• David (6/5): Great pools, terrible service - The 2 pools was very nice, the breakfast was ok. The room was small, but the bathroom was big. Didn't clean our room once over the 4 nights we stayed. The staff are untrained and terrible at their job, except for the reception staff who were very helpful. The air-conditioning was loud, and there was no way of adjusting it. There is a remote control for it, but it only switches it on and off, and it bunged up my sinuses and gave me a sore throat, causing me to have terrible night sleeps.

• Torsten (4/5): Leider enttäuschend - Wir waren die letzten Jahr öfters im Stellars, jedoch wird es immer schlechter. Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt erheblichen Renovierungsstau. Im Zimmer sind alle Innentüren defekt, die Schiebetür zum Pool fällt aus dem Rahmen ( verrostet). Die ganze Terrasse um den Pool (Wpc- Kunststoff/Holz) ist lose und hochgebogen, so das überall Ecken und Kanten sind. Hohe Verletzungsgefahr durch Schrauben die lose rausschauen.Ebenfalls alles verrostet. usw. Und keine Sicht auf Besserung.
• Agnes (5/5): En résumé un attrape touriste à éviter si possible - L’emplacement proche de tout, la piscine et la nature environnante. On a eu un bungalow pour 2 personnes, celui ci n’est pas du tout dans le bâtiment qu’on voit sur les photos mais dans un autres bâtiments plus ancien où se trouve une deuxième piscine. Le bungalow qu’on a eu était mal entretenue comme tout l’établissement ce qui est dommage. Le rideau de douche était très vieillot avec des tâches dessus, insonorisation inexistante on sait que nos voisins sont vraiment des petits coquins. Le petit déjeuner comment dire: naze. Le personnels: on sent que s’est géré par une famille et que certains sont vraiment blazés d’être là.
• Luc (6/5): - De gastvrouw was uiterst charmant, al vroeg ze voor een taxi naar Pattaya 2500 Bath, die we dan zelf maar vonden voor 900. Tja, het hotel stelt zich voor als een luxery resort. Het is geen van beiden, zeker niet luxueus. Kleine kamers waar je je nek breekt, matras licht op een verhoogje,15 cm boven de grond. De zwembad, terras omgeving is een rommeltje losse vloerplanken.

• FEDERICA (8/5): Fantastico resort immerso nella foresta! - Le due ragazze della reception sono state eccezionali e gentilissime, le migliori dello staff. Sono riuscite ad affitarci i motorini della struttura per 3 giorni consecutivi. L’hotel è in posizione comodissima per raggiungere a piedi la via centrale e la spiaggia principale. Si trova immerso in una foresta, gli unici rumori che si sentono sono i versi dei vari uccelli e insetti! La camera era spaziosa, pulita, accogliente, piuttosto nuova, pulizia giornaliera se richiesta. Bagno con bella doccia con acqua calda. Aria condizionata silenziosa e wi-fi ottimo. Nella camera erano presenti piccolissime formichine ma innocue. Qualche asciugamano e lenzuolo era logorato e macchiato, sarebbe da rimodernare un pò tutta la biancheria. Il punto dolente è stata la colazione: servita all’aperto, poca scelta di prodotti anche riguardo le bevande, i ragazzi dello staff molto lenti nel rifornire il buffet e nel ripulire i tavoli. Trascuratezza in piccole cose, come mancanza di posate e piatti che dovevi aspettare che rifornissero e un solo tostapane rotto per metà, mai aggiustato, che doveva servire per tutta la clientela!
• Hoffmann (8/5): - Frisch renoviert, Bett bequem, Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr. Um 9:30 uhr gab es keine freien Tische. Das Büfett war leer gefegt. Wir haben dann außerhalb des Hotels gefrühstückt. Die Terrasse am Pool könnten aufgefrischt werden. Im Pool gibt es eine Bar, die wird leider nicht betrieben.
• Lucie (8/5): - It is not so far from the busy centre od the Koh Samet. To the beach it is about 5 minutes through the other resorts. 2 swimming pools were great. This resort was really modern and perfect maybe before 10 years but now it needs more reconstruction-place by place it was a little bit dangerous- for example the terrace around the swimming pool was broken with a lot of nails pulled out . The cleaning service and change of the towels was only on demand. The accomodation offer but really doesn ´ t provide the rent of motorbikes but you can rent it close to the hotel.

