• Annika (8/5): - The property was a very convenient location and the room and bathroom were both spacious. Our room did not have an over head shower head, it had a shower with a handle but no where to hang it over head. Made showering a little difficult. Also while it is disclosed, the tram nearby is VERY noisy. It shakes the building when it goes by.

• Juan (8/5): Una muy buena opción para una estadía en Roma - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación Termini. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, y el baño muy bien. La cama es grande y el colchón cómodo. Está en una calle por la que pasa un tranvía que es un poco ruidoso, pero te lo advierten al llegar y proveen tapones para los oídos.

• Wendy (10/5): Excellent location, excellent staff and excellent communication from host. - We received a very warm welcome when we arrived at the accommodation and were given all the information we required. The facilities in the room are to a very high standard and the bed is very comfortable. You will read that the trams pass the building, however, once the double glazing window is closed there is little or no noise, we slept well and chose to leave the window open on our last night and slept just as well. The location of this accommodation is absolutely excellent in terms of its proximity to the train station - less than a 5 minute walk away. There are a number of excellent restaurants nearby. We would certainly recommend staying here and will rebook the next time we are in Rome. Nothing - a perfect stay
• Giulia (8/5): Ho apprezzato il mio soggiorno e ho trovato adeguato il rapporto qualità prezzo - La struttura è pulita e accogliente, sia nella zona comune che per quanto riguarda le camere. Il bagno era dotato di una doccia spaziosa e confortevole e il letto era comodo. La zona è estremamente strategica per raggiungere a piedi le principali aree di interesse del centro storico e dotata di molti ristoranti, bar e minimarket. Vicinissima a Termini. Purtroppo di notte è abbastanza rumoroso perché passa il tram proprio sotto le finestre (la guesthouse è al secondo piano, quindi si sente tutto). Il tram è rumoroso e fa vibrare un po' tutto, e passa con una certa frequenza fino circa alle 2 di notte, riprendendo poi all'alba. Anche con le finestre chiuse, solo i tappi possono aiutare.
• Cristian (8/5): perfetto - camera spaziosa, pulita, comoda, staff gentile e disponibile, abbiamo chiesto check-in anticipato per delle esigenze di lavoro e ci hanno anche dato la camera subito. rumore del traffico la mattina presto perché la camera affacciava sulla strada, ma la struttura ci ha dato a disposizione dei tappi per la notte.

• Joao (5/5): Noisy - Mattresses and pillows Outside noise! You’ll get a real noisy electric tram every 5 minutes until 00:30 am and it will start again at 05:30am. Even with earplugs it’s nearly impossible to fall asleep, unless you’re totally tired or wasted. And even so, when the tram pass by, the all building will shake, like if you’re experiencing an earthquake. The bathroom also has a bad smell coming y from the sewers.

• Sooyang (10/5): 사진보다 좋아요!! - 사진보다 더 깔끔하고 쾌적했어요. 로마에서 이정도 가격에 청소도 해주고 화장실 물도 콸콸 나오고 엘레베이터도 있다는 것 특장점.. 엄마랑 갔는데 어머니 만족하셨고, 방도 캐리어 두 개는 충분히 피고도 남았습니다. 부엌도 인덕션이랑 전자레인지랑 식기랑 다 있어서, 아침 저녁 간단히 해먹었어요! 위치도 테르미니 5분 거리라 너무 좋았습니다. 추천추천~ 트램 진동소리 때문에 민원이 좀 있는 것 같던데, 막상 잘때 거슬릴 정돈 아니었습니다. 너무 피곤해서 그럴 수도 있었겠지만요

• Bartosz (9/5): Very clean and comfortable stay in the best location in Rome - The location allowing you to quickly travel to nearly anywhere in Rome thanks to the main station in close proximity. The room was very clean and the cleaning service was provided everyday. There was a small but functional fridge in the room, as well as the AC. There was supposed to be a noisy tram outside but we didn't notice that, the street was rather quiet. There wasn't any iron in the room, the neighbors from upstairs were noisy late in the evening, the fridge was a bit too small to fit more than two bottles of water at once.

