- CASTAING (8/5): - Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Hôtel très confortable avec un petit spa bien équipé. Chambre de bonne taille, rénovée très récemment et avec des rangements. Petit déjeuner varié avec des produits de qualité. Le petit plus, le magasin Sport Alp intégré à l'hôtel. Même pas besoin de se déplacer ! J'aurai aimé une douche plutôt qu'une baignoire dans ma chambre.

- Caroline (9/5): Great hotel in a great location - The location was excellent, both for the ski lift (the bus stop is right outside and it’s only 3 stops), and for the town (just a 5 minute walk). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot tub is lovely after a day’s skiing - you have to book your half hour slot in the morning and it works perfectly. You don’t need to book for the sauna or steam room. Breakfast was good. The only thing we didn’t like were the mini croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast - we prefer normal size ones.

Le point qui pourrait être amélioré est le petit déjeuner avec d’avantage de produits de boulangerie.

Very good parking for motorcycles behind the hotel. A fantastic base to explore this beautiful area. Nothing other than having to leave

Je n’ai trouvé aucune sympathie de la réception à mon égard. Je me suis brûlée car les bords du jacuzzi en plein soleil sont en Alu. Il restait des cheveux ds la baignoire et sur la moquette. Déçue du séjour.
