• Elena (8/5): - Средний горнолыжный отель, вкусные завтраки и ужины Городок какой-то сонный, даже во время Олимпиады имел заброшенный вид. СПА рано закрывался, после гонок было невозможно попасть

• antonella (5/5): Sufficiente - La posizione La colazione e cena scarsa non c'è stata neanche la possibilità di fare un panino a colazione e portarlo via perché la signora ha rimproverato dicendo che andava consumato li e in più chi arrivava per prima mangiava chi arrivava un pò dopo non trovava più nulla

• Nicola (10/5): Una vacanza bellissima ed un soggiorno a pochi chilometri da tantissimi luoghi incantevoli. - Tutto perfetto, la camera pulitissima e grande dotata anche di balcone con tavolino e sedie. La sala da pranzo molto elegante con una cucina molto curata nei particolari e varia. La gentilezze e la cortesia dei proprietari. Nulla da segnalare
• Nick15 (9/5): - Le persone che ci hanno accolto in hotel durante il soggiorno sono sempre state molto cortesi e attente alle nostra richieste. La camera era ben pulita e tenuta, inoltre è stata soddisfatta senza alcun problema una richiesta personale in merito alla camera. Ho appreso telefonando il giorno prima che la cena in hotel non sarebbe state disponibile per il giorno di arrivo, e che forse lo sarebbe stato per il giorno successivo. Consiglio, in senso di critica costruttiva, di esplicitare più chiaramente al momento della prenotazione, oppure sul sito internet dell'hotel, la disponibilità o meno della cena (la scelta dell'hotel, specie con bambini, può dipendere anche dalla disponibilità a cenare in hotel).
• Cheryl (10/5): Quiet respite in a warm and welcoming environment - Small, quiet, family-run hotel in a small, quiet village. We speak very little Italian or German, and the host spoke only a little English, but she was friendly and helpful and communicated everything we needed to know, and more. We travel by bicycle and were able to store our bicycles in a secure ski/bike room. The breakfast was wonderful. When we checked out, our host asked where we were going next, and when we told her Bressanone, she pulled up the website for Abbazia di Novacella and suggested we visit it. We did stop there, and really enjoyed it; we would not have known about it otherwise.

• Elisa (10/5): - La struttura è molto curata e pulita e la posizione è ottima per le maggiori attrazioni della Val Pusteria trovandoti più o meno ad un’ora da esse. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana mangiando sempre cibo tipico ed ottimo. Hotel consigliatissimo!

• Andrew (7/5): Comfortable & welcoming. - Stayed here for two nights. Friendly & helpful staff. Fluent in English, Italian & German. Great breakfast spread & set Evening Meal was delicious too. Not much to fault, but perhaps the option of a better (firmer) pillow for the bed.
