In my room. One electrical plaque not functioning. Plus air conditioning bit slow and takes time to cool the whole room. The soap provided in the bathroom not really ok. They can improve better. Overall okay

- Chew (10/5): Best value for money and cozy experience - The staff is extremely friendly and promptly addressed our complaints about some malfunctions in 30 mins. Considering the very affordable price, the hotel room offers a cozy design with just enough space to move around, despite being small. It is equipped with toilet paper, clothes hangers, a sturdy cabinet, and a table. There is also a hot/cold water dispenser near the elevator, making it easy to prepare coffee, as the room does not include a kettle. Most importantly, the hotel is located at a strategic place where you can access convenient store, food stalls, groceries and malls nearby. There were ants crawling in and out near the wall corner where the air conditioner is installed, close to the outlet.

- lylianlim2402 (7/5): 实际上没什么太差劲的，主要还是清洁不到位。 - 房间布局，浴室淋浴，冷气足够冷。 毛巾看起来很旧了甚至没有洗液的香味， 沙发 衣柜还有床头柜 全是灰尘跟尘螨， 容易引起皮肤过敏，需要注意清洁。 电视下的柜台有小蚂蚁， 插座少甚至供电不足手机充不上电，灯光太暗。 遗憾的是房间里没有小冰箱。还需改进。

- jwenx (8/5): 大致上满意，除了… - 有提供饮水机可以装水 有瓶装矿泉水 冷气蛮冷的 床和枕头还算舒适 楼下附近都是餐馆 停车位充足 有电梯可以直达酒店房间 有提供熨斗可以烫衣服 厕所门是用玻璃做的而门是没有放门锁的。可能因为年久失修，所以门没有办法完全关紧。如果和家人一起住的话这问题还不算大，可是如果是和同事一起出门的话就会觉得很尴尬。 厕所门的门把松了，有点担心他会掉下来。 冲凉的地方很小，马桶占比太大了。对于体型比较大的人来说是一个很麻烦的事情。连手都伸不开… 猫眼的遮盖的挡板坏了。应该是被以前的顾客给扭坏了。 请维修厕所门和猫眼遮盖挡板。

- William (4/5): Quite disappointed for the stay. - So far it is acceptable for a short stay, we weren't had much time spending inside room, so it is quite enough for just few nights sleep over there. There got a strong smoke smell when we moved in, we thought it will be gone or getting better since there is a ventilation system inside their washroom. But it still had a light smoke smell remaining even until we moved out, quite disappointed to their air quality/cleanness inside room.

- Syuhadah (6/5): Everythng is fine and comfortable but it have a lot of cockroach (lipas). - The staff very friendly. it have a lottttt of cockroach in the room 😭
- KWANG HOOI (7/5): Overall it is reasonable and standard for 3 star business hotel. - The location is near to my workplace. It is suitable if visit to factories around Balakong. Near to community shopping mall and a lot of hawker stalls around that area. Easy to get food and personal hygiene products. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The faucet and hose are leaking. Need plumber to fix. Need improvement in cleanliness of toilet especially the toilet window curtain that has stain.

- Eng Kit (5/5): Facilities worn-out - Close by to the event I'm attending Quite rundown hotel,no kettle provided. The surrounding areas were very dark and impressed by unsafe instinct and a spooky feel. Cleanliness surrounding areas were filthy and stink. Hotel entrance access by room key after 12 am as there was no staff on duty.
