• Harshid (8/5): - While booking hotels it showed that we will be given one time pick up from/ drop to airport However we travelled by train. Railway station was very neyar to the hotel and we asked for a drop service which was straight away denied by the staff . I was traveling with my family and it was not expected . I had to face problems in finding transport . It was very disappointing. I expect a call from your customer service with proper justification .

• Natalia (7/5): Good value for money - One of the receptionists is great; he convinced me to stay more days here with his wonderful service. The hotel is quite far from the center but Uber is very cheap and worked well for me. Is almost in front of the railway station so was very convenient for me as I needed to take a train early in the morning. The restaurant is also good. It's not the best location and not many options for things to eat nearby. The laundry service is overpriced.

• Heiko (7/5): Good hotel near the train station - The hotel is close to the train station, which is ideal for me because I had to catch an early train to Delhi. It's a bit of a walk to the old town with the Golden Temple, but that's OK for me (you have to use the bridge in the station). The restaurant is good, reasonably priced and has a good selection. The room is not too small and the hot water works. The people are very nice and helpful. Everything is a bit old, but ok

• Sachin (4/5): I paid for delux room and they provided me semi de - The room is stinking with smoke smell for both of the days. We asked them to spray room freshners & they did but nothing works. There was no electric kettle and itternaries as shown in the picture while booking. There was no good food available and the buffet staff behaviour was not good on the first day. They are feeling forced to serve us . And the major point is i have booked delux room,and my invoice also shows the deluxe room But they provided me semi delux room.
