Le petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant dans une salle montrant vivarium, chambre de maturation et une grande quantité de vins et spiritueux visibles dans les vitrines réfrigérées. Un chauffeur à disposition très professionnel. L'accessibilité de l'hôtel est compliquée par les transports en commun.

Lorraine (10/5): A great hotel, a little outside the center of the city. We would definitely recommend it. - Stayed here for just one night as we were flying out of Naples the next morning. The location was very good for getting to the airport to return a rental and make our flight on time. The hotel was very nice. We were greeted at reception by a very nice man who quickly checked us into our room and told us about the parking garage below the building which was very convenient. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Food was very good and the staff was very friendly. I'm not sure what the area was like as we did not walk around outside, but it was a perfect spot for us to rest before our long flight home. Nothing we did not like.

Staff davvero cortese, check in veloce, stanze super pulite (materassi e cuscini super). Menzione speciale per le gentilissime signore delle pulizie. Mi hanno fatto sentire a casa e non solo un ospite e si sono prese cura di mio marito che ha soggiornato più a lungo in hotel. Il ristorante poi è incredibile! Assolutamente da provare, non andate a cena fuori! La carne è divina, idem la frittura di calamari e i piatti di pasta! Una vera perla. La chicca? Meravigliose decorazioni natalizie!

Ótimo buffet de café da manhã, porém é preciso solicitar xícara a xícara qualquer tipo de bebida a base de café e a reposição dos itens do buffet não era frequente. Quartos limpos e confortáveis. A equipe poderia ser mais atenciosa, mas é profissional. Não tinha amenidades no quarto: café, chá, cafeteira. O banheiro do quarto era do tipo com acessibilidade, e o vaso para cadeirante, o que dificultava o seu uso para pessoas mais baixas.