Nawet po wymeldowaniu z pokoju można usiąść w dużej wspólnej kuchni i poczekać w klimatyzacji na samolot nie czując się bezdomnym :) Umiejscowienie apartamentu przy torach tramwajowych powoduje dużo hałasu, dla osób ze słabym snem może być za głośno (hotel daje zatyczki do uszu)

• Avellino (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato al Daniele Manin Guest house a Roma dal 10 al 16 giugno. Gli host si sono dimostrati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, ad esempio a organizzare l'orario delle pulizie in camera in base alle nostre esigenze (chiaramente nell'ambito dell'orario dedicato al servizio). Le camere sono molto pulite e dotate di ogni comfort (bollitore, piccolo frigo) e la posizione è davvero strategica trovandosi a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini da cui ci si può spostare comodamente per girare la città in metro. Il prezzo, assolutamente in linea con quanto offerto, ci torneremo sicuramente... Promossi a pieni voti! Viviana e Floriana Avellino

• Yelena (10/5): Great stay! - The location is spectacular, 5 min walk from termini station. Staff were very friendly and it was easy to find. We were lucky to check in earlier, thanks a lot!!! Everything was clean and comfy.
• Maria (9/5): Charming room, great location and value for money - it was a perfect stay for a family of three adults, all our needs were met, excellent value, communication was excellent, location is good if you want to be close to Termini Station however it was a little further away from main attractions which we didnt mind. The decor was adorable and I got some beautiful photographs. It didnt bother us, but i will mention so people are aware, the trams which run right outside the front can be noisy so if you have trouble sleeping it may cause you concern. The hosts are very upfront about that, and even provided a set of disposable ear plugs for each person.
• Martin (8/5): Great value for money close to the Railway Station. - It's ridiculously convenient for the main railway station and the metro, and easy to walk everywhere else. Yes, the tram runs down the street and it is loud, but I was in the "Silver" room in a side street and honestly wasn't bothered at all. The room is surprisingly spacious, the bed is comfy and the shower is big too. I didn't ever see any staff but their information and response time online was excellent. Really, no complaints. For value for money, this was ideal.

• Virginia (8/5): Walk to train, major sites and easy dining - The room was elegant and tidy. There are streetcars outside, but the noise did not bother us at night. Wishing we had known that the claw-foot tub in our room would not really work well as a shower. With only one shower curtain it made it very difficult! But we managed.

• Marcel (7/5): Great location and price but very noisy. - The location was great, close to the Roma Termini, within walking distance of most of the main attractions and many good restaurants and amenities nearby. The noise. The booking description stated that is was close to the rail station (Roma Termini ?) and you could experience some rail noise. Looking on Google Maps this was correct, we decided that we could put up with some noise from the trains in exchange for the excellent location. What it didn't clarify is that the reference is to 2 tram lines which run directly under your windows on 2 sides of the room. The trams run every 5 to 10 minutes from 05:30 to 24:00 and are very noisy. it made it necessary to sleep with earplugs which are not very comfortable. The last suggestion would be to mount the shower head on the wall which will make it much easier to shower without having water spraying outside the tub and on the floor.
• Abigail (6/5): - Pros: The property is close to the Termini station which made it ideal for traveling with luggage. The “Silver Room” is a good size with very high ceilings and the bathroom is also good size with a large walk-in shower. There is AC in the room. There is a common area with half kitchen that 2 other rooms have access to. Cons: We checked in after hours so never saw any staff (until they came to pick up the city tourist tax). We had a difficult time trying to get into the place. Maybe it was user-error but the instructions given to us for check-in were hard to follow. After a long day of travel the last thing you want is to be unable to get into your room! I would also agree with the other posts saying the place is loud. It is right next to the tram tracks and they are noisy and shake the whole building when they go by. The guesthouse provides you with earplugs - use them! Overall, an OK place to stay in Rome.

The bathroom and room were spacious, and the room was also equipped with a very practical mini fridge. The tram can get a bit noisy, but it's not an issue at nighttime. The host kindly provides earplugs, which we didn't need to use.

