- YUKI (10/5): - シャワーはレバーを倒すところがわからず最初は困ったが、お湯も水の出具合も問題なし。ルームクリーニングは選べるけど、掃除しなくても水とタオルは交換はしてくれる。部屋も広い、冷蔵庫あり、使わなかったけどレンジあり。シャンプー石鹸あり、歯ブラシはフロント自販機に用意あり。1人利用でもツインベッドで広かった。 24時間飲食店が多く、夜でも周りは人が多い。うるさいというわけではない安心感がある。

- MINAKO (8/5): - 駅から徒歩5分以内。 鉢山駅の周辺はお店がたくさんあり買い物も便利です。 部屋には洗濯機やレンジもあり、長期滞在にも適しています。 ただ、リネン類は少し使いふるした感あり。 部屋もスーツケースを広げると通路がふさがります。 その点をマイナスしても便利さが勝るので、また利用したいです。

- ATSUKO (8/5): - 金浦空港に遅く到着するなら、すごくおすすめです。周囲は飲み屋さんとか十分にあります。お部屋はキッチン付き、洗濯機付きでした。古いですがきれいにしてあって、初日とか、最後の日とか、空港に近くて、変に苦労することないです。

- NOZOMI (4/5): - 日本語が話せるスタッフがいるとありましたが、いませんでした。 ホテルのすぐ目の前にコンビニがあり、周りは居酒屋だらけで、近くにはゲームセンターやカフェもあり便利でした。 駅からも歩いて10分もかからないので、利便性はいいと思います！

- Azim (6/5): Cheap service hotel. - This is a cheap option service hotel. If you just need somewhere cheap to stay, clean and affordable this is the place. Loads of bars and restaurants around.

- Ota (2/5): - The building looks clean; however, the inside of rooms are very old. Especially, bathrooms are problematic. There is a short barrier between a toilet and a shower, meaning that liquid from the shower can sweep and reach the toilet.

- Ramir (10/5): Nice Hotel, 45 mins from many major attractions - The hotel is located on a busy Area. if you love the nightlife and wanted to spend time eating or drinking after a long travel to the city, this is the perfect spot for you. Intercity Hotel is situated 40-50 mins away from the major attractions in Seoul. It is quite boring to wait this much time in the morning, However, coming home after a lot of walking, I love the travel home as long as I can find a seat on the subway. It lets me rest for an hour so I can enjoy a relaxing night drinking beer or eating food just in front of the hotel. The hotel is just 4 mins walk to the Line 5 subway, and it has access to convenience stores like CU G25 and 7/11.
- Geoffrey (4/5): - Hotel was great and its location is great. The only problem is that rooms do not have any safe. Usually this is not a problem, but I suspect that cleaning staff found and 'borrowed' my cash.
- Tomoo (8/5): - Smooth check-in and check-out saved some time. Excellent location within less than 5 minutes from subway station (Balsan station 3 stops from Gimpo Airport). Power outlet was "SE type" requires an adaptor and can not use "A type (used in Japan).

- JUNKO (10/5): - 部屋の掃除をしてもらって部屋に帰ったら鍵が空いてた。トイレットペーパーの補充もなかった
- Masako (8/5): - 普通のホテルですが、部屋に電子レンジと冷凍庫がある冷蔵庫があるのでテイクアウトした食事を温めたり、コンビニに買ったアイスもすぐ食べすにしまって置けるのが気に入っています。

- Jeffrey (6/5): - The hotel was fine for the price that we paid (a little less than $100 per night, after taxes and fees). Like others have said, the room was very small - it is a very tight fit when walking around the beds. The area near the hotel (Balsan Metro Station) was interesting - there seems to be a lot of office buildings, so there are a lot of restaurants specializing in after-work dinners. In other words, lots of places where you can eat grilled pork and beef with alcohol. But other than that, not really much to see nearby.

