Important Information

From Puerto Princesa, the resort will provide a free land and boat transfer going to Narra. Estimated travel time by land is 2 hours and 45 minutes by boat. Guests are advised to take the morning flight arriving in the island between 8:00 and 11:00, and afternoon flight departing from the island between 15:00 and 18:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Vladimir (1/5): Zákerná pasca pre klientov! Kradnú peniaze z peňaženiek! - Okrem ostrova vytvoreného prírodou vôbec nič Všetko, čo poskytovalo ubytovanie. Obrovský podvod na klientoch! Informácie a fotografie mohli byť najmenej 5 rokov staré, aktuálny stav je zanedbaný, pláže pokryté odpadkami. Zjavne žiadna údržba posledných 5 rokov. Jedlo podpriemerné. K izbám neboli kľúče, takže počas poslednej večere niekto z personálu nám z izieb ukradol tisíce PHP a stovky USD! Majiteľka to vôbec neriešila, bolo jej to jedno, bola arogantná. Okrem nás na ostrove boli len členovia rodiny majiteľky, zjavne za naše peniaze. Booking - prestaňte ponúkať toto zariadenie. Na Filipíny chodím už 15 rokov, ale toto som nezažil.
Charlotte (10/5): AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! - This place has a luxury feel. The location is breath taking and everything you could really want of peace and relaxation is here. The food is fresh and tastes incredible, Philippine style! Staff are helpful and friendly and welcome you in as family. We feel privileged to have experienced this island. It’s fantastic! But maybe take snacks, there is a large fridge however meal portions are big.
Julie (1/5): Dreadful short visit Miss Sold! - Nothing. This Hotel was totally miss sold with photos 20 years plus ago !! Extremely run down, holes in floor decking, rotten unstable hand rails, mouldy ceiling, smelly beds and pillows, no mini bar or water in rooms, only beer and water on the island, shower disgusting mouldy and broken tiles, sun loungers Broken and mouldy, doors and windows don’t close correctly, extremely run down No repairs for many years. Left after one night stay, as soon as boat could transfer us back to Palawan. Now awaiting response from Booking .com !!!

Stephen (10/5): A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY..DON'T MISS IT - Unique experience. Small island, only five bungalows, all inclusive rate, picked up from hotel in puerto princesa taken to the island and then returned to Puerto Princesa. Very easy, very comfortable, great freshly prepared food and plenty of it, nice friendly staff. Down to earth feel but with a bit of class and style. Would highly recommend. We are a well travelled couple in our mid sixties and found the experience truly quite amazing. Having the island virtually to ourselves what more could you ask for? Well, I understand the island is for sale!!!! Just 300M PHPs and it could be yours!!! it was a bit windy, and I couldn't take.home the beautiful shells I found!

Cathrina (10/5): Peace found a place at Arena Island Resort. - Everything A Must Try. The exclusivity of the place. The comfort and the ambiance. If you require serenity, Arena Island Resort is the best place for you. Our family stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The owner Chit is the one who prepared the food for the duration of our stay. Her staff (2 lovely lady-Ate Ate) along with 4 Kuya and her nephew Soy made our stay unforgettable. My husband and the 4 Kuya had natural fishing activity during the first night of stay and it was real fun. No Wi-Fi makes it more relaxing and FUN. REAL vacation at its BEST. Nothing
Nelson (10/5): Peaceful getaway - Pampered! That's what we've experienced. The crew Took care of us. Our PA was there every time we need her. Aiza was awesome! All of our hard to get request was taken care off. The island is a getaway for couples. This island holds lots of great memories for me & my wife. Thanks very much, Mr. Fuji & Mrs. Chit!
