Place was ready when we arrived, we requested an airport pick up the day of our arrival. All the employees are so kind, responded to our needs shortly after we requested . My kids enjoyed the daily b’fast, specially the longganisa! Everyone are so polite& never miss to greet us good morning or good evening ! O We actually stayed here when my kids were 10& 12 yrs old. My son is now 35 yrs came with his wife & he still remember this place! I wont think twice to stay at Tropicana again on my future vacay to Pinas! No tea towel to dry dishes, and cloth provided to wipe down benches was actually a flannel/face washer!! 24hour front desk availability was a great service, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

I inquired through email after booking and was allowed to upgrade to a one berdroom premium suite for $1000php/night. The bed turned out to be to full sized beds pushed together (Missing a nightstand). Also there were no hand towels and no coffee packets provided in the room. I completed my business in Manila, checked out and left. The front desk personnel and the doormen & staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the A/C worked great.

- Pauline (10/5): My kind of Hotel suite - I always enjoy my stay at Tropicana Suite hotel for the past 9 years, that's why my friends and colleagues can not convince me to switch hotel whenever I go to Manila to take are of business. I think almost everyone at the front desk, security, as well as the cleaning crew know me, I find these people very friendly, ready to help and very polite. I also like that the location is quite convenient for me if I need to shop for food and take LRT or jeepneys. I just have a small suggestion to the maintenance dept. this time, I stayed in room 501, a 2 bedroom suite, I think the maintenance crew need to re-caulk the toilet in the master bedroom, as I can see water sipping out every time I flash the toilet. That's all.
