- Diana (9/5): Yhe location was great and the accomadations descent. - The breakfast was the same each morning, which was a bit disappointing. Has browns and bacon would be a good addition. One of the 3 rooms we had was a suite, which worked out great for family time. It would have been nice if we ccould have had all 3 rooms on the same floor, but we made it work. The pool was overcloranated which caused skin irritations and watery eyes.

- Cheri (10/5): I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the quiet night we experienced. - The breakfast had a few less choices than many but it was adequate. Coffee was excellent. The hotel was extremely quiet. We didn’t hear a sound from our room at night. Maybe a potato choice and/or meat other than just sausage. It might have been our lack of effort or knowledge but we only could close the sheer blinds. That was fine during the light hours but meant the sun came shining in before 6am. This was not a big deal to us as early risers but could be a problem for others who would like to sleep in longer.

Breakfast was equally as pleasing wide array oh items to choose from including a pancake maker. Coffee maker ground the beans prior to brewing. Very pleasant staff. Decor in the whole facility was very tasteful. Found the floor of the tub somewhat slippery. I would suggest some type of mat. There was no grab bar for support

The room and hotel overall was very clean and definitely seemed on the newer side. Breakfast was wonderful! A great selection of hot foods and incredible cinnamon rolls. We will definitely be back!! Nothing! The hotel exceeded our expectations!

- Passport66062443998 (10/5): Exceptional place with professional and compassionate employees - Katie was amazing and helping us get a room. She had so much compassion to help us get out of the economy hotel nearby, which had cockroaches and no smoke detector. All of Duluth and near by area was booked, but Katie was able to get us into the Holiday Inn Express within an hour. When we did check in later in the day, Meg was there to make sure we had everything we needed. She gave very personal attention. Our rooms were so clean/ fresh smelling and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Loved having coffee that was bean-to-cup, available 24/7 in the lobby. The breakfast had everything you could think of and the cinnamon rolls are especially the best I’ve ever had. Thank you Katie and Meg.
- Lacey (4/5): - Hotel property and room were clean. Pool was nice for our autumn family visit. My kids were asleep in one bed, and my son asleep in the second bed. I pulled back the sheets on my side of that bed to find a dark spot on the mattress pad. I pulled back the fitted sheet to find a disgusting bodily fluid stain on the mattress pad. Yuck! It was too late in the night to call the housekeeping, as my kids were all asleep. This kind of a blatant oversight is unacceptable. I had no choice but to take a towel from the bathroom to cover the area for a sliver of comfort at hat point in the night. This mattress pad should not have made it out of the laundry room, let alone on the bed of a future guest and their family! Gross.

Compared to others near the Mall. Affordable, clean, not noisy during our stay, diverse staff, great breakfast for being small and Continental. Pool for everyone and a workout room to boot!

Very clean and spacious rooms and the outdoor lobby is perfect for enjoying with family. This is the very few hotels that offers a hot tub!
