• Cécile (9/5): Très belle adresse. - Le gérant vient nous récupérer à la gare et nous ramener. J’ai adoré l’endroit. les chats sont trop mimi, la nourriture est top(moi qui m’attendais à un plat le soir au dîner, en fait c’est tout plein de petits plats tous très appétissant, idem pour le petit dej.). Il y avait quelques clients et nous avons été placés dans des chambres/Dortoirs différents , du coup j’étais seule dans le dortoir fille). Le onsen est très chaud. C’est propre. Il fait bon dans l’auberge et en été ce doit être trop bien car il y a une terrasse. Bon wifi… ah oui, et le vélo ç’est très pratique. The et café à disposition. Juste le matelas qui est vraiment très dur. Un sur matelas serait top.

• miho (10/5): オススメです。 - 5月なのに寒い日でしたが、お部屋は暖かかったです。 朝も夜も結構な量の食事でした。おかわりできるのがすごい。建物が丸いつくりで角がない。吹き抜けになっていてとても気持ちいい宿でした。たまたま相部屋の方がおらず、一人でしたので気にせず、ゆっくり寝れました。 車でしたが、曲がるところを行き過ぎてしまいました。 食事の看板はありますが、ユースホステルの名前が分かりにくかったです。 あの辺には何もないので、建物を見てあれかな？と目星はつきますが。

The meals were really nice and filling after a day of activities at the lake. Bike rental made getting around a bit easier when you don't have a car Could have been abit cleaner there were alot of dead lady bugs around the mattress

Daarnaast staat er nergens op Booking aangegeven dat er katten zijn. Hier ben ik allergisch voor, dus als ik dat had geweten had ik de locatie niet geboekt.

• Junhyeok (7/5): A Nice Stay in Gudsharo Lake - A short stay. The view was fantastic. The cat were very friendly and cute. The room heating system is old and smelly with oil heater. We couldn't eat breakfase for they didn't serve the day.

The high ceilings and large, bright glass windows let in plenty of natural light, and the snowy scenery outside was absolutely beautiful. Our room had a loft-style layout, and my son especially loved staying in the upper loft — it was his favorite part! 👍 This wasn’t really a negative, but it was something memorable for us. It was our first time using a kerosene heater like those commonly found in Japanese homes, so there was a unique kerosene smell when we first turned it on. After a while, though, we got used to it and it felt just fine.

• 丞君 (6/5): 建議不要太早預約車站接送，他們真的很忙，這次就被忘記了（請車站幫忙聯絡），離開也溝通不太順直到時間到了才匆忙知道需要送我到車站。還是很感謝免費接送服務。據員工說最近是美留和車站，或許預約時可以問問看。 - 晚餐早餐都非常好吃，老闆也會認真用英文介紹自創菜色。晚餐吃到包玉米與起司的馬鈴薯圓跟醃漬生鮭魚印象深刻，感覺是旅程中最合胃口的一餐。 有看見兩隻貓咪，一隻比較親人會討摸與呼嚕，注意拍屁股不能太久會生氣。 房間煤油味很重不太舒服。 看得出人手不足，浴室也就不常徹底清潔，雖然有收溫泉稅但不敢下去泡。

