- Denis (10/5): - Good hotel in the heart of the city. All interesting places are withing walking distance or accessible by public transport. The room is good, the only thing is the shower zone in the bathroom is not dedicated and the water didn't want to go to the drain hole quickly, so the bathroom can be flooded for some time. Maybe it's applicable only for the room I stayed.

- Dmitry (6/5): Обычный трёхзвездочный отель - Почему-то во всех отелях этой сетки у меня возникают проблемы с водой. В Сочи горячая вода текла тонкой струйкой, здесь вода в душе бесконечно переходила от холодной к горячей и обратно. Долго ждал заселения. На ресепшене работает один сотрудник, одновременно селились семьи и одиночки. Завтрак - хороший выбор для тройки, но очень мало места в ресторане. Столкнулся с тем, что не сразу смог сесть.

La Camera era pulita ma fredda. non era possibile riscaldarla essendo arrivato alle 10 di sera. il sistema di condizionamento era insufficiente a riscaldare l'ambiente, fortemente sottodimensionato nel suo sistema normale di riscaldamento. Colazione abbondante e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Чудо кран стоит в ванной комнате, который и в раковину, и в ванну. Завтраки вкусное, но персонал не приветлив.

На просьбу вызвать такси,послали на улицук стоящей машине с шашками,оказалось это будет стоить 500 р. После того как попросила вызвать другое,мне обошлось это 190 р. В номере уснуть было не возможно из за сильного не проходимого запаха канализации,.Диван в номере был мокрым,что испортило мою юбку. Отдых считаю испорченым.
- Andrei (8/5): Ощущения, что проживаешь в большом Интуристе 90-х) - У Маринсов что в Новосибирске, что в Ростове на Дону одна и та же проблема. Они очень медленно и с неохотой ремонтируют и улучшают старые советские номера. Поэтому, если вы попадаете в номер эконом класса - приготовьтесь, что это будет номе советского типа, чистый, но крайне простой и не современный. А так Маринс - это сеть отелей, где самые лучшие завтраки, которые я когда-либо встречал. Выбор блюд очень разнообразный, это и есть скорее всего компенсация за возвращения в СССР в номере). и очень Клиент ориентированный персонал. Впечатления были, что проживаешь в большом Интуристе 90-х)

- Stefan (6/5): - Gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Bad ist aber veraltet und die Betten sind zu hart. Eine Matratze auf einem Holzbrett. Frühstück ist gut mit allen was notwendig ist, Müsli, Wurst, Käse, sowie warme Speisen.

Reinigung des Zimmers nur wenn man es wuenscht und Hinweis vor die Zimmertuer haengt. Fruhstueck ist gut und grosse Auswahl. Service Personal versteht schlecht engl. und ist langsam. Dennoch wuerde ich diese Hotel wegen seines gute Zimmerpreises wieder waehlen.

The rooms are modern and clean while reception and staff in the bar/cafe were helpful. It maybe lacks a bit of charm but ticks most of the boxes for a short stay.

- Natalia (8/5): Просто хороший отель в центре города - Я ездила по делам в город Ростов-на-Дону, где мне нужно было остановиться на одну ночь. Для этого я забронировала одноместный номер в Маринс Парк отеле. Хотя меня несколько насторожили кое-какие негативные отзывы о нем, опасения оказались напрасными. Единственный минус - это одна маленькая жиденькая подушка, а запасной подушки в шкафу не нашлось. А в остальном - чисто, уютно, на столе бутылочка воды и маленькая шоколадка, в ванной три полотенца, шампунь, гель для душа, зубная щетка с пастой, ватные палочки. Везде таблички с прикольными надписями "полотенце для ваших ножек", "полотенце для ваших ручек", "полочка для вашего чемоданчика" и т.п. Поднимает настроение. В номере большой плоский телевизор и маленький холодильник. Есть кондиционер. На завтрак шведский стол обильный и разнообразный, можно поесть вкусно и сытно. Район удобный, все нужные мне организации находились в пешей доступности. Персонал хорошо обученный и вежливый.

I will always come back to this hotel, if I will be around... Receptions is very helpful and anytime, if you need something always ready to help even for English speakers.

- Victor (8/5): - Отель старый. Ковролин пыльный. Сначала попытались заселить в номер категорией ниже со старой пыльной мебелью. На мою просьбы переселить в номер соответствующий бронированию (30 м2 с балконом) ответили, что таких номер нет. Пришлось настоять на своем и ждать 20 минут, когда уберут мой номер. Заселили в номер большей площади, но такая же старая мебель и запах пыли и затхлости.

