Guest Reviews
- Amanda (10/5): - Excellent hotel, as close as any available for Kingdom Arena & Boulevard City/ World. Just nowhere to walk around the property
- Alejandro (10/5): Excelentes habitaciones y buena ubicación - Fue muy agradable el hotel. Amplia habitación. Todo muy limpio. El estacionamiento un poco pequeñito en su acceso. Buen desayuno. Personal muy amable.
- Maysa (8/5): - Pros:
I was there on a Business trip.
Overall experience is good.
Clean hotel. My Room was specious.
Buffet food very good especially Lunch.
Friendly Staff, smooth fast check in & out. Accepted my request for late checkout.
Cons:
Little bit over priced
Lobby and Corridors overly scented - I dont mind little bit of a nice aroma but this was overwhelming.
Hotel WiFi was unsecured (access without password), which caused a concern and couldn't use it much.
Thank you, I think I'd visit again.
- Faisal (6/5): - There are good and negative things I will list:
Positive:
- the room clean and furniture new
Negative:
- parking your car is almost impossible at the hotel
- the sound proofing very bad at the room
- 690hazems (10/5): Superb - I believe this is the best 4 Star Hotel i have been to..
-Great and spacious rooms.
-Great and welcoming staff.
-Great hospitality .
-Great breakfast.
-Great location.
-super generous with toilets amenities…
VALUE FOR MONEY….. i will definitely come back
- MOHAMMAD (10/5): - I like this hotel at all aspects
All staff are kind and caring
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable for short business stay - Hotel was relatively new. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Daily buffet breakfast had wide variety including made to order egg station. Nothing nearby in walking distance but short drive to restaurants, malls and hospital. Too hot to walk outside far anyways.
- ARAFAT HASSAN EL (10/5): - NA
- Dino (10/5): Good value for money - Nice and spacious rooms, large and complete gym. Perfect clean. Concierge service can be improved.
- Amaravadee (2/5): - Hotel is not ready for major tourism, forced to check out after just 15 minutes of arriving. I won’t be visiting this country again after such a negative experience at this hotel.
- Gary (10/5): Excellent business hotel - Excellent location, big comfy rooms & an amazing gym - perfect for a business stay!
- Andrew (10/5): - Had an amazing time! Hopefully we will be back when “Big 12” fights in Riyadh. Thanks
- Andrew (10/5): - An amazing experience! Hopefully we will be back
- SFOtoDXB (8/5): Great property and friendly staff - Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the walls between the rooms are thin and you can hear the neighbors clearly. Also if you’re window is facing the highway you get noise. There’s also an issue with cigarette smoke smells but that’s common everywhere in Riyadh.
- MARIA LETIZIA (10/5): - In a strategic position near the city but nevertheless quiet.
- Mark (8/5): - The property is solid and staff is wonderful. It is on the edge of KAFD and can be challenging to get in and out of this while construction continues as at a rapid pace.
- f_jumaa (2/5): Avoid at all costs - Avoid this place at all costs!
My stay at this hotel from February 4th to 8th was utterly disappointing. Despite explicitly requesting a smoking-free room, I was given a smoking room upon arrival. To make matters worse, they attempted to mask the foul odor with a cheap jasmine air freshener, which only made me nauseous. When I complained, they offered me a double bed in a non-smoking room, completely disregarding my booking for a king-size bed in a non-smoking room. After persistent complaints, I was begrudgingly transferred to a third room, which I initially booked. The entire process was riddled with excuses, as they claimed the hotel was fully booked despite my reservation. To top it off, I forgot my MacBook charger and called them within 20 minutes of checkout, yet despite assurances from the staff, they failed to keep it for me. Despite the hotel being relatively new and well-located, the bad service and complete lack of customer care overshadow any positive aspects.
- CleopatraBunny (8/5): Well suited for business travel - My organization booked me here for a 7-night stay. The location is close to KAFD (you can see it from your room) but across the busy multi-lane freeway so you can't walk there even though it appears to be only a short distance away.
Pros: Spacious and clean rooms, free water daily, hot water kettle in room, daily housekeeping, make-up mirror in bath, shampoo/conditioner/lotion amenities, minifridge. Shower only, coffee bar in lobby, and outdoor patio adjacent to lobby. Nice breakfast buffet. Good wi-fi and good workspace desk in room.
