El estudio estaba muy limpio, cómodo y decorado con mucho gusto. Me sentí muy bien recibida; los anfitriones fueron amables y atentos en todo momento. Ver el atardecer desde la terraza fue uno de los mejores momentos del viaje. Nada en particular. Todo fue excelente, ojalá me hubiera quedado más tiempo.
Nina (9/5): Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! - Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf eine Suit bekommen. Bonis Antonis war jederzeit extrem fürsorglich und nett zu uns! Er hat sich jederzeit sehr vorbildlich verhalten und hat kleinere Probleme (kurzer Ausfall der Klimaanlage) sofort behoben. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Appartment ist circa 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt! Top Lage! Supermärkte sind circa 5 Autominuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an ein paar Stellen Ausbesserungen gebrauchen.

Dustin (10/5): One of the best travel experience so far - When I first came to the property and saw the room, I am in awestruck with the amazing view it welcomed me. The view of the sea from the room is amazing, an absolute wonderful experience. Antonis is a good and great host. He made sure I had a comfortable and memorable stay. He was very kind to drop me off to the nearest bus station. I highly recommend this property. I would say I really had a good time in Mykonos, and until now i feel nostalgic.
Jörg (10/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande der Bucht von Livadi, der Sandstrand mit glasklarem Wasser nur wenige Meter entfernt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist von Antonis liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. In der kleinen Küche haben wir mehrfach gekocht, selbst ein Backofen ist vorhanden. Jeden Tag wurden die Zimmer gereinigt. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Das Highlight ist jedoch die liebevolle und aufmerksame Betreuung von Antonis, der immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung steht. Wenn es möglich wäre, würden wir insgesamt 20 Punkte vergeben. Empfehlenswert scheint uns die Buchung eines Mietwagens oder Scooters zu sein, da die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants so deutlich besser erreichbar sind. Vielen Dank für alles. Es war uns eine große Freude und wir kommen gern wieder.

Jorge (10/5): El paraiso contra viento y marea - Antonis, el propietario, una joya humana que nos resolvió todas nuestras preguntas y dudas aún antes de pronunciarlo! Genial! La playa está delante de tus ojos, ya que los apartamentos están en primera linea de la playa, a unos 200 metros para caminar. Tiene una parte salvaje y otra bien cuidada (Lohan). En comparación con las demás playas que explorabamos todas era lo mejor para nosostros. Aunque estuvimos en Agosto nunca estaba demasiado ocupada, el agua diáfana y su estructura lo justo para hacer caminadas. Antonis nos gestionó nuestro coche de alquiler al menor precio posible. Lo trayeron al apartamento y lo pudimos dejar en el aeropuerto: perfecto! La taverna Fisherman en Ano Mera (a unos 2 kilometros) era una apuesta segura. Recomendamos Lakerda, una especie de bonito fresco aliñado o el mousse de favas: excelente! Preguntar por Konstantinos, el hijo de la pareja de propietarios que habla italiano y un poco de español. Algo que no está en manos del propietario: había mucho viento que a veces resultó casí insoportable. Las tumbonas ofrecen algo de protección pero a lo largo dificil de verdad. También para hacer excursiones con barca. Los precios en general eran bastante altos (e.j. el famoso Principote 300.- € por un set de tumbonas). pero se podía encontrar siempre soluciones (al lado del Principote una playa salvaje prácticamente sin turistas).

Ми насолоджувалися келихом ігристого на балконі, милуючись морем і ще більше цінуючи гостинність Антоніаса. Щиро дякуємо за тепло, увагу та турботу. Der private Whirlpool auf der Terrasse war super. Egal was wir wollten, Antonis war immer über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat alles möglich gemacht. Toller Urlaub, jederzeit wieder. Alles war gut.

Note that there are a few steps you have to take to reach if you have booked one of the villas, but it is fairly closeby and not too much of a hassle. we did have a lot of luggage but the Antonis was kind enough to help. The location itself is at a not so crowded beach, so it was good to have a relaxed time and unwind in the jacuzzi/hot tub. the place is fantastic and the owner is very welcoming and makes you feel cared for. we booked for about 3 days and we had someone come in and clean as well. The basement rooms were a little small, but we stayed out most of the time and spent time in the living room at outside only to go back to sleep in the night. so dint really bother us much. You have to plan to travel a little if you are staying here, convenience stores or the towncenter and other more party beaches are about 20 mins drive away. it is a beautiful drive though.

Andrea (10/5): Relax, spiaggia eccezionale, a pochi km e minuti da Mykonos Town - La vista è incredibile ed è mozzafiato, probabilmente solo per essa vale 10. La spiaggia Kalo Livadi ad un minuto a piedi perché praticamente è sotto casa, spiaggia consigliatissima per coppie e famiglie (qui non c’è la movida pazza scatenata di Mykonos) infatti la sera se ci si vuole rilassarsi sul terrazzo si può farlo (a patto che si resista al vento dell’isola, ma qui non c’entra nulla la casa). La casa viene pulita ogni giorno (non è obbligatorio quando affitti una casa sei tu che dovresti pulire..) e nessuno ti tocca niente. Soldi, orologi, telefono. Antonio, il proprietario è eccezionale e molto gentile. La casa è collegata benissimo con Ano Mera (dove si trovano super market e benzinaio) a soli 5 minuti, seguendo la statale è ben collegata con aereoporto 25 minuti e Mykonos Town circa 25 minuti. Se volessimo ricercare una pecca: il terrazzo confina con i terrazzi degli altri monolocali e non c’è una reale divisione dei terrazzi, questo dettaglio potrebbe dar fastidio (a noi no)
Peter (10/5): Perfekt - Das Hotel war wirklich großartig. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – alles war hochwertig, durchdacht und gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, groß, hell und schön eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber: super nett, hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und präsent – einfach klasse. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, der Whirlpool ein echtes Highlight. Und die Aussicht: absolut traumhaft. In der Nähe liegt einer der schönsten Strände der ganzen Insel, wie ich finde. Insgesamt: ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Klare Empfehlung!