Из минусов: брали в Новый год номер бизнес, телевизор находился в комнате только с одним креслом, кровать стояла в другой комнате. Вдвоём в Новый год смотреть телевизор было не удобно. В номере было прохладно.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good airport shuttle - I stayed here alone and got the single standard room for $30, for that price it was worth it, they sent a car to meet me at the airport and drive me a long ways back to the airport for $4, it was on time and very convienent. The free breakfast was good.
- J1639VOpauld (8/5): Very good value at this price - Yes, its an old Soviet style hotel that has been modernised but before you are tempted to complain about something then compare what these facilities would cost you in a western country. Front of house is good; the desk staff speak English, the TV is HD, Wi Fi and telephone is strong; the food is good for the price. The room furniture is a little basic but OK. As with all Russian hotels remember to take a sink plug and a bath sponge! If you want luxury then pay more, otherwise this is all OK.

Dirty walls, old towels, thin walls and very smelly room. This kind of stay that sends you here to write an review.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Old Hotel, priced low for less services - The hotel is a large property, and one that dates back a long time ago. The rooms will show this. Very minimalistic. Wifi is good and the location is excellent. Otherwise, it's a very average hotel, same breakfast everyday. There were some problems with the hot water on some mornings.
- Verified traveler (6/5): You get what you pay for... justifies cheap price! - The hotel is one of the largest hotels in Rostov-on-Don, and is from an era of the past. Interior Decor and Rooms are minimally provided for. There is nothing more than a bed, a table, a cupboard and bathroom. In the mornings, they have limited supply of hot water, which leaves you with nothing but a freezing cold shower on a chilly morning. The breakfast is the same everyday, and nothing special. The house-keeping services are absolutely minimal. The only positive thing is that the Free Wifi is of good strength, and the hotel lobby plays old Russian classics which are a treat to watch. Other than that, nothing great! This is why the hotel is so cheap --- but thats better than charging you a fortune to provide such low a service.
- bennett1991 (4/5): Very Russian - Room fine but very dated, the bed linen was clean though a little worn. Bathroom basic but it all worked - though they never left a spare toilet roll! Breakfast the same every day but there was plenty to eat. Water provided in room on first night and then you filled up from the water machine on each floor. Vending machine also on each floor. The room had a fridge but it was really noisy so I turned it off. The TV worked but I didn't use it. Really liked the cafe by reception where they had traditional entertainment each evening and also the food was pretty good. The free wi-fi was good.
- pascalc331 (4/5): It must have been new at some stage - 30 years or so ago, this might have been a good hotel. It certainly is no longer. The staff is exceptionally friendly, true. And that's where the positives stop. Poorly appointed rooms in urgent need of renovation, atmosphere of a factory shop floor and a, frankly, lousy breakfast served in a windowless room that might pass as bomb shelter. It is cheap, though.... If you have other criteria, look elsewhere.

The breakfast was good but exactly the same every day. We were here when it was not winter but the heat was not on. The hotel brought an extra comforter and a space heater. Nice service. We would stay here again.
- Christo4osA (2/5): very low quality and high prices - This is my 8th day in russia and I've been in 4 different cities and 4 different hotels and this is by far the worst of all! First of all the rooms are dirty, and I mean very dirty, there were hair on my bed, the walls and floor has stains but the worst of all is the bathroom, it smells very bad and taking a shower is not a good idea, the water have a very bad smell and colour. The staff is very polite and helpfull and the breakfast is good too but my overall feeling is very bad. For 90+ euros this was the most expensive hotel that I stayed and it is the worst. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- fridman_anna (6/5): Good for short-term biz trip - Great location, but service is very USSR style - they are friendly and nice, but won't help you with heavy luggage. Rooms are small and a bit stuffy, bathroom is clean, but not modern. If you are a business traveller, travel for couple of days and don't pay much attention to room design, should be fine.
- CathrineL_12 (6/5): Very simple and usual for Russian region - I stayed in Rostov for 1 night at this hotel. The room category was business (not the cheapest one) and at least had a big bed. Standard rooms have really small beds. First of all there was no soap and shower gel in the bathroom, so I tried calling the reception but failed because there was no room information (usefull telephone numbers, usual tourist info etc.). So I had to go downstairs and ask for soap. In the morning I wanted to take a shower but the water from the tap was cold. I waited for several minutes but nothing changed..Then for another 5 minutes...Finally the temperature got decent for a quick shower. All in all it was a simple Russian region hotel, next time I will chose a different place to stay for a business trip.
- HRics (4/5): Never again - No hot water, bad service, high price. I will never sleep there again. Location is good, in the center, you can reach park and malls by walk, but better choose another hotel. I don't recommend this for you to stay in Rostov there.
