• Yarrow (1/5): Horrible - Nothing False advertising. The room was nothing like the picture. Bed was nearly on the floor,room smelt very bad and to top it of had to share bathroom with 20 other people. Nothing in advertising said we had to share a bathroom. Staff was rude told me that it was because of flood that we didn't get the room advertised, that it automatically put us in other room, and she said thats reflects on the price. I was fuming with her, walked away from me before i could finishs, would never recommend this place to anyone ever. We never stayed there went and found another place to stay. Rang to next morning to speak to manager and she was just as rude and said room was not available so we got put in another, and that's way it was cheaper. Price on internet was same for the room we thought we were getting. Asked manager for refund she told me I had to contact booking.com. can you tell me how I get a refund??

• Tash (10/5): - Amazing and friendly staff- Lady who checked me in was also working in the bar. Apologies I have forgotten her name. I had booked a room up stairs, however I didnt realise the bathroom was shared when i book for 3 nights. I came back down stairs and she will able to change my accommodation to a room out the back there. No hassles or issues and was happy to do so. During my short stay, I had brought everything I needed including food. The Hotel/Motel was very inviting and I wished I had gone in and had a meal.

• Nathaniel (7/5): A good experience, but will bite your wallet. - The room was quite clean and looked nice. Attractive shower setup, too. If that were the size and feel of a very small home, I honestly wouldn't fuss, as it is pleasant. Had to pay a little more to switch to a more appropriate, two (separate) bed room, as the advertising on Booking had outdated images. Unfortunately, the extra $10 fee I copped for their ad error to switch to the intended room went unexplained, but I paid to avoid hassles (I was tired). Hope it's not a habit of hotels to pinch their income base.

• Cherie Magey (7/5): Chinchilla charm - Beautiful room. Large, clean and well presented. Good facilities and restaurant was lovely. The tiled floor was raised above carpet level and presented a tripping hazard.

• Mercedes Mumma (2/5): Dangerous shower. Avoid if mobility issues. Expensive - Not much unfortunately. Slipped into the shower as the floors are dangerous and extremely slippery in the upstairs shared bathroom. Now have nice bruises. There's nowhere to put your dry clothes on unless you can hang them while showering. Or you put them on the floor outside the shower if you want them dry and you can ask the people using the toilet not to take them. Not worth $125.

• Jessica (10/5): Super simple but perfect! - As soon as we walked in it smelt clean, like soap but not the over powering type to give you headache, it was super simple but perfect for what we needed, comfortable and clean beds, bathroom was clean and tidy, perfect for what we needed! The raised tiled area in front of the sink leading into the bathroom, we all kicked it and tripped over it a number of times, wish there were security screens and/or fly screens on the windows.

The location was perfect only minutes from the hospital, staff were very helpful and accommodating as we arrived very late in the evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Breakfast not available but McDonalds and Bakery close by.

Curtains didnt cover the window properly and I had to put a couple of the room towels up to keep out the lights from the car park, also as travelling alone I didnt want anyone able to see in.