• Miguel (7/5): Good but can be much better. - Location, swimming pool, fair breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. This place has the potential to be much better, but it needs to raise the bar. The staff require additional training (improving English at the very least), and a simple, unified uniform would greatly enhance the property’s image. At the moment, staff are working in their own clothes, which does not convey a professional impression. Management also needs to be firmer when it comes to stopping noisy guests at night. One evening, a couple of drunk guests arrived around 10 p.m. and went straight to the pool, making a lot of noise. Several guests complained and asked security to intervene, but it took about 15 minutes before anything was done. According to the rules, the pool closes at 9 p.m., so all surrounding lights should already be switched off. In our room, there was no electric insect killer, which would be extremely helpful. Please consider adding one per room so guests—especially families with children—can sleep without being bitten all night. It’s painful to see kids covered in bites. Also, please pay closer attention to room linens (bed sheets and pillow covers), as we found some that were torn. In my opinion, breakfast operations need a bit of restructuring, and the food should not be left exposed to direct sunlight. Adding large umbrellas behind the tables would help. I understand the space is limited, but future expansion should be considered. Overall, we believe we made a good choice, but this property has the potential to be truly stellar—not just in name. • Ewa (6/5): Pobyt krótki ok ale pokoje mało komfortowe żeby spędzić tam dłużej niż 3 noce - Piękny nowoczesny budynek, wyjście z pokoju prosto do basenu Pokoje byly niedopracowane, brakowało ręczników, nie było żadnego rozwiązania po wyjściu mokrym z basenu żeby o coś wytrzec nogi wchodząc do pokoju. Nie było żadnej szafy ani półki żeby rozpakować rzeczy, ubrania leżały w walizkach. Za mało miejsca na śniadanie w stosunku do liczby gości, stolik zajął sobie kto pierwszy ten lepszy, część musiała czekać aż się coś zwolni.

• Iris (5/5): Geen aanrader. - Personeel achter de receptie, vooral de man uit Birma super aardig Ontbijt is ok, wel elke dag hetzelfde en basic. Vergane glorie. Onderhoud is zeer achterstallig. Zwembad zitten alle plankjes los, ligbedden planken los, gevaarlijk. Onderrand deuren in kamer helemaal vergaan. De security loopt in de avond door de gangen wiet te roken. Niet fijn als je met een kind van 6 jaar daar bent.

Walk to the beac - We have booked a room with pool swim-in access for around 3,000 THB. The facilities worked properly, room was ok but a little bit worn-out. The pool was nice, breakfast was ok. We had decided to prolong our stay for 1 more night and paid around 1,700 THB for a different room which was available for that day. It turned out to be situated in a whole different building with worse facilities. Bathroom was bad and had a terrible smell which filled the room. Entrance door was not closing.

• samantha (10/5): A must stay in Koh Samet - Wow - from the really helpful, honest, friendly man on reception, to our massive room, 2 pools and perfect location 5*. The hotel is a lovely mixed bag of architecture- built around trees - incorporating 2 pools - we were the only users one day in the larger pool so perfect - pool towels available too. Its a 5/10 minute walk to main Street with all the eateries, bars and beachfront needed. Hired a scooter from the hotel too to explore the island. This has been a favourite place on our travels - the hotel and Island. A perfect combination of peace & quiet with a little nightlife if wanted.
• Glam Caravan (7/5): - Posizione in zona tranquilla ma a pochi minuti a piedi sia dal centro che dalla spiaggia. Personale gentile, piscina , arredamento moderno e la possibiità di avere la camera da 4. Mancava un po' di cura. I letti non venivano rifatti, le lenzuola stropicciato e con dei buchi. Anche gli asciugamani erano sfilacciati. Colazione buona ma un po' scarsa , mi sarei aspettata almeno un succo di frutta. Il ristorante non c'era.