Limitations: Nothing within walking distance except for an ONS coffee roasters next door. The restaurant did not serve lunch or dinner during my stay so I either picked up something on the way back from work or ordered room service, which was limited. Gym is men only except for noon-2 pm for women only. Didn't work with my work schedule.
Bottom line: I'd stay here again even with the limitations noted. Staff was professional and courteous throughout all areas (housekeeping, front desk, restaurant).
- TeneSaarva (10/5): Nice location and friendly staff , great stay - The location of the hotel is really good, it’s very near to most things you want to see in Riyadh.
The staff is friendly and nice.
Hotel dinner is amazing, very tasty.
Rooms got cleaned in time and well.
Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.
Breakfast coffee wasn’t that good, but downstairs restaurant coffee is decent :-)
- SANGYONG (10/5): - Very nice and good enough to stay, but some kind of unpleasant smell from the drain made me little bit disappoint. Out of this, everything was good .
- thegilbertros (8/5): Business Hotel with a great gym - Our travel agent recommended this hotel, due its location for work. It ticks the boxes for a business traveller looking for a decent hotel offering a comfy nights sleep.
- Food: Good breakfast selection is offered, omelettes are specially made for you. Evening food is offered at the bar downstairs , but I would recommend to go out and enjoy the local restaurants, our food order was mixed up, probably due to language barrier.
- Service: Really friendly welcome on check-in. A lot of information was explained by the front desk staff about the hotel facilities and timings.
Gym & Pool: Would recommend taking your gym gear or swimming trunks. The gym is very good with lots of stations and equipment to us. Whilst the indoor pool offers a great place to relax or swim lengths.
- Comfort & Quality: Reasonably new built hotel, that offers clean and fresh facilities through. Stayed in a standard King room, which is a lot bigger than a European standard room. Space to comfortably work and big walk-in shower. The bed was soft and spacious
- Mohammed Faisal (10/5): - This sim was an excellent stay. I look forward to being back soon.
- Tamer_AlMasri (8/5): The name says it all. - The word "Executives" is well placed in this hotel's name. From check-in to checkout the staff treated me like a CEO attending to my every need. The health club services in the B2 level are well worth a visit during your stay here. the gym is clean, the Jacuzzi is great and the sauna was top notch.
- najia2013 (8/5): Generous and clean - Spacious rooms, friendly staff, clean spaces especially the All day dining area. Cool pool and gym spaces. I only wish the desk in the room was wood instead of glass.
Well located on the main northern ring road, in 15 minutes you can reach down town area.
- wala (4/5): - The hotel is NOT CLEAN. It used to be.. but not anymore. I told the housekeeper specifically to clean the bathroom and showed him the dirt.. yet when I came back it was still dirty!!! There was a shampoo stain for two days on the shower floor that means they do not even wash the bathroom ..
I booked non-smoking room but the room smelled like someone been smoking here forever.
The curtains and the closet are super dusty
I keep on asking for a new key card cause every time the card will not open my room.
- Tariq (8/5): - Parking not well made too narrow
- marvin (8/5): Shame about the smoking room but gym outstanding - The room, staff and service was all fantastic. My only complaint would be that I had to stay in a smoking room which I dislike, did have a lingering smell and effects my breathing and sleep quality. That was the only tarnish on my trip.
The gym was phenomenal though. Unbelievable range of equipment which was quality and high standard
- normann975 (10/5): Business Solo Trip - Fahad the receptionist 5/5 and made me feel at home from check-in to check-out and always had a radiant smile. Well trained staff, etiquette, friendly, and never forgot to smile.
The rooms 5/5, spacious, well maintained and the cleanliness from housekeeping 5/5. The laundry services 5/5. Kudos to the housekeeping team for finding my colleagues belt that he had left in the hotel after checking out. I managed to get the belt for him and shows well trained the staff are.
I forgot the name of the housekeeping attendant who always cleaned my room with a radiant smile. Kudos to him and housekeeping supervisor l. Keep up the good work and I can see the Hotel is taking care of the staff.
The response of the team in the entire hotel was top notch service from the day I checked in, to the day I checked out.
The gym was fully equipped high standard and the pool was equally at the same level as top notch hotels.
Room service team and food 4/5. The breakfast buffet for me lacked variety from an International look and feel overall 3/5 (need some improvements). Executive Chef Mohammed well done on the veg omelette that I had everyday 5/5.
