Big room, very comfy beds, super cute old oven embedded in the room wall and a tiny yard just outside our window. Location was just perfect, so close to the train station, so many shops and cafés, restaurants, everything you need.

I wish the queen size bed was bigger (for two people) and that there were two separate blankets on it instead of one large one. But we ended up spreading out the extra bed in the room, making it a double bed, and thus ended up having two separate large beds. Over all it surved us well.

• Maria (9/5): Would definitely stay here again. Staff was absolutely amazing and so responsive when I had a couple of small issues. I - Location and how quiet it was! bathroom was huge and beg was comfortable. Plenty of towels too! Couch was very small and uncomfortable.
• Antonia (8/5): Comfy Edinburgh stay on a budget - The location was great. In the right spot for public transport or a leisurely walk to the centre. The apartment itself was spacious and light. Overall, we would recommend if on a budget. Though clean on the surface, there were certain areas that were dusty e.g. table surfaces, bedside tables. Would have been handy to have a microwave to re-heat food.

• Monika (10/5): - Fantastyczne miejsce, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkanie czyste i ciepłe. Mimo tego, że jest przy samym skrzyżowaniu nie słychać odgłosów ulicy. Plus za udogodnienia, zwłasza za mleko do kawy! Łóżko niesamowicie wygodne. Czułam się zaopiekowana na każdym etapie :) Widać odrobinę upływu czasu, ale to nie zmienia faktu, że to świetne miejsce. W łazience przydałoby się lepsze oświetlenie lustra
• Jasmin (6/5): Sauber, schön aber nicht für vier Erwachsene geeignet - Man kann sehr flexibel ein- und auschecken, da man mit niemand Kontakt hat. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe allerdings kostenpflichtig. Es war sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Das Schlafsofa ist absolut nicht für zwei Erwachsene geeignet und sehr unbequem außerdem gibt es keinen Aufzug.

Système de check-in/out via un site, mais très bon suivi par le personnel/propriétaire. Mais qui a mis le chauffage à fond !? (on a baissé les radiateurs en urgence en arrivant !) Pour être parfait, 2 choses : - se débarrasser des poêles au PFAS - changer ces fenêtres ! Isolation phonique et thermique pas OK, surtout côté salon (l'appart donne sur un carrefour animé).

• Taylor (10/5): Comfortable, warm, beautiful apartment with great views. - This property is in an ideal location for sightseeing in Edinburgh, it’s very central to all of the best things you’ll want to do as a visitor to the city as well as being a 2 min walk from a train station and having the overground and busses right on the door step. Aside from the location the property itself is really lovely with great views, it’s a compact design but doesn’t at all feel small, it’s bright, warm and very clean. It has everything you need for a short stay and it’s comfortable to hang out at even if you want a break from sightseeing. I would 100% stay here again. There’s no microwave that’s the only thing that we missed but it wasn’t a big deal as the kitchen was otherwise very well equipped.

Siamo stati punti la prima notte ed abbiamo segnalato il problema (dovendo dormire ancora 2 notti) abbiamo richiesto il cambio lenzuola. Soluzione inutile dato che evidentemente erano nel materasso. Ho anche mandato la foto del corpo morsicato all’app delll’appartamento senza risposta importante, se non un “mi dispiace”. Direi GRAVISSIMO visto anche l’importante costo sostenuto!

• Roys (7/5): Very good, would consider returning. - Great location and very helpful staff. Very clean room, very close to public transport. The sofa bed could have been sturdier, it's a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the furniture.

Public transport, including tram, bus, and train, is just a two-minute walk away, making it easy to go anywhere or take day trips. The Old Town is about a 15-minute walk, which is very convenient. The room is a good size and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
• Brunel (9/5): - The accommodation was well located, about 20 minutes walk from the castle and 5 minutes from Haymarket station. The rooms are spacious and well equiped. The only downside was that we had to clean the shower filter ourselves the first day because the water wasn't draining properly due to accumulated dirt.
• Michelle (10/5): Beautiful apartment in fantastic location. - The apartment and the building are outstanding, just a quick walk from tourist spots and multiple options of transport by the door. I travel a lot with my family and this was one of the best stays we have been so far. Exceptionally clean, functional and spacious. The staff is really helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there without any issues. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again 🤍
• Dwight (10/5): A bit expensive, but very nice and comfortable stay. - Room was super. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and in a great location. We were glad to have the kitchenette so we could heat up food. The support people were quite responsive when I sent a text message. The WiFi information provided at check-in was incorrect. Luckily I had data, so I could ask them for the right network and password to connect to WiFi. Another suggestion is to add a microwave. It's hard to warm up a leftover burger on a stove.

Every detail in the apartment made it feel special and comfortable. The large window facing the street was a highlight, bringing in natural light and giving a charming view of the neighborhood. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Edinburgh. Overall, a truly memorable and cozy experience. I would highly recommend this place and would happily stay again.
• Patrick (8/5): - L'appartement était bien situé. Tout prêt d'un arrêt de bus et on pouvait se rendre à pied au centre ville assez facilement et rapidement. L'appartement était confortable. Il était suffisamment spacieux pour une famille de 5 personnes (2 adultes et 3 enfants). C'était un bon appartement dans lequel je retournerais volontiers si je retourne à Edimbourg. Le grand canapé-lit grinçait et était un peu bruyant. Donc si il y a un point qui pourrait être amélioré c'est celui-ci. Sinon tout le reste était super.

• JB (10/5): EXCEPTIONAL!! - Beautiful apartment, well-maintained and highly comfortable. Excellent location and definitely worth the price. There was ample kitchen space and very easy to use. Bathrooms were clean, and towels were replaced on request. The support team were also helpful. I would 100% recommend this place for my friends and family travelling to Edinburgh. After checking in around 8 PM, we found our bathroom door was locked. I'm not sure how it happened, and there was no one on site to fix it. I had to contact the support team via email and call their only support number listed in the app. After several requests via chat and email, I was provided with a replacement room for the night, the door issue was resolved the following morning, and I was handed back the original room I had booked.

The WC was modern and the place overall was pretty clean. There was enough space. The WiFi was spotty. There was no cream for tea or coffee. Doors were creaky. There was no staff to interact with in person. You could hear everything said in the hallway from your room. You could hear when guests left early in the morning.

An easy walk to Old Town or Dean’s Village. And fantastic communication with the management team. Would love to have had a tea towel to dry our dishes

• Higson (4/5): Disappointed - The proximity to the city centre We were in the basement room at the front , you had to keep the curtains closed even during the day because everyone walking past can see straight in to the room it was noisy at night and because one of the beds is directly under the window it was very draughty . We stayed during winter and had to buy a fan heater to get the room warm at night . I personally wouldn’t stay here again it was a lot of money for in my opinion wasn’t a great room . To sum up it was a very dark draughty room and I definitely couldn’t wait to leave

• Roxanne (9/5): - The staff were amazing! Very accommodating and was able to grant our request for an early check in as we came earlier than expected. We are really grateful. The sink just drains slow and internet connection was nog that great but other than that everything was absolutely wonderful
• Angela (3/5): - Location was great Not what the pictures show much smaller than expected. Not helpful whrn a power outage you can not access your room and staff were very unhelpful. Was left outside sitting on stairs.