• Doortje (7/5): In between 2 minds on this hostel! - - the cats are amazing, so cute! - I am vegetarian and the dinner was accustomized for that and it was truly delicious and special. Not like the regular dinner minus the fish and meat, but good alternatives. Very much worth the price of 1500yen. - the architecture of the hostel is very cool and very unlike any other place I've seen yet in Japan. The use of wood makes it feel like a warm place. - Most of the staff is kind and helpful. - Communication via booking was troublesome. I asked 24h in advance to join for dinner the next day, and I didn't get a response before I called. And by then they said it was too late ... - There is one younger guy working at the desk who is quite unfriendly and unhelpful. "Welcomed" by hem didn't feel welcome at all. I would suggest to maybe place someone more friendly and helpful at the desk, as it is the first impression of the hostel. - I had to pay a 150yen fee for the use of the onsen, which I didn't even want to use. If it is a mandatory fee, it should be included in the price altogether, instead of coming as a suprise afterwards.
• Hugo (6/5): - La maison est superbe. Le nourriture est bonne. Le lit est confortable. Obligé de vivre au rhytme de la maison, 7h30 max tout le monde debout. Les personnes japonaise partageant la même chambre que moi qui se lèvent à 4h45 du matin et font comme si elle étaient seule, allument toute les lumières, parlent à haute voix, fond beaucoup de bruit et partent en laissant tout allumé et la porte ouverte. Ça m'est arrivé 3 nuits de suite avec 3 groupes de personnes différentes. Je trouve ça très irrespecteux. Les draps des couvertures qui ne sont pas changés entre les clients.
• Hatice (10/5): Very nice guesthouse at a great location - The location is beautiful. It’s right at the beginning of the national park. Walking distance to Kussharo lake is 30-40 minutes. There are bikes available for rent which I would highly recommend if you don’t have a car. You can see a lot of Hokkaido animals around the area like deers, eagles, foxes, bears, birds etc. Owner organizes morning sunrise tours that take 1:15 hours, which is absolutely beautiful. You can see the milky way at night. Dorms are spacious and have a sink in the room. Laundry machines available. Onsen is old but very nice and filled with natural hot spring water. Shampoo and shower gel are provided. There are 3 cats in the guesthouse that are super cute. Breakfast and dinner are superb and they make meals for vegetarians (which you have to tell them in advance). There are no convenience stores or restaurants in the area so it’s better to get the half board. Free shuttle available from Mashu station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner’s daughter is very cute and helps out wherever needed.
• MARI (10/5): - 屈斜路湖、釧路湿原、摩周湖の観光拠点に選びました。結果、大満足です。4人部屋にひとり宿泊となり、広々と使わせていただきました。食事なしにしましたが、次回は食事を申し込みたいと思います。猫ちゃんもとても愛らしく、オーナーさんも優しいです。ありがとうございました。おすすめです。

Grande pièce de vie sympa pour les repas, petit déjeuner japonais délicieux et copieux avec plein de choix. Onsen très chaud, personnel chaleureux, service de navette depuis la gare de Mashu très pratique car il y a une trotte. Ambiance chalet de montagne. Pas beaucoup de sanitaires pour le nombre de lits. Dur d'accès si on ne profite pas de la navette.

• Theophile (10/5): Très bon séjour - Le bâtiment est remarquable, mais le plus appréciable (si vous êtes en voiture) c'est le cadre naturel du parc de Akan. Entre montagnes et lacs. Les autres guests étaient toujours de belles rencontres. Parler japonais est presque indispensable! C'était assez compliqué de communiquer avec les gérants, qui ne parlent pas vraiment anglais.

• Kuo (8/5): - 因地點離車站將近20分鐘車程，有免費接送服務真的太讚了。農家早餐道地又豐盛，加訂晚餐1500日幣也吃得很愉快，晚膳時老闆會順便介紹當地特色和附近景點，家族員工都很貼心友善，三隻店貓超可愛。跟旅店租腳踏車只需付1000日圓就可以在住宿期間一直騎，對長住者很划算喔！ 沒有空調所以夏季白天的房間會很悶熱，但可以去大廳待著比較舒服。四人房沒有隔開的門簾，旁人的一舉一動和睡姿都會被看得一清二楚，注重隱私者較不合適。
• SHINICHI (2/5): 二度と来たくない宿 - 女性スタッフは親切でした。 若い男性スタッフは自分の都合しか考えておらず、気遣い全く無く遅くなりそうなので運転中に電話すると「早く来てください」と。 着いて靴を脱ごうとすると、させてくれずチェックイン手続きし始める。 屋内は暑く、寝室になっている2階は更に暑い。にもかかわらず窓を開ける仕様になっておらず、ドミトリータイプの部屋に扇風機1台と全く効果の無い冷風扇のみ。 冬のことしか考えていない。 ドミトリーだからエアコンは付いて無いと考えるような最近の北海道の気温では無いので、その内に熱中症で搬送される客が出るでしょう。既に搬送されていてもチェックアウト後で知らないふりなのかも。 そう思いたくなるほど暑いです。 夏場のドミトリータイプは安くてもオススメしません。

• Jpgds (6/5): - Acceuil et personnel , cuisine petit dejeuner et dinner japonnais , onsen, bon établissement en general même si un peu vieillot. Nous avons donné une note moyenne car il y a yn defaut majeur le bruit en particulier sur le couloir. Notre chambre 118 cumulait la proximité de l'escalier vers l'etage, la machine à boisson et le couloir bien sur. L'erreur de l'établissement est de rendre l'onzen accessible de 15h à 9h du matin, c'est donc un va et viens permanent toute la nuit et les gens ne font pas attention y compris le personnel. Le mieux serait d'interdire l'accès au onsen et soir et mettre une moquette épaisse dans le couloir.