Anja (10/5): Little paradise - Es war die perfekte Unterkunft für uns! Der Besitzer Antonis hat sich beim checkin viel Zeit genommen und uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir durften vollkommene Ruhe und Privatsphäre in einem der Houses mit heissem Jacuzzi und Blick auf das Meer genießen. Nur ein paar Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt liegt der noch sehr ursprüngliche Ort Ano Mera wo man zu vernünftigen Preisen traditionell essen kann. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Wirklich nichts zu meckern.

It was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what we needed. The villa was super comfortable and had everything we needed, but what made it extra special was how happy our dog was. She loved having space to roam and nap in the sun, and being so close to the water made it easy to go for long walks along the shore. Antonis was incredibly kind and helpful—from recommending local spots to personally helping us get groceries when we arrived. That kind of hospitality is rare and so appreciated. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a laid-back, scenic escape—especially if you’re traveling with a pet. Everything was absolutely perfect

As we wanted a chilled holiday ,it was not an issue as Antonis took us to the supermarket where we bought enough food. The cooking facilities at the apartment were enough to prepare meals. This adds to what one might consider simple unhurried-backto-basics peaceful life. It was a home away from home. Antonis was a very hospitable, accommodating, and knowledgeable host. I will definitely return to Mykonos and to Seasise Studios and Houses in the very near future. I found no faults. it was perfect
Marko (9/5): - Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, zahlreiche Details Sorgen dafür, dass man sich sehr wohlfühlt. Der Gastgeber hatte viele gute Tipps und hat sich beim Einchecken sehr viel Zeit genommen. Das Hotel ist relativ weit vom Hafen/Flughafen entfernt. Vor Ort gibt es keine Restaurants, Supermarkt und kein Frühstück.
ko.dv (8/5): wundervoll und sehr entspannt - super Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, sehr ruhig, schönes Apartment mit großem gemütlichen Außenbereich, gut ausgestattete Küche und generell mit vielen Gadgets ausgestattet Dem Apartment fehlt etwas an Instandhaltung (Regal kaputt, Spiegel im Bad alt, und einige solche Kleinigkeiten) ..schade, denn sonst hätte es von mir 10/10 Punkte erhalten!
emma (10/5): - Everything was perfect! The room was comfortable and clean, the view is incredible and the beach is moments away, with another beach a few minutes walk too. Antonis was super helpful and responsive, and even offered to let us catch rides with him to get around. Also the WiFi is fast enough to work without problems - thanks Antonis!

Patrick (10/5): Antonis'welcoming makes the Sea Side Studios & Houses an absolute gem of place to stay. - Antonis, the owner/manager of Sea Side Studios & Houses made our 2 weeks stay the most relaxing holiday in a long while. Antonis is super welcoming, friendly and goes out of his way to accommodate any requests/enquires we had, (super knowledgable about Mykonos/Greece and answered our hundreds of questions). He also upgraded our room without even us asking it and gaves us many lift to the shops/resto. The 180 degree views of the beach/sea from all the studios and villas are absolutly stuning. The property (bathroom/kitchen) are starting to show their age, but major refurbishment is planned for this winter. Next season they will be brand new.

Special thanks to our host, as it would not have been as stress-free without him. - Traveling to Mykonos has to be with the express intent of relaxing on the beaches and enjoying the local food. Kalo Livadi has great beaches - a little lacking in the food department - at least locally. The host at Sea Side Studios & Houses was so friendly and gracious. He made sure we were comfortable, and helped with any and every request we had. He arranged our rental, and he even drove us to the local town (Ano Mera) to shop - twice! Choice of restaurants and the distance to shopping, if rental is not an option.

Claire (10/5): Nous avons passé un excellent séjour - La situation exceptionnelle : vue magnifique sur la plage de Kalo Livadi .. terrasse magnifique L emplacement animé mais pas autant que dans le sud de l île L accueil extraordinaire d Antony qui nous a conseillé sur Mykonos - super partage! Le calme et la décoration Tout était au top!

juliana (10/5): - Beautifull appartment with an amazing view of Kalo Livadi Beach. Watching the sunset inside the warm jacuzzi of the appartment was priceless. The constant support/ advices from the owner Antonis, were priceless I can not think of anything. Just live my stay there

Raphael (10/5): - A 2 pas de la mer et de la plage. Nous pouvions allé quand nous le souhaitions a la plage. La localisation est également pratique pour aller visiter le reste de l'île. Antonis nous a reçu avec énormément d'hospitalité et a toujours été a notre attention durant le séjour. Le ménage était fait tout les jours. Séjour de rêve en famille, je recommande. Rien.
