• Irshad (1/5): Our entire vacation was ruined - We booked this hotel, considering all the reviews and feedback, but when we arrived to the property on the day of the booking, the staff opened the gate, said that the villa is unavailable. We came from very far with a 2 year old and it was very difficult to come all the way to the hotel. We were expecting a nice vacation for our family, but it was shattered within minutes and the entire staff was saying that they are closed for the holidays and even for that particular day the whole Villa is already booked. We called to confirm in the morning but no one answered unfortunately to the given number in Booking.com. Then at the property a different person answered. He said he managed to Booking.com one year ago for them and he hung up so we spoke to the owner and called her, had to get the number from the staff. She was like in denial she was saying that the hotel is closed and the Booking.com is closed but we got the confirmatio through Booking.com three days ago, but she’s saying there’s nothing can be done. We were stranded with a little kid with our luggage. It was very difficult for us. At last within a couple of minutes we had to find another hotel and leave because our vacation was ruined, but we were determined to find somewhere else. Please do not book this place through Booking.com or any other platform as the management is very negligent and very arrogant on managing their bookings. find somewhere else who value your booking and welcome you warmly. no hate to the staff. Staff has been and manageable, but owner is very arrogant and doesn’t manage the property well. Be very careful so that this doesn’t happen to you.

• Daniel (5/5): - Hotel je přímo na pláži s vlastním bazénem, takže je vždy na výběr možnost koupání. To je asi jediné plus. Vnitřní i venkovní zařízení by zasloužilo údržbu. Velmi špatná hotelová kuchyně. Personál se snaží být maximálně vstřícný a milý, to ale nemůže vyrovnat to co dostanete na stůl. Je možné se jít najíst do města, ale je to celkem daleko.

• Eva (8/5): Spiaggia, tranquillità - La struttura è locata direttamente sulla spiaggia bellissima. Vicino al paese è qualche buoni e ottimi ristoranti. Qui si respira la calma e tranquillità. Mancanza di acqua calda, il pessimo WiFi è un po più di pulizia. La struttura ha bisogno di un po di manutenzione.
• SOPHIE (5/5): Passez votre chemin ! - La proximité de l’océan, la piscine, la taille de la chambre, la literie Hôtel semblant à l’abandon, qui aurait besoin d’être rafraîchi, frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas, n’a pas été changé, climatisation très bruyante, plage avec beaucoup de proximité avec les pêcheurs, pas de bouteille d’eau proposée que des carafes à température ambiante, petit déjeuner très sommaire et sri-lankais.

• Kamen Kazankin (9/5): - It was quiet, located right next to the beach. You hear only the waves (and the fishermen). Room was spacious, clean and well equipped (though a bit dated). The balcony was huge and cool during the day because of the breeze from the ocean. The garden is nice, with enough lawnchairs and shade spots around the pool. No mosquitos during our stay. You can order dinner that they bring from somewhere else. It was well done (we tried fish, rice and curry, prawns). Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is hit and miss. Once there was a typical Sri Lanka Breakfast that not everyone likes.

• Mustafa Kemal (10/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Preis/Leistung top, klare Empfehlung. - Die Unterkunft ist einfach gesagt „Perfekt“ für einen kurzen und auch längeren Aufenthalt. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Direkt am Strand, sehr schöner Pool mit Rasen drum herum. Der Service ist immer verfügbar und sehr hilfsbereit, die Zimmer schön und sauber, es hat alles (Klima, Bad, Fenster, TV Tresor) tadellos funktioniert. Wasser ist sauber und Warmwasser läuft auch mit ausreichend Druck im oberen Stockwerk (das haben wir öfters anders erlebt). Im Hotel gibt es gutes Frühstück und man kann sich auch etwas als Alternative kommen lassen, zum Lunch und Dinner gibt es eine kleine Auswahl im Menü zum Bestellen. Zu Fuß ist man in 5-10 Minuten beim Bahnhof, bei Restaurants und beim großen Supermarkt. Die Besitzerin Marina ist für alle Sonderwünsche hilfsbereit und hat uns speziell bei gecancelten Flügen sehr geholfen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich - ein Engel! Meine Frau und ich haben an der Unterkunft nichts zu bemängeln.

• Diane (9/5): A great beach side stay but close to town - It was a huge comfortable room. Breakfast was good, especially the delicious Sri Lankan food on our second morning. The guy who looked after us was friendly and helpful. The location, right on the beach, was perfect for our final couple of days in Sri Lanka. The pool and garden area were great. We liked being close to the town where we found a lovely eatery. We were also close to the railway station which made our commute into Colombo extremely easy. Small things needed addressing. The blinds in the bathroom were broken, one of the few electric sockets in the bedroom didn’t work, the tv control needed new batteries. Three things didn’t trouble us but sometimes people can be fussy.