They provide earplugs but the cable cars run on both sides of the building until late at night and start very early in the morning The noise is awful and they shake the building Also the entry door to the facility is squeaky and a heavy door that slams so anyone coming and going makes lots of noise

• Kimberly (6/5): - Overall nice stay, but this is not an ideal place for light sleepers as many of the reviews mentioned, the trolleys run right by on both sides and while the sound is there, so are the vibrations that shake the building a bit. They even give you earplugs and a note when you check in that the trolley is noisy. We were never shown how to access the Terrace/patio which you see in the photos nor was it mentioned during our check-in. They do offer daily housekeeping, but no new towels unless you pay $3 Euro per person and per towel in cash only. So not convenient if you're at the end of your stay and you want fresh towels w/out going to the bank. Be sure to bring cash for this if you want it. Bathrooms were great and modern and the space was very nice and renovated. A good budget option near the train station.

• Karen (10/5): Great place to stay!! - The 'Silver' room was a good size with and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was great. The room was comfortably warm not stuffy. I didn't see any radiators so I'm assuming it is underfloor heating. The communal dining area is a pleasant place to have breakfast or a light bite to eat and has everything you need. Other reviews mention the tram noise. It didn't bother us at all. We made a point of closing the shutters and it became more of a vibration which was noticeable at times but you get used to it (and my partner is an extremely light sleeper). The shutters also block out all the other city centre noise and the light. The staff are only around in the morning for cleaning purposes or when checking people in. We arrived outside the check in time and the property contacted us with the check in details in plenty of time. All other contact was completely straightforward. The location is great. It's a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum through a park and 5 minutes from Termini Station, which is great for the metro, buses and the airport train. Highly recommend a stay there.

• Anita (6/5): - I don’t really want to say bad things about this property. We loved the spacious room and the kitchenette was beautiful and very useful. We were pre-warned about the traffic noise but we didn’t find it to be too bad. Unfortunately the last night someone was doing diy work in the building, drilling and using a sanding machine until 04.30 in the morning. Less than 2 hours sleep wasn’t great before a day of travelling to our next destination.

Our room was clean, the people were friendly and the value was good. The shower was very good. The hotel has a small elevator which made it nice in transporting our luggage.

• Leanne (8/5): - Beautiful property located close to the main train station in Rome. Very convenient. We walked to all attractions easily (Coliseum, Trevi fountain, churches). The property is very clean, comfortable, and easy to find. I woukd definitely stay again and recommend. The only downside was the area at night... we found street vendors and restaurant staff aggressive, making going for an evening walk less desirable for us 3 women. Overall, highly recommended.

Location is ideal (within very few minutes to train station, city tour buses, restaurants, tourist sites...). All around a fantastic option to conveniently tour Rome.

Yes, it was a little noisy but they provided ear plugs for nighttime which I didn’t use because the noise wasn’t that bad. We only stayed one night though. It’s conveniently located literally a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini. So if you are arriving or departing by train, definitely stay here. There are lots of restaurants around and I felt safe. Also, the rooftop terrace is incredible! We got take away dinner and sat up there and ate and it was perfect! The communication with the host was great! We arrived after hours and they sent me very detailed instructions on how to get in to the building. Highly recommend!!
• Thomas (10/5): - This was a great place to stay close to the train station in Rome. Its only 5 minute walk from Termini Roma and was very managabke with our rolling suitcases and stroller. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our 2 year old and they even gave him a toy when we were checking in. The room was much larger than expected and the guesthouse was very well equipped for a short stay. The shared kitchen has the basics needed to make an easy breakfast which was convenient when traveling with a toddler. The terrace was a great place to relax outside when we needed a break from the busy city streets. We'd highly recommend Daniele Manin Guesthouse to anyone visiting Rome for a couple days!

• April (10/5): Lovely stay near a central transportation hub - The room is nice and comfortable. There is a community kitchen we can use, and even access to a large terrace. There's an elevator for those staying on higher floors. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's situated next to the tram so it may get a little noisy but they provided us with ear plugs. We closed the window at night and we barely hear the trams so it wasnt bad. We love that it is very close to Roma Termini station and there's tons of restaurants and stores downstairs. We highly recommend this place for your stay! Nothing.
