• Rhonda (4/5): - Weird gross flies in the bathroom, toilet brush has flies around it, I felt uncomfortable and I told the hotel head about it but she didn’t seem concerned. Breakfast was great, but they make you pay extra for espresso/cappuccino etc Cleanliness is most important to me

• Askia (4/5): - The room (honeymoon suite) is overrated and charged. Bed in two starts hotel is better as the bed basically had no headboard; the tv is the oldest tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel room and wasn’t in a working condition. The wash basin was blocked. The only amazing thing about this room was the view as it has access to the balcony however I wouldn’t stay again.
• Harison (6/5): - The property is very well located, but felt more like a vacation home than a hotel. Cold A/C, nice view. The breakfast was good enough, although the coffee that was included was kinda salty, as the tap water in general. Although overall clean, the aspect of the breakfast area and some furniture raised some doubts. Breakfast is from 8 to 10AM, which overlaps with many tours. It felt okay for 2-3 days, but I wouldn't enjoy staying longer if it wasn't for the location.

O café da manhã era bem ruim. Não tinha nem suco como opção nem café de verdade, apenas pão industrializado, omelete e alguns toppings.

The water was salt water. Our toilet didn’t work initially but they did fix that quickly once we found staff. It was just ok.

• mark (8/5): - Dali suites is in a fantastic location. Safe and the rooms were comfortable. Wifi is no good so trying to do work was difficult and the AC units are too small for the rooms. Free breakfast is also basic. But still a good hotel and I would definitely stay again knowing this.

• Joan (10/5): Clean & Comfortable at a great price! - Amazing location! They were wonderful and so accommodating. They arraigned the transport to/from the airport flawlessly! The breakfast was good! We took the all day boat/tour with Phillipo and could not have been more impressed. We had a room overlooking the port and it was so relaxing sitting on the balcony watching everything! Highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and comfortable.

• Yu (4/5): - Initially, Hotel gave me the wrong room. I booked a room with one queen bed and one sofa bed. They gave me a room with only queen bed. After bringing it up, owner changed the room immediately. However, the next room was not clean. They were visible stains on the blankets(owner changed later on). I touched the table with my finger and it was so dusty(The owner helped me and clean the table). The first 2 days, the tower looks so old and feels so worn out. Also, a lot rusty areas are visible, in the bath room and also on the lamp. Stains can be seen on the lamp cover and ceiling In the night, I further found out the smell of blanket sheets were not comfortable. Feel like the room has no one lived for a while. I also reviewed previous review again. It looks like those complaints were posted last year by other users but nothing changed. I don’t mind it is old. But not clean is really concerning. Good part, location is really good. You can see sun rises in the room.
• Christine (8/5): A night in Zante Town - One night stay in a sea view apt. Lovely room with bathroom in the bedroom. Fantastic sea views and we loved our stay - however the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard and we felt a little disappointed by this. Mirrors - shower - smell of towels and a rogue slipper found under the bed. Lacks the attention it should have. However we had a good deal in the room so perhaps we shouldn’t moan! Breakfast was good - plenty of choice.

• Christian (6/5): - Luxury ist stark übertrieben. Das Honeymoon Zimmer mit dem offenen Bad ist schon sehr abgenutzt. Der Meerblick könnte schön sein wenn nicht die laute Straße dazwischen wäre. Tag und Nacht fahren hier Autos. Gegenüber liegen auch die Yachten wo die ganzen Nächte gefeiert wird.
• DOMINIKA (10/5): - Lovely apartment with amazing views over the sea. Beautiful sunrise. Comfy bed. Very good shower pressure. Our room could do with a bit of TLC but nothing major. Breakfast was great and you definitely need to try Lebanese food if you're staying there - yuuuum!

• Paul (10/5): - A nice little hotel. The reception is on the 1st floor with no elevator. However, there is an elevator to the upper floors from reception. Room was large and clean. Good air conditiong. The bathroom was clean but in need of an update. Having said that, I loved the shower. Good location with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby including one attached to the hotel. The food here was excellent and it is also where you go if you have breakfast included in your hotel price. I would definitely stay again.

The refrigerator didn't work and all of my food spoiled. Also the coffee tasted like salt and there was no milk or cream to be found anywhere. Otherwise though it's good value for the location

Cependant la température était proche de celle de l'extérieur. Pas de chauffage. Portes ouvertes. 10 degrés au plus. Prendre son petit-déjeuner en manteau n'est pas des plus agréables. D'autres clients se sont plaints.

• ALEXANDRE EMILIO DE (2/5): FUJAM ! O PIOR HOTEL - Evitem esse lugar, que chamam de hotel. Para começar, nao existe elevador, A entrada é uma pequena porta de vidro lateral, ao lado de um bar e de um quiosque de turismo cheio de pessoas, e vc tem que subir por dois lances de escada com sua malas, pois a "recepção" fica no primeiro andar. Tive que esperar muito tempo, pois nao havia ninguem no local. A pessoa que me atendeu, que só veio para entregar as chaves, nao tinha mais nenhum compromisso com a locação. O quarto cheirava mofo, e logo percebi a péssima manutenção: o colchão e a cama de tecido, estavam amarelados e com cheiro horrivel. O ralo enferrujado, exalava cheiro de esgoto. A agua do chuveiro e das torneiras nao sao tratadas e tem cheiro forte e gosto salgado. Os moveis da pequena varanda são de ferro e mal cuidados. O ar condicionado não gelava o quarto. Ao perceber todos esses problemas, retornei a recepção e nao havia ninguem. Esperei por horas e ninguem apareceu, quando decidi sair e buscar outro hotel. Tive que deixar a chave na recepção.