The F&B needs some International variety (hot and cold sections), others may differ but that’s just my two cents.
I still recommend this Hotel for all travelers into the Kingdom be it solo, business or family travel. I would still come back to stay in this Hotel. Hotel does have parking on B3 and B3 levels.
10 min drive to Carrefour in Tala Mall, overlooking KAFD district, 10 min to Riyadh Festival Season, 19 min to Terminal 5 for domestic flights, and 25 min to the International Airport.
Well done to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality at the Executive Hotel.
- Hesham (8/5): - لا بأس به مع تميزه بالموقع
- CeesF (8/5): Friendly service - Basic, good hotel - good breakfast . Nice rooms and quick laundry services . Good for business stay. Centrally located and nice under ground swimming pool and gym. The hotel offers also good driver services. Samir was great. Reckon it is value for money
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything ok but basement parking to tight so I have to park off site!
- CeesF (8/5): Friendly service - Whilst awaiting permanent accommodation accommodation in Riyadh staying in this relaxed and centrally located hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and everything is easy going. There is a good breakfast spread whilst dinner menu could be a bit more varied. Room service is fairly quick. Rooms are spacious and well kitted out. There is a nice pool and gym in the basement. It would be great of the building rubble next to the hotel would be removed as it is an eyesore and detracts from the quality enjoyed at the hotel.
- vikasramola63 (4/5): Excellent F&B service - If you are vegetarian please don't book this hotel. I stay there almost 3 months but I never expect something vegetarian breakfast. I ask to chef (Egyptian) to give me something vegetarian but he soo rude .
Please guys think before you book this hotel .
- Bader (8/5): very modern and convenient - clean and very spacious room. bathroom filled with all amenities. bed was super comfortable.
- mirantim2014 (8/5): Nice room and shower experience in Riyadh - This was my first time in Riyadh, but second time in Saudi Arabia. I was staying from 2-6 February, 2020.
1. The room is large. The bed is King size. It has quite expensive price (but reasonably price compared to other 4-5 stars hotel)
2. My my...I love the bathroom. I like how they design the bathroom really large, and the shower placed in the middle was also great
3. Nice breakfast , many international choices of menu. They also offer middle East/Arabian food as well, may not match your taste.
4. Waitress/receptionists are kind and have good english.
5. Don't have many minimarkets within safe walking distance. I mean there is a minarket near a gas station and to go to that minimarket, you have to walk 10 mins passing by a highway with many fast driving cars. Quite scary for me.
6. Near with Nazaha Saudi Arabia office, where I was having the meeting.
Overall, thank you for the good experience.
- U8599RHimrana (10/5): All about the service - I was not expecting much from my quick stay at the executive hotel in kafd and in almost every way it surpassed my expectations.
We arrived in Riyadh at 7am and had a full day of meetings. Rather than carrying our luggage around all day decided to see if the hotel could hold our luggage behind the reception desk until post check-in time (after 2pm). They obliged immediately. We had some time before our first meeting so decided we would stay in reception and use the WiFi to reply to some emails and so on. Whilst we were waiting. Abdullah, the super friendly and welcoming reception staff member with impeccable English walked over to us to inform us that 2 rooms had become available for my colleague and I. This was all before 8:30am, 5 1/2 hours before official check in time, and we were in our rooms. Great first impression.
Rooms were Very clean, generously proportioned with a nice firm mattresses bed (the way I like it) and a choice of soft and firm pillows already on the bed.
Service through out our two day stay was great with staff willing and actually eager to help. Forgot my comb at home and within a minute of requesting one from house keeping, a sealed travel comb was delivered to my room.
Location in KAFD is a little out of the way but worked really well for our trip as most of our client meetings were with financial institutions located in the financial district.
It was opposite a relatively busy flyover but rooms were well insulated for sound so could not hear any road traffic noise.
Breakfast was decent and the hot chocolate I ordered at breakfast (not included) was delicious.
I would definitely stay again and would happily recommend to anyone visiting Riyadh for a short business trip.
- Mohammed (4/5): Wouldn't book again. - Air scent too strong couldn't breathe whike sleeping. Noise travels easily thru the walls. Customer service is lesw than ok.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property is in a good location with very nice large rooms. The breakfast buffet is pretty good for riyadh standards and the gym is excellent.
