- Lim (8/5): - Nothing
- Stuart (8/5): - Good position nice pool decent room

- Yuen Fun (8/5): - Location is good. Hotel is old but suffice for a short trip. Everywhere is walkable within 800m else tuk tuk or grab is easily available. 7/11 is a stone throw away. Good eateries n massage shops nearby.
Thank you!
- Vivegananthan (8/5): - Nice place to stay
- Stephen (8/5): - I got the deluxe room which was more like a suite. Very large and very clean. The hotel is dated but not shabby except for the breakfast room. That room could use a good sprucing up. Very good location.
- Colin (2/5): - This hotel was only a notch better than a military camp. Everything about hospitality sucks there! I stayed there because i have no choice. Yes, TV programmes was bad and very poor telecast. Housekeeping was shirty and i have to clean the room myself after they cleaned. Unless you are single, please use another hotel if you have kids and your wife will give you no peace if you stay there. I seldom complain about rooms as i am a frequent traveller but this one was bad.
- Weidong (8/5): - Very good location, just a few minutes to Lee garden and train station.
- Rei (6/5): - The hotel is pretty decent, the cleanliness is not the best but acceptable, and the location is very good to explore the major shopping malls and massage area.
The only thing I felt disappointed about was how the management handled my booking issue, even though it was clearly shown that my booking should come with breakfast instead of asking me to pay separately.
I had explained and shown the hotel receptionist regarding my booking procedure and what was being listed under the hotel room booking. The hotel receptionist even agreed that my booking should come with breakfast because they only stated this option " breakfast $0" as an option for me to click and pay.
So the staff was nice, and she helped me clarify with her management that it was late already, and she said she would follow up with me before 630 a.m.But in the end, I didn't receive any follow-up or call until the next day, and I just went ahead for my breakfast the next day, and I was told to pay because their management disapproved of giving me the breakfast.
I dont mind having to pay extra for the breakfast, but I believe nobody wishes to feel shortchanged or misled, especially since I booked 3 rooms for my family. The hotel could have handled it with a better resolution instead of not giving me any answers.

- Adam (8/5): good location clean and comfortable good value - Great location nice big room with spectacular city view. Appreciate being able to open window. Nice pool also. A bit rough around the edges but good for real swimming
- Verified traveler (10/5): - All staff very good n friendly.. Room very clean.. Breakfast at hotel not bad.. Important is halal for Muslim..
- Siti (8/5): - Some of the staff can speak malay.
- Teh (4/5): - I booked 5 rooms for this stay. We hv very bad experience during the stay. First, one of the room has very bad smoke smell and off course we asked for switch to better room, second, when we back at night found one of the room door’s lock is not functioning and another room has sudden severe water leaking from ceiling causing electric to trip. Third, when checkout, one of the room found some cosmetic were missing and suspect someone has break into the room. Complaining to desk counter, nothing that we can do. Will not come to this hotel again
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Unique is easy to go anywhere... but hotel didnt provide garbage bag..
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Pleasant... easy to access to shopping & bazaar...
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 16t floor corridor very hot and parking bays limited
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room is clean and nice. Lobby is a bit run down. Main entrance is however not OKU friendly. Reception is friendly but they keep our passport. Pretty quiet place to stay and good view of the city. Convenient and walking distance to the shopping areas. Generally pleasant except that after informing we have to check out the next day at 6.30am, reception asked us to call Housekeeping to inspect first before we check out which is their job anyway.
- Yong (8/5): Good location for main Hatyai interests - Somewhat jaded hotel, but still reasonably well maintained, Stay for the location, just enough away from main thoroughfare to be quiet...and even then its only 10 minutes stroll away, yet surrounded by lots of good eateries and entertainment.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Conveniently located
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 2nd time stay at here, nice hotel.Early check in available.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We keep our bag at reception almost a day. Very supportive

- sheela (10/5): - Hotel was clean and good - overall location was good as well,
wifi was bad , almost non existent in the room - please improve.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Reasonable price - I booked 2 twin bedrooms for 2 nights and add remarks that have to be twin beds. However we weren't given the right rooms till we went inside.
When we went back to the reception, she wasn't too keen to change as was busy. I did showed her my booking and the remarks and she did changed.
Overall the hotel location and cleanliness is fine.
- Hairel Feezad (10/5): - nice stay
- Kamalanath (8/5): Satisfied - Nice place to stay..the staff very friendly
- Verified traveler (6/5): Receptionist wasn't a good service others are good - Location was convenient, room cleainess amenities are good except the receiptionist poor.
- Doris (6/5): Location with food stalls - Near shopping area.
Hotel staff friendly n cheerful
- Chiew Weng (2/5): Truthful opinion. - Stayed 2 nights from 17 - 19 June 2018. Booked an executive room and was given room #1611. Thought that Executive Room Category may be at least the best in all perspective. Unfortunately I was very wrong. The bathroom water heater pressure was totally not working. When the faucet was turned to hot water , it doesnt dispense any water. Had to call for maintenance and they came. After fixing and ensured me its working but it wasnt . I lodged at least 3 times of complaints to frontdest as the housekeeping and maintenance couldnt understand English. But again it wasnt repaired. Therefore we (family with kids) have to endured showering with shivering cold water. I am a frequent traveller myself but I have to admit that this is one of the worst. The hotel is definitely overpriced and require major uplift. Dont just refurbish exterior but ensure all amenities are working well as these are fundamental to provide a comfort stay to your guest. Never forget hotel industry is all about comfort and leisure for your guest especially those who come with young ones. Whether my grivances will be heard or it will remain as just another daily complaint, I shall leave to the hotel management however for sure you may have lost another guest. Thank you. Sawadeekrub.
- Verified traveler (2/5): WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ANYMORE. - THIS IS THE WORSE HOTEL I EVER STAY!!!
REQUEST ONE ADDITIONAL TOWER WAS BEEN REJECTED, REQUEST FOR TOP UP OF TOILET PAPER FROM DAY 2 WAS NOT RECEIVED TILL LAST DAY OF STAY.
ROOM WITH BAD SMELL!!!
- Janet (4/5): Accommodation Experience - using expedia booked a twin bedded room. but when we checked in at the reception it was messy and there was no queue that we can follow.. so when it was our turn, they checked is in and kept the passport for deposit. without advising that the room they gave was a queen size bed. only found out when we entered the room. their excuse was that the hotel was full and the group took all the rooms and only this room is available. i was really furious and asked to change room. they refused and said tomorrow we can move room, so i asked to have an extra bed to put in the room since they cannot provide what we have booked and confirmed. they said we have to pay 4000bht.. it was so unpleasant and wanted to call expedia to check what we can do. after 10mins or so they gave us a room with twin bed but no key card but key as it was faulty. we took the room as it is better than the queen size bed.
also 2nd day into my stay, morning there was literally no hot water, nothing came out of the shower head. waited for 5mins a little dribble.
all i wanted to say is it, just the start of my holiday and it was so unpleasant. i trusted expedia to have reputable hotel and what we booked and confirmed it what we will get when we arrive as it is not like requesting for early check in or late check out (this is up to the hotel).
overall, just an unpleasant stay and it was my first time in Hatyai so helpless feel when you do not know what you can do or where you can go and stay. thank you.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The wifi connections inside the room was rather poor...
