- Meister (9/5): Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. - Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr gut geschultes, einheimisches Personal. Das Essen war frisch, von guter Qualität und liebevoll und auf kreative Art zubereitet! Das Hotel wird von Familie Rossi geführt, die Marke ist stimmig, individuell und wird authentisch gelebt. Es gab viele lokale Produkte und das Hotel wird sehr umweltfreundlich geführt mit einem Auge für Details. Das Abschiedsgeschenk hat uns sehr gefreut! Die Stellplätze in der Garage sind schön groß! Die Reinigungskraft betrat und reinigte Das Zimmer, obwohl wir das "Bitte nicht stören"-Schild rausgehängt hatten. Es könnte noch ein Schild zur Verfügung gestellt werden "Zimmer bitte reinigen/nicht reinigen". Es war uns nicht klar, dass die Nutzung des Sauna-Bereiches im Untergeschoss nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist (booking). Der Mechanismus, um das Garagentor zu öffnen, kann nicht vom Auto aus bedient werden, es ist notwendig auszusteigen. Das könnte noch verbessert werden.

- Valentina (9/5): Sicuramente torneremo, anche dopo questo soggiorno - La struttura molto bella e la nuova area super curata nei dettagli, il personale cordiale e la cucina ottima, colazione e cena davvero perfette. Eravamo già stati in questa struttura e anche questo soggiorno ha confermato le aspettative 🥰 Certi che sia un nuovo arrivederci, perché si ritorna sempre dove si è stati bene e sicuramente li dove regna il relax e la gentilezza. Понравился бассейн (им можно пользоваться бесплатно, но халаты не дают) SPA платный, но мы не успели им воспользоваться, так как оставались на 1 ночь. Вкусные завтраки и ужины, берите полупансион. Очень красивые просторные номера с балконом. В целом приятное впечатление об отеле, кажется, что отель абсолютно новый. Думаю стоимость SPA лучше включить в стоимость номера, или хотя бы халаты, чтобы люди в полотенцах не бегали по отелю)

- Hannes (10/5): sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern und Besitzern - es war ein sehr schönes und vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet, alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen.

The staff is very cold. In my opinion, they do the job, but doesn't correspond to the hotel phylosophy. For example, accepted the order during breakfast, but I did not recieve it...