- HEGGI (2/5): - ベッドの上にカッターナイフの折った刃がありました。危ないし、非常に怖くて部屋を交換してもらいましたが、支配人なのか偉い人はなんともないような態度で不愉快でした。 説明を聞くと壁紙を貼り直したときに落とされたということです。壁紙を貼り直した後に部屋の掃除とベッドをセットするのが同然かと思いますが、どうやらそのまま顧客を入れたようです。 2度と行きたくない体験をさせてもらいました。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 地點方便，但房外設施有點不足 - 2025年初入住時感覺很好，今次是第4次入住，但這兩次住的房間洗澡的花灑水龍頭水力很弱。 今次住的是deluxe room, 其中大床的床墊很硬，側卧睡會壓到手痛。 另外今次房的花灑除了水力弱之外，水也不夠熱，只是溫水。 跟前櫃反影了，但沒改善到。 另外，床頭旁邊沒小枱也點不方便，而且沒書枱，對要工作的出差人士很不便。所以要考慮今後是否還會再入住了。雖然地點方便，週圍也很多餐廳，吃東西很方便。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 駅から近くて便利 - 帰りが朝早いので空港近くのホテルを探していたら、普段泊まるホテルが満室だったのでこちらを予約しました。 シャワー室がありますが仕切りがないので水浸しになりそうで利用しませんでした。 ベッドは硬くて腰には良さそうです。 周りは飲食店が多いので賑やかですがホテル内は静かでした。

- ICHIKO (8/5): - 金浦空港夜着便を利用したのでホテル着は深夜1時近くでした。 連絡を忘れてしまいましたが問題なくチェックイン出来ました。スタッフもとても感じが良かったです。 クチコミで理解はしてましたが、シャワー室とトイレの段差がなく排水口も水はけが悪くしばらくの間トイレが水浸しになるのでそこだけがマイナスポイントでした。
- ARAI (10/5): - 金浦空港に23時着のフライトだったので、空港から近くて以前泊まったことのある鉢山でホテルを探してました。たまたま空いていたので、泊まりましたが、古さは否めないものの泊まるだけならいいかな？と思います。チェックインが0時を過ぎても気持ち良く対応していただき、サービスも問題なかったです。渡韓の際にはだいたい毎日夜まで出歩いてるので、次もここでも良いかも。鉢山自体は飲食店がたくさんあり、またダイソー、オリヤン、百貨店があるので、お土産も買いやすいです。なんといぅても空港から近いのが嬉しいです。

- RENA (8/5): - 金浦空港の朝便を利用したため、金浦空港からのアクセスがよいこちらのホテルにしました。 발산역9番出口からすぐの所にあり、立地が良く、周りにはオリーブヤング、ダイソーや様々なカフェや飲食店が並んでおり過ごしやすいと思います。 コンサートが終わり、23時頃に夜ご飯を食べに外へ出歩いても大丈夫なくらいには治安がいいです。 施設の設備については、WiFiがフリーで公開されているのが少し不安なのと、コンセントがベッド横にないことと、アメニティがほとんど持参しなければならないのが不便だと思いました。

- YOUNGSHIN (10/5): - 잘먹고 잘쉬러 간거라 주변에 먹을곳이 많은건 좋았습니다. 프런트 직원분도 친철하세요, 다만 이불에 뭐가 묻어 있었고 침대위에 침대를 올려둔거라 조금만 뒤척여도 흔들려서 어지러웠어요 ㅠㅠ방음도 안좋아서 아침에 복도에서 떠드는 소리가 너무 잘들려서 자다 깼어요.

- Masahiro (6/5): - 金浦空港から地下鉄で３駅、駅からも徒歩５分で、周りも飲食店等多数でとても便利です。リニューアルされていますが、バスタブがないのと、シャワーブースのパーティションが無いため、シャワーを利用すると洗面所の床はびしょ濡れになります。ベッドは固いですが、個人的には良いと思います。コンセントはすべて韓国式のコンセントなので、フロントでマルチプラグを借りなければなりません。
- ying nok (2/5): - The accommodation is a bit small which you can't really open your luggage. Moreover, the air-conditioning is kind of broke which the room temperature is kept 28 degree. The surrounding environment is good which have lots of restaurants. Overall, the room is fair.
