately 5 square meters, very clean and bright, equipped with a bidet, sink, 2 large drawers for storage, a large mirror, a shower cabin, a toilet, and a ventilation fan. The food is very good: besides the classic food, they have many dishes specific to Italy that are eaten in the morning: biscuits, cakes, croissants, chocolate salami (biscuit salami), and rolls filled with pistachio, cocoa, or vanilla cream. The coffee from the push-button machines is not very great because most of it is made from powders. The coffee from the bar is natural ground coffee, which is of much higher quality, but you have to be used to it, considering it is much stronger and the taste is astringent. Below the hotel, there is a supermarket that is very well-stocked with food, drinks, and clothes. The hotel is very close to the city center; you can get there in 10 minutes on foot. There is a refrigerator in the room where you can store drinks because it is empty.

Dicht am Gardasee gelegen. Ein super Frühstücksbuffet. In der Nähe viele Restaurants. Und das alles für einen sehr guten Preis.

Es war unheimlich kalt im ganzen Hotel. Das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer waren unakzeptabel kalt ( auch eine Mitteilung an der Reception brachte keine Änderung). Dazu waren noch die dünnen Sommerbettdecken "in Betrieb". Musste mir dazu noch eine Wolldecke einziehen, sonst hätte ich nicht schlafen können.