• Erika Cristina (10/5): - Muito boa. Mas a internet praticamente não funcionava. Outra coisa é quanto a limpeza, que se resumia a tirar lixo e jogar um produto no vaso sanitário. Ficamos 4 (quatro) noites e o chão já estava bem sujo. No último dia não houve reposição de toalhas e papel higiênico. Mas mesmo assim recomendo o hotel, a localização era perfeita para nós.

Ça sent le vieillot partout. Vraiment déçue pour le prix et le nom luxury room ne va pas du tout avec l’état des chambres ! Cets de la publicité mensongère ! Les serviettes sont déchirées, les meubles pareils ! A fuir !

Also I stayed for 2 nights but rooms service failed to clean the room for the second day even though we put “make my room” sign.

There was 3 options for the breakfast menu so I would recommend trying other options to get a variety of meals. The hotel offered a boat tour which was amazing. It was very noisy downstairs as the restaurant is below and it is in the city center
• Jamie (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at Dali Inn. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, the AC was nice and cool, and the water pressure for showers was strong and refreshing. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The location is central to the port/waterfront and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bodegas. We enjoyed watching the ships come in and out from our balcony. Booking at Dali also includes several breakfast options for free in the cafe on the ground floor, including a Full English or Full Greek style breakfast with coffee, juice, and water. The owners of the hotel also offer boat tours to some of the attractions around the island. We didn’t use this option but it was nice to have the choice. We are coming back next year and plan to book here again.
• William (10/5): - We stayed in the top floor luxury apartment (C1). It was truly incredible. The apartment is the length of the hotel which overlooks the marina full of luxury yachts. A totally beautiful view. We would order room service every night from the restaurant downstairs and had delicious fish dinners while watching the harbor activity and people below. I don’t know about the rest of the hotels rooms but the apartment we had was incredible.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel is located on a waterfront super busy road. Our room faced the water and had direct sunlight all morning. The radiant heat made the room super hot and air conditioner was very weak, thus unable to cool it. They gave us a fan which made it more bearable. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. At night, the noise level was extremely high with loud music until pretty late. We slept with earplugs and still heard the music. Should consider lowering the volume since it’s their own restaurant on the ground floor.

• Joanna (10/5): Great stay - Wonderful location across the main drag from the marina - balcony overlooking big floating gin palaces! Great place to people watch. Decent sized room with big comfortable bed, shower ok (in position way too high for me so had to hold it). Bar below closes at midnight (as do all places in Greece as my trip is post-covid) so suspect it might be noisy at the front but it wasn't during my stay. Coming back at the end of my trip for another night so that tells something
• hk_minmin (10/5): - The room is spacious and facing the harbour. It was an amazing experience to watch the sunrise in your room. There was no cookware as listed in the Expedia page. We only found a kettle which was somewhat unexpected. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel, across from the harbour and yachts - I wanted to stay in Zakynthos town and ideally somewhere with a balcony where I could watch the local life go by… Dali Luxury Rooms was perfect for me! Easy, quick, friendly and efficient check-in, to my lovely spacious modern room. Great storage space, chairs, lighting and a luxury bathroom. The balcony was quite a sun-trap in the am, so perfect for a morning coffee and watching the local life, boats head out and all the hustle and bustle of Zakynthos town. I have been into the town before (a few times) however there is something quite special to be there in the evening or early morning when there are not so many tourists. So lovely to see the locals in the evening all dressed up in Dionysios Solomos Square. I also went exploring the beach and tavernas, in the early evening which was something I felt I would have struggled to do on a day trip. There were some amazing boats and yachts in the harbour, including a super yacht - When the owner was on deck I thought - I have the better view! I was travelling around the island and had booked for 2 nights, when there wish I had booked more - so I guess I will have to go back.

• Mark (10/5): Great Stay - This place was perfect. Located right in Zakynthos town it was right in the middle of everything if you aren't looking to stay at a beach resort or something. Very good housekeeping no complaints.

• Verified traveler (10/5): lovely comfortable hotel. - hotel situated on marina, stunning views, close to town with lots of good quality restaurants. Short bus ride to St Nikolas beech with a great selection of watersports. Boat trip around the island (with the chance to swim in the gorgeous blue waters in the coves) is a must. We hired a quad bike and took ourselves around the island , through the mountains and some of the most picturesque villages, taking in the most amazing views. Very friendly people. would go again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Easy access on the harbor - Central location, so easy access to other areas of the island. Around many restaurants and shops. Excellent customer service, especially when booking tours and calling cars. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - This is probably not related to the hotel (The hotel was good for the price and we were happy with it), but we took the one-day tour with Dali and boy it was a lot of fun. Strongly recommended especially if you are a fan of "descendants of the sun! Dali is an interesting person with a great personality. He is fluent in English which made it easy for communication. He also uses wechat which makes our communication even more convenient. Will come back again.

• Chris (8/5): Good hotel on harbour front - Comfortable, clean hotel close to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops which worked well for us. Our room was overlooking the pretty harbour with a great view but traffic from road could be noisy occasionally in spite of double glazing.

• Aly (10/5): Well located and spacious. - Great location and friendly staff. Could have been cleaner though and bathroom was a let down but otherwise lovely.
• Thomas (10/5): the Dali was delightful! - the hotel is lovely, well situated in the central part of the city. The rooms are very well furnished. But the best is the staff. I had two young women at different times help me with issues like restaurants and sites, etc. they were very helpful and knowledgeable. highly recommended
