- Kim (3/5): Disappointing - The location was good and they have a rooftop terrace where you can sit nicely in the evenings so enjoy your evening. They staff was also really nice :) The room was really smelly when I checked in. The bedsheets were kind of stained everywhere in various colors and I don't even want ro know what I was. In the bathroom the mirror looked like it hadn't been cleaned for ages and there was green mold( or whatever it was) all over the corners in the bathroom. Would definitely not stay there again especially for the price it was.

- Chu (9/5): Good hotel to stay for the price - Good location in a quiet lane yet within a 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. The staff don't speak any English but that's understandable as the hotel caters mainly to local visitors. Use Google translate to overcome any communication problems.
- Lim (8/5): Remember to demand an official receipt - It is a walking distance (about 600m) to the fisherman wharf whereby there is a long row of seafood restaurants. There are several seating arrangement outside the room and hotel lobby that is conducive for people to gather and chit chat. The staff are friendly. However, I like to caution all that when you make payment for the room, remember to demand an official receipt. I paid on arrival but receive a message the next day after my departure from the hotel that I left without paying. I forward them the official receipt, which I demanded just to play safe in case Hotel.com deduct money from my credit card as well, and they close the case.

- 986trangn (4/5): Not recommended! - We stayed here for 2 days and rent 2 motobikes. But the services are bad. Rooms are old. The towels are dirty. The attitude of sercurity is bad. Bike-hire is not good. Hair-dryer in our room does not work.

- PrudenceC48 (8/5): Friendly hotel but abit old - It is our first time to visit Victoria with our friends. The resort is very nice n big , staffs are friendly , breakfast is very tasty , the only thing we are disappointed , the room abit old , our ( both room my friends) bath tubs are leaking in our first day arrived n today ( second day) . We are still have two more nights to stay . Hope that can improve the maintenance.

- pmeireles10 (10/5): Excellent choice outside Mui Ne - We stayed there for 2 nights and they were AMAZING. Clean room and clean towels everyday (not much of a thing you see in cheap hotels in Vietnam). We had lunch there once and it was fantastic. Cheap price (around 6/7$ per person). Really quiet (we spent some time at the balcony at night and it was really good). It's actually far from the city center of Mui Ne, in a more traditional and non-turistic site, but the restaurants and the beaches are awesome and very clean. There's a bus to Mui Ne for 13k each way and it takes around 20 min if you want to see the city center. Highly recommended!
- 666kaseyh (6/5): Keep looking- - Booked for a week but left after the first night. The hotel itself is situated in the middle of no where, if you wanted to find food or the beach you will need a scooter. When we stayed here the vibe was non-existent and just miserable, there were no people around (the hotel and the streets). Staff is very quiet and don't make an effort to ensure your stay enjoyable. Our room and bathroom was very basic but clean. Even though the price is good (cheap) I would recommend looking elsewhere its not worth having a miserable time.
- ChiPhuong (8/5): Reasonable price, spotless room, excellent service - We booked this hotel after reading great reviews from Tripadvisor and was 100% satisfied with the room, the service and friendliness of staff and management. We booked for 3 nights but one of my three kids was not well so we could not arrive on the date. Upon calling the hotel to let them know that we were delayed due to unforseen circumstances, the hotel staff confirmed with us that they would still keep the room for us and not charging us for the first night. We were over the moon. The room was clean, all the amenities were great and the price was exceptional. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids and they allocated us to a room that sleeps 6 so there was heaps of space. On the day we were leaving, the hotel General Manager personally saw us out and offered bottled water to all of us. What a lovely man and such nice gesture! I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Thank you Saigon-PT hotel for such lovely hospitality.
- NorbertD3 (4/5): Low price - basic and loud rooms - We stayed here for one night just to save money and find better hotels in Mui Ne. The rooms are very basic, the bathroom is not very clean and due the night it is very loud. So the hotel is nothing special and nothing to relax, but if you want to stay in a cheap hotel in Pahn Thiet it is okay, whereupon I believe that there are better for the same price... Be carefull if you want to rent a motorbike in this hotel. At first they gave us a damaged bike and after that they wanted that we are paying for the repair... To sum this up, i can't recommend this hotel.
- chriso764 (2/5): Stay elsewhere - I don't know where to start with this place... The hotel is terribly located with very few restaurants in the vicinity, food served in the hotel is terrible at best. We owned our own motorcycles in Vietnam and when arriving at the hotel we were shown the car park and the staff insisted this was free, when we left we were charged, which had I known prior I would have parked it on the street. When checking out they issued me with a bill for the mini bar, which when we arrived was nothing more than a warm empty fridge after endless discussions with two members of management this issue was resolved. Then we were presented with a bill for the room (which was pre-paid on Agoda). Even after showing the management our confirmation they insisted that we had to pay and miraculously couldn't understand us anymore. The receptionist was insisting that we give her our passports back and that we would not be allowed to leave unless we pay them for the room (AGAIN). After about 45 minutes of arguments we were finally allowed to leave this awful excuse of a hotel, after the management decided that everything had been paid. We were issued no form of apology. The only positive comment I have for this hotel is that the security guard that looked after our motorbike was really nice, and enjoyed talking about our ride through Vietnam with him. I just hope the fee they scammed us out of goes in his pocket rather than theirs. I recommend anyone to stay closer to Mui Ne and avoid this place at all costs. We left and moved to Bien Nho resort which cost $2 more, but had a pool, was beach front and most importantly had nice staff.

Very clean, well priced compared to other places we had looked at beforehand. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay near the ocean.
- Haddie07 (8/5): great bang for your bucks - Great value for money. This hotel is located in a quiet area and pretty close to the beach. Staff is very friendly, although they don't speak much English. However, the manager speaks fluent English, so he can be a great help. Will comeback next time.