• Igor (4/5): - Номер уставший, сразу же сломался замок входной двери, его долго чинила девушка с рецепции, мастера не нашлось. Отель находится далеко и неудобно от моря, стоит неадекватно дорого.
• Igor (3/5): - Старый, разломанный, не очень чистый отель. Когда-то наверное был прекрасным, но сейчас это уже не так. По расположению - на отшибе, по меркам небольших расстояний острова находится далеко от моря, причем идти нужно по не самой приятной отдаленной дороге, а не по нормальной главной улице. Но в целом расстояние терпимо, ходить минут 8-10. Соотношение цена-качество в общем и целом на этом острове скошены в сторону цены, однако данный отель не из самых дешевых на острове, а по сути номера страшненькие, а расположение совсем не очень. Я взял номер суперлюкс)) в итоге он просто больше, но ничего люксового в нем нет, номер «уставший». Дверь открывается ключем, а не картой, что неудобно. Слышимость из-за двери в коридор - максимальная, слышны все хлопки, все крики и разговоры. Начиная с утра прям даже шумно из коридора. Балконная дверь после открытия сразу же сломалась - ее замок невозможно было закрыть. А номер на первом этаже, поэтому это вообще не безопасно, входи кто хочет. Причем друзья брали номер «бунгало» (это просто номер с выходом как бы через балконные двери сразу к бассейну) - и у них тоже замок от двери сломался. На помощь им пыталась прийти девушка с рецепции, кому то долго звонила, но так и не дозвонилась. Друзьям вроде как то помогла. Мою проблему вообще проигнорировала, так как видимо она была одна на всех и мастеров никаких не было, хотя и сказала что вызовет помощь - никто так ничего и не починил. Я сам замочек балконной двери подковырнул так, чтобы он все таки защелкнулся (а он болтается просто как разболтанный в той части, где крепится к стене) и дверь удалось захлопнуть и больше ею не пользоваться. Вот такое впечатление за номер стоимостью 130 долларов за ночь
• Hyla (4/5): Very over priced for old and basic resort. - We had fun despite the disappointing rooms, facilities and location. The price in late Dec was way to expensive for what was delivered. The place is old, tatty and under staffed the location is far from the beach. This may be a perfectly acceptable budget option but they were charging 4000THB per night at that time of year. Two or three times what was reasonable to charge given the condition of the hotel and facilities.

Ontbijt aan de heel magere kant,enkel Aziatisch, geen brood, enkel sandwich brood, waterachtige koffie die je kan nemen als je geluk hebt dat die er is (simpele keuken koffiezet). Wou een eitje maar ging niet, de gas was op...wachten dus... Dag voor vertrek gevraagd om een taxi te hebben om 8h30, de dag zelf nogmaals gevraagd, 25min later na meermaals aandringen eindelijk gelukt... Hotel compleet afgeleefd, gaten in de lakens, houten buitenstoel in stukken...,

• Eran (6/5): לא מומלץ... - מיטה וכריות נוחות והבריכה גם היא בסדר למרות שהיו חסרים מקומות ישיבה ליד הבריכה.. המקום מלא מדרגות ואין מעלית . הם מכנים את המקום 'ריזורט' זה לא דומה בשום צורה לריזורט... בבוקר אנשים רבים על האוכל כי הם לא שמים מספיק ובכלל ההיצע של ארוחת הבוקר מוגבל ביותר.. הכספת לא עבדה והם לא באו לסדר. המים בקושי זורמים... התאורה לא פועלת בכל מקום . המלון עצמו ישן ונראה מוזנח. הדרך למלון חשוכה ולא נעימה כלל להליכה בלילה במיוחד לנשים... בקיצור לא מומלץ כלל...

• KATO (1/5): 値段にはとても見合わないとかんじた。 - レセプションの女性スタッフは良かったが掃除に問題がありシーツ交換も無くバスタオルには穴があいていてコップも洗って無くプールアクセスの部屋を予約したのですが プールも狭く子供達が深夜まで遊んでいて結局プールも使えないままでした。 朝食も正直期待外れでした。 欧米人の評価は概ね良いみたいですが日本人にはお勧め出来ません。

Defekte, verrottete Holzliegestühle mit rostigen, abstehenden Schrauben. Defekter Dielenboden auf Balkon am Pool, bröckelnder Verputz. Anlage & Zimmer zuwenig gut unterhalten. Schade.

Helt ok frukost även om mkt fattades. Fräsch pool. Slitet Mycket små rum, dålig belysning Kaffet och hela frukosten serverades alltid senare än 8 fast den skulle börja då.

• Horst (8/5): War ganz OK - Lage war gut! Strand, Restaurants, Massagen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Fußläufig zu erreichen Der Pool war sehr schön Frühstück sehr dürftig! Wenig Auswahl und immer ein Kampf ums Buffet! Es waren oft große Reisegruppen zum Frühstück da. Asia Food kalt da keine Wärmegeräte genutzt wurden! Badezimmer sehr dunkel und wenig Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Es gab zu wenig Liegen am Pool und einige waren schon sehr kaputt

• Patricia (6/5): Prima voor een paar dagen - De ligging Het was echt een erg kleine kamer, kleiner dan het op de foto’s leek. Ook leken de foto’s luxer en vind ik eigenlijk dat het niet echt een resort is. Ik had er meer van verwacht op basis van de foto’s en de beschrijving.
