René (10/5): Wir sind wieder gekommen und das sagt eigentlich schon alles. ;-) - Die Ferienwohnung Olive liegt im Ortsteil Fighille und ist wirklich so wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist die sehr schöne große Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick in die Landschaft. Das Appartement verfügt über zwei kleine Bäder und ist von allen angebotenen Ferienwohnungen am ruhigsten gelegen. Das Bett in der oberen Galerie im Dachgeschoss ist sehr bequem und es lässt sich sehr gut darin schlafen. Das ausklappbare Gästesofa im unteren Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und mit neuen Gläsern ausgerüstet. Wir haben sie ergänzt mit zwei zusätzlichen mitgebrachten 0,5 Litern Bierkrügen. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der schöne Garten und die gepflegte Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegeplätzen. In der Ferienwohnung und im gesamten Garten- und Poolbereich hat es WLAN für die Gäste die es dringend im Urlaub benötigen. Der Stellplatz des Autos ist außerhalb des Geländes (ca. 40-50 m), dafür steht das Auto überdacht im Halbschatten. Wir genossen unseren zweiten wunderschönen Aufenthalt und das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Einige Sonnenschirme am Pool sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber sonst gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Valcher (9/5): Bella struttura e posto molto riposante - La struttura e' molto bella e molto ben tenuta. Ogni appartamento e' un gioiellino. C'e' una bella area verde con piscina e ha un piccolo supermercato molto vicino. C'e' una tettoia coperta dove parcheggiare la macchina che la tiene al fresco. I proprietari sono molto gentili. La struttura non e' in una posizione molto centrale e quindi se uno vuol girare l'Umbria deve fare un po' di strada. In realta' e' piu' facile girare la Toscana da li'.

SeRom9 (10/5): Approvata! - Appartamento immerso nel verde e in totale relax. Silio e Luigina, i padroni di casa, ci hanno accolto con un caloroso benvenuto e diverse informazioni sui dintorni. Presenza silenziosa ma preziosa (ci hanno anche aiutato a risolvere un problema con l'auto). Struttura dotata di ogni comfort e pulita. Da qui siamo arrivati fino a Terni, circa due ore di strada, e abbiamo visitato gran parte delle meraviglie della regione, con un tuffo in Toscana a 6 minuti. -
claire (10/5): Merci pour votre accueil, nous nous sommes vraiment sentis les bienvenus - La maison est magnifique, très très bien entretenue. La piscine particulièrement agréable. L'accueil de nos hôtes, fantastiques. Très bien situé pour rayonner en Umbrie et le nord est de la Toscane. Les villages alentours valent également le déplacement, tout en retrouvant un confort défiant tout rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

Appartamento ben arredato e dotato del necessario. Posizione strategica per raggiungere i vicini borghi e servita (nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati, bar, ristoranti/pizzerie). Possibilità di pranzare/cenare all'aperto, di utilizzare il barbecue. Ideale per famiglie con bambini che possono usufruire del giardino e degli spazi esterni in sicurezza.

Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können. Die Betten waren okay, Matratzen hätten bequemer sein können .

Oana (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, comfortable and clean place, with welcoming and helpful hosts. The location is perfect for exploring small towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The apartment had all you need for a short stay, a fully equipped kitchen and a very nice farm-like atmosphere.
Jorma (9/5): Superb - Beautiful room and garden, easy to access by car and lots of historic places to visit. Small supermarket near in the village. Beds are good. The owners are very friendly and ready to answer any questions. The pool was already closed as were there in October, which we knew in advance. Enjoyed our holiday and the place was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Scent of cleaner was strong but it disappeared after we kept windows and door open for a while. (Perfume sensitivy.) After that was no problems with this.

There are so many beautiful places to visit in Umbria region, historic places and small villages in the Province of Perugia and Terni. The nature is beautiful also. The apartment had everything we need. The view from the apartment is beautiful, the backyard and the pool are daily well arranged, clean and tidy. -
Anastasia (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, very close to Monterchi, Arezzo etc. Clean and quite. Appartment is not a bright. Quite a dark kitchen especially when weather is not sunny. Drying rack does not work, so when the weather is quite cold and rains are heavy it's not possible to get towels dry.

Adi (8/5): Very good - Very nice place, comfortable apartment, nice garden and pool. The hosts are very friendly and available for any request. Also the location is very good. A bar restaurant and supermarket are a couple of hundreds of meters away, and plenty of nice places to explore up to 40 minutes drive from there I expected more basic equipment to be available in the apartment, such as sponge and diah soap,aybe some oil and sugar and similar. While that should not hinder the choice to pick this place, they could have helped feeling more organizes
