- Nilesh (4/5): - Room to improve… Although I have stayed for 1 night, the room was poorly maintained. The toilet was not clean and left without any cleaning after the prior checkout, all smelly. The shower drain was clogged, the clearance affected. Breakfast was ok though. Staff was friendly.
- Sanjay (8/5): Cool and Elegant stay - Decent experience. Nice large rooms. Better than expected at this location. Courteous staff and good procedure followed from outside to inside with all precautions.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Unsatisfactory for a 4-Star Hotel - The room booked by us was King sized bed but we were provided with a much smaller bed. Also the receptionist just handed us a letter to read about the hotel property. The rooms had dust in the corners and the shower to tap switch was broken. Did not expect this kind of service from a 4-star hotel.

- Ligia (8/5): - I forgot my key in the hotel and the day after they said they had the key. My colleague went to collect and they said they don't have anymore. They lost my key after it was found in the room i stayed. Other than that stay was fine.
- Vaishali (8/5): Comfortable stay ! - We stayed for one night due to an emergency and the stay turned out to be a decent one ! I had heard about this property and always wanted to explore once ! The room was comfortable with modern amenities required in a room. One thing that caught my attention was the swipe lock system required for access which was bang-on and the catering people for late dinners ! The variety of food items were plenty and the option to choose from A-la-carte or Buffet is also nicely done. The decor of the dining area is nice too. The place is easily accessible and service was also nice, would surely love to stay again.
