• Katie (2/5): No room reserved for us - We arrived to find that no one reserved our room! There were no other rooms available in the whole town. We had to keep driving another 3 hours and slept in our car because there were no vacancies anywhere. We demand a refund as it was not our fault.
• David (2/5): Sold me a non-existant room - This is a contract issie between hotels.com and the hotel. When i arrived the clerk said the owner had canceled the reservation because they were sold out. Then a second clerk came in, and after a while she said she had a larger group she could move to a sister hotel. Since my reservations had been canceled (so they claimed) they made me pay a second time. They ckaimed the cancelation resulted in not being paid by hotels.com. Three hours later i finally found a phone number to talk to a live, but noy very helpful, hotels.com agent. He agreed to file some kind of a report, but the whole time i was treated like the issue was my problem, not theirs.

• William (4/5): - Not a good experience. We got to the room, carpet was dirty, we had to ask for toilet paper and only had one wash cloth. He said they were short on wash cloths. They must live there so children were running around our car and running scooters thru out the parking lot. No coffee pot in the room and the lobby was locked so we couldn’t get ice because the ice machine was in the lobby . ( locked ) bad experience

• Kimberly (2/5): Would not stay there again! - The only good things were the price and the fact they had one room available at the last minute. The roim was filthy but the bed was comfortable. No bed bugs! The only reason we stayed is because we had been traveling for the last 3 days and still had several hours to drive to our destination. Wewere up b4 dawn and outta there! Housekeeping is the worst problem this motel has, but it was also noisy. The blind on the window was bent so we used bath towels to cover the holes for privacy.

• Troy (4/5): - Rooms had no coffee, nor did the registration office. Partially remodeled, not good at all. Towels. Smelled clean but were stained not white and small. There were families living in the apartments, noisy at night outside my room and some intoxicated guy woke me up looking for his sister. He wanted me to let him look inside the room. Do not recommend! There is a lot of sketchy stuff going on at the Tomahawk!
• Christina (2/5): Never again - Bathroom fan hadn't been cleaned in years, bedding, walls and carpet were stained. Hospitality is non existent, staff seemed annoyed that we requested towels and pillows. Made a reservation a week in advance only to be told the king size room I reserved was given to someone else. Staff enters your room when they think you're not there.
• Tim (8/5): Sketchy at best - Check in staff was very distracted, possibly high on drugs, kept mumbling to herself. Never sure if she was talking to me or herself and finally grabbed a key and said follow her to check if the room was ready. That night I was approached by a drunk man who wanted two dollars for the bus? He claimed his brother worked as the security guard for the property but I never saw any security. We just needed a clean room to sleep for a few hours, otherwise I would not have stayed.
• Ken (2/5): - 1 am harley revving , maid came into the room ignoring "do not disturb" A guy knocked on my door the first morning and asked if i was staying another night, i said yes, and he asked if id paid for it... 930 AM lobby was locked, so the only ice machine was unavailable, called and said someone would be there, no one showed. Unprofessional, employees yelling at each other This place sucks

• Elizabeth (4/5): Not my favorite. - The clerk was high when we showed up and rolled out of the back room smelling of weed. They were also curt when we left asking where to drop the key. The curtains were falling off from the top of the window. The AC vents were all broken and only cooled the person a few inches from the ac unit. The heater vents were rusted up. The whole room was outdated. There were wholes in the blankets. There were conjoined room doors that looked like you could not keep anyone out if you wanted they were so flimsy. The bathroom sink backed up and we had to wash our hands in the tub.

I booked a room with two beds, but that room was disgusting, no curtains, vacuum cleaner in room, no extra chair… so switched to queen size bed, which was better. • Sabrina (2/5): Don't waste your money - Supposedly lost the key to the room that we had reserved then had a gross smoke smelling room that was not vacuumed, all electronics were unplugged andthe fridge had some red mess all over it. The bathroom light did not work and we didn't even have toilet paper or a phone to call the office in our room. Very disappointed and a waste of money.
• Mindy (2/5): - The room was very run down and bare except for relatively new furniture. The "non-smoking" room smelled of smoke and old fabric. The sheets had cigarette burns. The pillows were old, smelly and flat, and I was uneasy about putting my head down on them even though the pillowcases appeared pretty clean. Some of the towels were old and stained. Dead bugs were in the bathtub. There was no tissue box or extra toilet paper in the room, and the toilet paper left on the roll was barely enough for one person to use for a night. So I had to use my own paper products that I luckily had in my car. The employee at the front office was clearly overworked and sleep-deprived and told me that she had to deal with too many complaints, so I didn't want to go ask her for anything, even toilet paper. There was no coffee maker or blow dryer in the room. The refrigerator had food stains on the inside. The internet was slow and frequently went out. There was no coffee, drinking water, or food offered at the front office. The door to my room had a large gap at the bottom that let in cold air, so the room was drafty and cold. The walls were thin, and the drafty door did not keep out noise. It was a Thursday night, and there were a lot of noise and people activity even in the middle of the night. At 5AM, two people were yelling and I heard a glass bottle get thrown and shatter in the parking lot. On the plus side, the mattress was fairly comfortable and the water pressure was good for a hot shower.

