- Linda (5/5): Not quite the hotel in pictures. - The staff was wery kind and nice, so thank you for the care. The room and hotel itself- well, it for sure were like in pictures years ago. But now it is kind of “worn out”- walls was bit dirty, room smell bottle was old and almost empty, also shampoo and hand soap were almost empty. The box with cotton pads was a bit torn apart. At the breakfast we took a board game and it was all dusty.

- Mark (10/5): Super Hotel mit wunderbarem Frühstück! - Das Hotel ist wirklich gut, aber das Frühstück ist ein Traum. Unser Zimmer war wirklich ausreichend groß (Bad und WC getrennt). Es zahlt sich auch aus nur wegen diesem Frühstück nach Wels zu fahren. Und es gibt sogar eine Tiefgarage, die sehr bequem gelegen ist (ist aber extra zu zahlen). Eigentlich war wirklich alles ausgezeichnet. Was vielleicht lustig ist: der Lichtschalter in unserem Zimmer war so 'kreativ' im Bettrahmen angebracht, dass man manchmal beim Umdrehen während des Schlafes (durch die Matratzenerhöhung) das Licht eingeschaltet hat. Aber das ist jammern auf höchstem Niveau ;-)

I was travelling alone with a small child and two dogs.. so a bit of stressful time. But the staff handled everything very well, the prices for extras are all very reasonable, room was very nice and exceptionally clean.

- Karin (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Wels mit einigen Eigenheiten - Dafür verdient das Hotel 10 Punkte: Freundlichkeit - Hilfsbereitschaft Sauberkeit Frühstück Einrichtung, was Bett, Sofa, Sessel, Teekocher, Kaffeetabs, abdichtende Vorhänge betrifft. Wir hatten auch ein relativ großes und ruhiges Zimmer. Dafür würde ich nur 7 - 8 Punkte geben Das gläserne Badezimmer, wenn eine Person schläft, erhellt dieser Bereich natürlich auch das Zimmer. Zudem hört man natürlich das Geplätschere des Wassers der Dusche und das Wasserhahns. Manche Zimmer haben den Wasserhahn direkt neben dem Doppelbett. Abstellflächen im Bad fehlen Die offene Garderobe hat ebenfalls wenig Abstellflächen.

- Nadine Pferscher (9/5): - Sehr gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, mir fehlte nur Hüttenkäse/Kräuteraufstrich, es gab nur Philadelphia. Das Zimmer war geräumig und bequem mit der kleinen Couch und perfekt mit großer Dusche und außerdem einem Wasserkocher zur Zubereitung von Tee oder Kaffee. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, selbst beim Ansturm einer Reisegruppe beim Frühstück - ich bekam bereits beim Einchecken die Info über eine bessere Zeit, frühstücken zu gehen. Ein Polster war zwar groß, aber zu weich bzw. zu dünn, der kleinere war besser, aber ich konnte nicht so gut darauf liegen, wie ich es bei einem größeren gewohnt bin. Beide zusammen waren leider auch nicht bequem zu verwenden. Es hat leider wegen des sofortigen Aufdeckens von Tischdecke und Servietten für späteres Essen nach Ende des Frühstücksbuffets den Eindruck erweckt, man will nach dem Aufstehen aller Reisegruppen-Teilnehmer nur noch schnell die restlichen Hotelgäste auf wenigen Tischen abfertigen - das fand ich schade! Da geht Gemütlichkeit am Wochenende beim Frühstück verloren.

Beim Frühstück schien das Obst vorher tiefgekühlt zu sein und schmeckte auch dementsprechend nicht mehr so aromatisch. Das Zimmer war schön, allerdings war die Zimmerkarte nicht mehr so funktional, es dauerte oft länger, bis sich die Türe damit öffnen ließ.

Mein ursprüngliches Zimmer war etwas lauter (Umgebung), aber ich wurde umgehend in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt. Vielen Dank! Bis auf das etwas lautere Zimmer (bin etwas empfindlich), was sofort getauscht wurde, gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

- OGundel (9/5): Ein Hotel mit Herz, wir kommen immer wieder gerne! - Die Zimmer im Hotel Ploberger sind groß, geschmacksvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, sind sauber und bequem. Der kleine, aber feine Saunabereich ist sehr gemütlich, lädt zum Wellness ein. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich, das Essen ist frisch, lecker, die Auswahl und die Qualität ist top. Der Speisesaal ist schön, hell und geräumig. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit.

- Jonathan (8/5): Gut, aber durch aus ausbleiben der angebotenen Zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten nicht außergewöhnlich. - Schönes Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmerbedienung ist ein viel zu helles Panel an der Wand, welches Nachts stört. Außerdem bekam ich bei Buchung einen Fragenkatalog zu Vorlieben (Wanne oder Dusche, hörte des Betts, etc.) hierauf wurde keine Rücksicht genommen. Wäre das berücksichtige worden wäre der Aufenthalt hervorragend gewesen.
