They have free bikes to use which was a great way to see the city. The roads are great for cycling. We also rented scooters from the hotel directly and they allowed us to leave our bags there overnight. Another plus is that everything is within walking distance to cafes, drink spots, restaurants etc. The rooms are super clean, spacious and comfortable beds.

Giá rẻ đến bất ngờ. Có vẻ vì những điều này nên phòng ở đây luôn đầy. Rất mong khách sạn luôn giữ được vị thế của mình như đã và đang có. Nếu nó thể thì nâng giá lên một chút và tăng thêm tý tiện nghi cho khách. Ví dụ có thêm trả và cà phê, khăn giấy trong phòng. Nhưng với mức giá hiện tại thì tôi hoàn toàn hài lòng với những gì mình có.

Ha, behind the front desk, was very friendly, as were the other staff were met. The room was spacious and comfortable with 2 bedside tables, desk, fridge, 2 chairs and small table. Not luxurious but good value for money. Located less than a block from the river and within walking distance of many restaurants and things to discover. We will be back Nothing

Bathroom is small, room was a bit dusty. Just stopped in Dong Hoi to rest and go to Phong Nha the following day. I don't recommend going to Dong Hoi because there is nothing and it's a bit depressing.

• James (10/5): A very friendly staff in a great location. - The staff was wonderful..The room was large with big windows that provided cross ventilation so I didn’t need to use the AC. Very comfortable bed. This is no fault of the hotel but all the streets in the neighborhood are currently under construction so it was a little noisy during the day. The work should be completed by the first of March and it will be very nice indeed!

• Maggie (8/5): Great value and comfortable base to explore the Phong Kha caves and national park - This is an excellent family-run small hotel that offers comfort, great service and a lovely location, for superb value for money. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The bed and shower were great. They make a very affordable breakfast if you want it. They organised wonderful tour of the nearby caves and national park. Dong Hoi is a charming small town with plenty of places to eat and drink. It’s not the property’s fault, but the autumn and winter 2025 cyclones have devastated the Dong Hoi beaches. Hopefully these, and the restaurants behind the beach, will be cleaned up and reopened in spring 2026.

Giá phòng rất hợp lý. Chỗ đậu oto rất khó khăn, vì trước cửa là trường dạy lái xe, xung quanh lúc nào cũng chật kín oto.

• Deborah (10/5): Another brilliant stay at this beautiful hotel with heavenly views. - This hotel is super gorgeous. Firstly the rooms are very large, with windows and views from 3 angles across both rivers which look so beautiful at night, all lit up. You have every amenity you could wish for.. large, comfortable beds and pillows, bedside cabinet, large wardrobe, a fridge, air conditioning, a powerful fan, TV, desk, chairs, table and a suitcase rack. The WiFi is fast over 50 Mbps and nearly always stable.The bathroom is also very spacious with a large window overlooking the river, and everything is sparkling clean.Water is provided as well as shampoo, toothbrush, comb etc. Nick speaks perfect English and is very helpful and attentive. The location is perfect, near Nhat Le Beach where I enjoyed swimming, and also there's a Winmart supermarket 4 blocks away It's also quite close to the moat and fruit market. If you turn right out of the hotel and immediately left, you'll see a small triangular park. On the right side you'll see small tables and chairs outside a restaurant with delicious Vietnamese food very cheap. If you want more upscale, 7th Heaven restaurant is a couple of blocks from there. Last but not least, the rooftop terrace is a must to see sensational sunsets.
• Deborah (10/5): Very spacious, comfortable rooms, excellent views, facilities, staff & sunsets - This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at, especially at a budget price. The rooms are very big with 3 windows facing different directions over the 2 rivers, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The cleaners do an excellent job as the rooms are spotless, with soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, also combs. It's a perfect location overlooking 2 rivers and very peaceful. You have a desk and 2 chairs, a table, bedside cabinet and big wardrobe. Everything smells fresh unlike some places with a musty smell in tropical climates. Additionally, there's air conditioning, an efficient fan and TV. The WiFi is fast over 50 Mbps and generally very stable, only occasionally drops down for a few seconds. I was able to work online without problems. Finally, I'd like to thank Nick for his patience, working the cleaning around my odd hours and going out of his way to help and answer messages promptly. His English is perfect. I would definitely recommend this place, and I'll be back in a flash if I'm ever back in this area, which I hope to be, as I love Vietnam and I had a memorable and magical day at the nearby Phong Nha caves. Not to mention the bathroom has it's own water tank which heats up in 5 minutes, although I prefer a cooler shower in hot weather. 2 Windows in the bathroom, one of which I could see the beautiful river while taking a shower! I can't forget those brilliant sunsets from the rooftop terrace, even from my room. Sad to leave.
• Hien (1/5): Đi đúng mùa mưa đã mưa nửa ngày ko chơi đc gì còn gặp đúng ksan biết thế ko linh động cho khách - Sạch sẽ Thái độ và cách làm việc của cô tiếp tân khách sạn rất ko chuyên nghiệp. Mình book 1 ngày từ 14h nhận phòng và 12h trưa hôm sau trả phòng. Tuy nhiên sáng hôm đó 6h mình tới, tiếp tân có nói trước là nhận phòng sớm thì + 50% tiền phòng. Mình ok thoải mái ko vấn đề gì. Hôm sau mình đi chơi từ sáng sớm mà bị mưa cả sáng nên ko về kịp 12h trưa, 5h chiều mình mới về. Mình có báo cho bạn nhân viên ở qầy tiếp tân và hỏi bạn 7h tối mình trả phòng đc ko? Mình chấp nhận thêm $. Bạn bảo vâng thế thì + thêm 50% $ phòng nữa. Là tổng coi như book 2 ngày. Mình ok. Đến 7h mình xuống trả phòng thì cô tiếp tân báo mình là về muộn thì phải + thêm 100% $ phòng nữa là tổng 2 ngày rưỡi. Thực ra đổi từ 2 ngày lên 2 ngày rưỡi cũng ko phải mức giá gì qá to tát, chỉ là mình k thích cái kiểu làm việc ko có giá chuẩn mà mỗi ng nói 1 kiểu. Vì khi mình hỏi giá trả phòng lúc 7h nếu chốt luôn 2 ngày rưỡi thì mình ok thôi vì lựa chọn là do mình chứ k ai ép. Đây báo giá 2 ngày mình ok rồi đến lúc thanh toán lại đòi 2 ngày rưỡi. Sau đó cô nói mình như kiểu mình mới là người sai. Vì có khách ở đấy nên cô sợ mất uy tín hay sao ấy ạ nên cứ nói đến cái vấn đề sáng đến nhận phòng sớm cô nói luôn là + 50% $ phòng nữa rồi. Mình bảo là Vâng cháu ok mà. Ý là cháu về muộn có báo lại và hỏi để trả phòng muộn thì báo giá 2 ngày đến lúc thanh toán lại đòi 2 ngày rưỡi

