• Christie (9/5): Super cute - Charming ambience, plenty of parking, responsive staff Bathroom sink was quite small and awkwardly located
• Jason (6/5): - The hotel is uniquely located on a little piece of land that sticks out into the ocean. The rooms were clean. The hotel is remote. There were no functioning dining facilities. The rooms are not equipped for preparing meals. The facilities were past their prime and in a general state of neglect (cigarette butts in planters). The rooms had a worn out appearance with deteriorating baseboards. The one bedside lamp had a cracked lamp shade and was taped with electric tape. It could only be turned off by unplugging it. The loft with the twin beds was visibly dirty and had warped and peeling flooring. All of this being said, it did provide a safe clean space to sleep, despite not having blackout curtains for all of the windows. However, it was the most expensive place that we stayed in the 10 nights we spent all over Iceland and by far the most disappointing.

• Alexander (10/5): a+ would return again and would definitely recommend to those who are exploring Iceland - the resort was lovely and has lots of character and surprised us in a good way we were happy to return back to this room each night the room was supplied with coffee also which was good as we really needed it after a few days of travelling a+ , a great location that was easy to drive to and well positioned for either a trip out of, or a trip into the city

Abbiamo festeggiato un cinquantesimo indimenticabile, reso unico da un’aurora boreale semplicemente meravigliosa. La location è molto carina e accogliente, e cenare nella nostra casina di legno ha aggiunto un tocco intimo e autentico all’esperienza. È stato tutto perfetto, super consigliato! pro e contro dell'essere al di fuori da tutto.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera davanti al mare con una vista spettacolare. Nonostante sia vicino alla città di Reykyavik non subisce troppo inquinamento luminoso.... abbiamo visto l'aurora boreale... meravigliosa Come tutti gli alloggi, non c'è presenza di persone che ti accolgono. Tutto è informale e lasciato a messaggi. La chiave è nella porta e la lasci nella porta quando te ne vai.

Unfortunately we didn’t get the last bungalow as requested, and didn’t have the view we were hoping for, but all in all it was nice. Only one family room has the full view, the others face the wall or neighbour house, which is a pity.

• Jannie (10/5): Een mooie plek voor 1 of 2 nachten op pakweg een half uur van de luchthaven - De plek, de privacy en de ruime kamer maar vooral de flexibiliteit van de accommodatie. Onze oorspronkelijke reservering moesten we cancellen omdat Keflavik airport gesloten was en we twee dagen later in IJsland arriveerden. We konden na overleg zonder extra kosten alsnog van een verblijf genieten. Wat een geweldige service! ❤️ -

Škoda, že jsme tam byli v zimě, protože i okolí hotelu bylo hezky zařízené, úplně by si tam člověk poseděl i v tech -5 stupních. Jediné ubytování, ve kterém jsme spatřili polární záři. Self-checkin naprosto bezproblémový. Dostatečné množství parkovacích míst. Nenapadá mě jediné negativum, možná jen škoda, že ubytování nenabízí i snídani.

• Peter (9/5): Sehr schöne erste Station unserer Reise - direkt am Meer! - Lage direkt am Meer zwischen Flughafen und Reykjavik. Im benachbarten Ort gibt es Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Kleines aber feines Zimmer. Nachts sehr gut für Polarlichter. Kein Personal vor Ort. Der Whirlpool war privat und das Restaurant hatte geschlossene Gesellschaft. Auch kein Frühstück vor Ort aber das war in der Bäckerei in Hafnarfjördur viel besser und auf dem Weg. Zimmer hatte keine Küche, also ist man auf Restaurants angewiesen.

• Stefano (9/5): Bellissima struttura e ottime casette, consigliatissimo! - Il posto ha uno stile unico, molto curato e accogliente. Le casette sono spaziose e il letto molto comodo. Consigliatissimo! Siamo stati sfortunati noi, ma c’era un vento incredibilmente forte che ha fatto un rumore assordante rendendo difficile il sonno. Forse complice la meravigliosa location a pochi metri dal mare.

The few you got were bad reception and mostly telemarketing channel. And the restaurant was only for large groups so we had drive out to eat.

Ottima la possibilità di sfruttare la sauna, parcheggio gratuito a fianco delle casette. Bellissima atmosfera! Il ristorante/bar del Village durante il nostro soggiorno il 9/2/26 era chiuso essendo bassa stagione. Da fuori sembrava molto interessante!

• Mireee89 (6/5): Fishing Themed Hotel - We stayed just one night. The Fisherman Village is a very beautiful place outside from Reykjavik with a nice sea view. The Room was cool but even in December we saw many flyng bugs inside the Cabin. The Rest of the room was clean. Staff we never met, its very anonymous. We got some infos through whatsapp but that's all. We saw a room that looked like a restaurant but since we never met staff we couldn't ask if you can use that room or so. Decorations are very cool, it maches the Theme.