Shower had tiles coming off the wall. Was nervous that they would give a key to someone else for my room
• Clinton (6/5): - Our room was obviously under construction. Sheetrock dust and plaster everywhere. No hand towels and only one washcloth and we used that to clean the surfaces. We shook the bedding off just to sleep the first night but asked if they would clean during the next day while we were out. It never got cleaned. Beds were soft! And decent prices.
• Kearstun (4/5): - The only upside was the beds were comfortable. The heaters were baseboard and the thermostat did absolutely nothing. No heat in the room and it's 20° outside. When we walked into the room the bathtub water was running steaming the room, and it would not shut off. The light over the sink did not work and half of the outlets did not have power.
• Devan (6/5): - I needed pet friendly lodging for one night, znd Tomahawk was very competitively priced. The staff were friendly and the room was a clean yet dated, or vintage, vibe. The bed was made very well, and the linens and pillows were sufficient for me. Pet fee was stated as $15 on a sign at reception.

• Cydney (2/5): - The room was filthy. I wouldn't walk on the floors without shoes, especially in the bathroom which was freaking disgusting. There was constant noise the entire time, until 8 in the morning when we had to get going for the day. The neighbor was either throwing himself into the wall, or throwing his partner. Just belligerent neighbors, so disrespectful and loud. Scared the crap out of my kids. I didnt think it could get worse than Motel 6, but the Motel 6 is 5 star compared to here.
• Sheila (2/5): - I was kept awake til 4:30 AM by guests in the room above me...music, dropping things to floor... There are no phones in rooms to contact the office. This I found most inconvenient because I would likely have talked with someone earlier in the night. I dressed and went out but office was locked. Returning to room I found a number online and talked with someone and the noise stopped. I ought to have contacted them sooner but kept thinking the noise would subside and I did not want to complain. I was also fearful that if I complained that perhaps my car would be vandalized by the people above me.
• Allia (2/5): - No breakfast as advertised and I took photos from online. Jessica did great with checking. But the owner was incredibly rude on the phone when I called about the breakfast. He said stay or leave I don't care. Quote.

Other than little things like several wall patching not repainted, the rusty heating vent cover behind the toilet and door locks it would be back up to where it was 50 yrs ago, when it was the best motel in Riverton.
• Rebecca (6/5): Rowdy at night - The staff was very nice and the room was clean. It just became a party scene in the parking lot at night. The clerk explaining to me that the front desk has a buzzer for entry at night should have been my first indication. There were people wandering the parking lot that mocked my husband as we were unlocking our door. Then there were people sitting right outside our door with a screaming baby for hours. Then later at night, people were riding skate boards in the parking lot and screaming at each other. I'm not sure if this is the norm but it seemed like it. We definitely wished we had stayed somewhere else.

• Sharon (8/5): Would stay again - Our motel room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It appears that it may be under new ownership. There are small repairs that need to be made: holes in walls that need patched where items were removed, the toilet flushed (but not well), there was a gap along the bottom left side of the door. These things are minor; I would stay here again.

They were replacing sinks in many units, so getting me into a room was not as routine as usual, but the woman at the desk got me settled quickly. She was very friendly and helpful, and when I told her there were no towels in my room, she got me some immediately. Just really good service from nice people! The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I'd stay here again.

• Carol (4/5): Cold Water - While the staff member at the desk was great when we checked and said they were remodeling and to let her know if we needed anything she forgot to mention there wasnt any hot water. After a freezing cold shower I went to inform the office personnel about the lack of hot water and was told they knew and a plumber might or might not be on their way. That would have been nice to know when we checked in.

• Lacy (10/5): - We booked the Tomahawk for my son's wrestling tournament. While at the tournament, my son became very ill and we decided to go home. I called the Tomahawk at 5:30 pm and explained the situation. He was so friendly and kind and even cancelled our stay so we didn't have to pay. He didn't have to do that, but it was appreciated. I look forward to booking through him again next year!