• Ilona (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect, short ride to the beach (or 25-30 minute walk) and plenty of restaurants in the area. We were unlucky that the weather wasn't great, so didn't get the full beach experience, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault. It meant however, we spent more time in the rooms than we normally would and we noticed the rooms were quite noisy. Our "neighbour" liked to watch TV until late at night and we could hear the dialogue. Other than that, the rooms were spacious, clean and the beds and shower were good. Rooms are a bit noisy (thin walls)

• Grader07 (10/5): Immaculately clean spacious well appointed room in its class. - Taking into account that this blunt tool allows me to rate 5 stars for budget accomodation or a senior suite at the Marriott Hotel.... My wife and I just enjoyed 2 nights at Nam Long Plus over the weekend. Luckily we were allowed in early after the train arrived but this of course always subject to availability. We booked a twin bed room with air con, bar fridge, stand alone fan and kettle. Linen was spotless. Bathroom larger than normal and hot water excellent. The room was immaculately clean as were the corridor and foyer. A lift takes you up to the top floor with seating and a beaut view point across the city and downriver which is worth a photo at night. There are several tables and chairs downstairs with a small range of drinks kept chilli. Huda beer available at 20000 vnd per can. We were not hassled about a tour to Phong Nam but you only need ask for advice. A very friendly and welcoming place ideally Located in a quiet side street.

All of the staff were fantastic and if we are ever back in D - Quiet, friendly staff, clean, good location for local food, comfortable, hot water, big comfy beds, lots of space, good breakfast, daily room service, great value for money.

• Amandalidesign (10/5): Lovely stay - I had a lovely stay here. The family is so sweet and my room is spacious comfortable and clean. The room also has a separate room for the toilet it's great if you have a small group. The location is nice and walkable to the shore. The building has an elevator for those who don't like to take the stairs.

• Christian (8/5): Very good - Great spacious room and bathroom. They cleaned every day so it was basically spotless. Great location but still in a quiet street. Staff was very friendly, but when checking out they told us that if we want to pay by card they charge a 20% surcharge, but couldn't really explain us why. So we had to rush to the next ATM to get some cash. Overall still a good experience.
• Patricia (6/5): - Les propriétaires sont très gentils, malheureusement, il faisait froid et humide mais pas de chauffage dans la chambre. Nous avons dû coucher tout habillé. Il y a très peu d’eau chaude car le réservoir est minuscule. Pour le reste, très propre.

• Damian (10/5): Lovely hotel great service - A lovely friendly little hotel who made us feel so welcome. Hana and all the staff do a great job making sure their guests are comfortable. In a good location with lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by and the beach a short walk. Wish we could have stayed longer.

• Jason (10/5): - This is a perfect hotel to stay if you’re going to do the caves! They have motorbikes for rent right there at the hotel and brochures for guided tours! It’s almost brand new very clean large room
• Christoph (10/5): Exceptional - the room was big and clean. the highlight of the hotel was the staff. they were super helpful and attentive. the rooftop terrace is a nice place to spend the time in the hotel.

• Poling (9/5): Brief stay - Large room with wardrobe and hanging space. Free complimentary water provided. Working TV and fridge. Shower curtain provided to prevent water everywhere in bathroom. Hot water would not last for full shower but it was adequate.

• stevegC8875RH (10/5): You should stay here - they really look after you - You should stay here if you are coming to Dong Hoi. We used it as a base to visits the nearby caves and I wish we had stayed longer We arrived late in the evening, tired after a long train ride and the owner was so sweet. We got shown to our room which was very comfortable, big and everything appeared to be new. Then we asked about where to eat locally and she actually walked us to the restaurant so we didn’t get lost. And after we had been on our trip the next day they were so helpful and nice. Really lovely people who go above and beyond to look after you. A great place to stay.
• Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - Our rooms were clean and spacious room. The hotel manager/ owner was so welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel was good, in a side street off a main road. A short walk to the river front. We then took an electric car ride around the town which was a great way to get an overview of the whole town.
• Robert (9/5): Superb - Big room, comfortable bed, clean, nice staff, good breakfast, quiet at night. You can book cave tours directly at the hotel.
• Phuong (8/5): Good - Good location, poor facilities. But good value. Lights are not light enough.
