- Shelley Paul (8/5): King room w spa tub beautifully upgraded rooms - Clean and beautifully upgraded. Small staff. Friendly. Great Mexican restaurant within walking distance. In town (this is JUST on the outskirts of historic downtown) is a quaint 50s restaurant where we had breakfast ,attached to large antique store and short drive to many scenic areas of north georgia. Great hub The lobby has been upgraded as has the entire hotel. But it lacks a welcoming cozy vibe when you first walk in that most hotels have. Multiple table and chairs right by check in are functional for breakfast but not inviting at all. Cant rem any cozy, inviting lobby furniture just some cute wall decor. They could add a budget friendly electric fireplace and a couple of comfortable arm chairs and easily fix the issue. Its not a deal breaker of course!

- Daisy (8/5): Enjoyable cozy and comfortable stay. - Did not eat breakfast. The location was great! It was just about five minutes from our destination. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy. We enjoyed the stay. The only thing that could have been better was at least two waste baskets (bathroom and living room). I wish that I could have gotten a first floor room because of my knees. Last but not least- at least 2 sets of towels. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this hotel

- Rob (5/5): This facility is clean but very dated. - Room frig was tiny but they let us use their larger frig/ freezer in their kitchen. They gave us a handicap room which we did not need or want. The room was small and not very nice compared to the other rooms we saw there while checking out. The maids were cleaning some other rooms and the doors were open. I feel like they gave us a crappy room since we booked online at a discounted price.

- Eric (6/5): Was good enough. - Rooms where remodeled. Price was ok. No refrigerator in room. Front desk said that some rooms have them and some dont when asked. Like its an option? The bed was on the hard side. And the remodeled floor was done in a high gloss tile which means its slick as ice.

The coffee shop across the way, "Misty Ember", super cute and delicious and open til midnight! Smelled a bit musty. Walls/doors are very thin, could hear me lock the door from up the hall. It may just be older and that's why it doesn't look quite as clean.

Our room was very spacious, very clean, attractive, quiet, comfortable, but a bit under-furnished: there was a complete absence of drawer space for clothing and surfaces (other than the bed) on which to open a suitcase, making clothing changes and prep for the following day more challenging than they need to be. Also, the in-room jacuzzi was not functioning. Mechanical malfunctions are nobody's fault if fixed promptly, but offering an in-room jacuzzi really places a premium on maintenance; I hope future visits show they're up to the challenge.

- Megan (4/5): - Night staff was super friendly and attentive. Day staff was nice too The room was connected by a door to the next room and you could hear every word the guests were saying. They weren't being very loud, the walls were just thin. You could hear everything from the hallway too. The floors were filthy. The bottom of my socks were gross after walking a few steps. Shower looked nice but the door wouldn't stay closed. I had to wedge a wash cloth in the bottom just to shower. Breakfast was just coffee, cereal, bagels, and waffles. Kind of expected juice, yogurt, fruit, or maybe even some eggs?

Got our bellies full just need some juice for the non coffee drinkers. None of this is a deal breaker. We'd definitely stay again.

- CINDY (10/5): Excelent - The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was fantastic. The shower was so clean the water was hot. No complaints. Being pet friendly was a huge plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When items fell out of our bag the staff was ready to help. The location is great, in walking distance to the downtown area and places to eat. We were very pleased with our stay. My husband had wished they had some juice with breakfast, but he still enjoyed breakfast.

They was Loud, Noisy, inconsiderate about guests sleeping. Even though it was the local police department, not sure if it was Official Business; I Do Not Care. Shut up!!! I went Twice to the desk and told the Cops AS WELL AS the staff SHUT UP!