The negatives for me are the noise from outside which is ridiculously loud and constant. I couldnt tell if it was machinery or traffic bit i still couldnt sleep with earplugs in as i could hear so kuch noise. The dinner buffet is very bland, overcooked and expensive for what you get.
- Ahmed (10/5): - The rooms were large and very clean. And the Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
My only observation is that the Bath Room Door is Glass and not practical.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The location is great and accessible and safe. I like also the large size in rooms.
- liang (8/5): - the service of the doorman is poor, not initiative. never come to your car to provide the assistance
- aoufae (6/5): Delivered business training to a client - Delivered a business training to a local bank. I have not used the rooms so my review will be for the venue, restaurant and other facilities.
The location is not accessible easily due to road works. The parking is too small and entrance and exits are very tight.
The restaurant and the training room are OK.
- angeloo388 (10/5): Quiet and relaxing - Hotel strategically in a good position between airport and city. All details are well cured. Quality of dream very good. Silent and clean rooms with a beautiful swimming pool and gym area.Nice view.Quiet and relaxing stay.
- RoelWolfert (8/5): Good value for money - One of the better hotels I have stayed in the middle class hotel range in Riyadh. The location is close to the Financial district. The rooms are good, dining and breakfast facilities are good. The gym is one of the best I have seen in Saudi. Like every hotel in the region, please be aware there are smokers and non-smoking rooms. Make sure you clearly state when you make a reservation which category you like. Also when checking in, be persistent on this choice because they easily get it wrong :-).
- azgh7736 (8/5): Very good hotel - It was very nice try to stay 3 nights in this hotel , nice and warm welcome when you arrive with quite check in and check out, staff are very helpful ,rooms are very very clean even toalet , restaurant is very nice with deferent kind of foods , a small masjed for Muslims to pray , location is good but far away from down town.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent gym. Super helpful staff, good breakfast
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good but not great - Amazing but not that much clean in the rooms.
- Ibrahim (8/5): Great moden Hotel - Friendly staff moden hotel with beautiful views of KAFD. Breakfast was average but service is awesome. Room is clean and elegant. Parking socks big time. Overall great experience despite the worst car parking experience.
- F4164BAalis (10/5): perfect one night stay - the room was spotless and spacious , it was beautifully furnished in a modern way
the bed was very comfyyyy ,
service was very good and breakfast was really good and tasteful , i will sure reccomend it ❤️❤️
- 478pippop (10/5): Nice modern-style and top-level service - This nice modern-style hotel is located in a strategic position in the city. Easily accessible, you can be at the airport in 30 minutes (according to the traffic).
The service is very good and also the restaurant is more than adequate for a business trip.
Rooms are very large and some of them have a stunning view.
- Verified traveler (6/5): So so - Arrived at 1.30 AM and they put me in a smoking room though I requested a none-smoking. Called the desk and they said they did not have any. I am allergic to smoke, and they managed to get me a room. In general a bit slow service.
- Verified traveler (10/5): الغرفة ممتازة جدا - الفندق رائع ومريح جدددا الشيء الوحيد السيء هو مكان الفطور ابدا غير مريح.
- Verified traveler (10/5): اقامة مريحة وموقع ممتاز - رائعة
- Verified traveler (8/5): 都心の便利なホテルですが、周辺にはレストランがない。 - 都心の便利なホテルですが、周辺にはレストランがない。
- norah (10/5): Nice hotel - Everything was perfect for me. BUT, the facilities in the hotel such as the gym, spa and pool it's not allowed for women only for men's. Moreover, on my free time I spend it in the lobby hotel and it was ok.
So it's not fare that I pay the same amount as the men's without using the facilities.
- Ahmet (8/5): - The hotel was good and the Wifi was great
- Ahmet (8/5): Good hotel for business trips - The hotel was very good, clean and confortable
- Verified traveler (8/5): فندق راقي - جيدة
- ahmed (8/5): - very nice hotel but they dont change the bed cover win i come i see black with color smiley staff
- FAISAL (10/5): - رائعه والفندق ممتاز والموظفين متعاونين
- Hilmi (10/5): Great Business Hotel - Totally functional .. great room service and the gym is amazing - I am surprised that the gym is not prominently advertised !!
- Hilmi (10/5): Does the job and does it well. - Great room and a pleasant hotel. Great view out to KAFD.
- mohammed (2/5): - Never stay at this hotel again
Bad staff
Feels like a motel
