• Lucy (10/5): - It’s location was perfect for everything we wanted to get to on foot. Close one way for the cobbled streets of Trastevere - THE best food in Rome and on the river to cross over to see all the sights. Though just off the main road, we heard no noise or traffic at night. I was especially grateful for very comfortable beds unlike some I have slept in Rome in the past! We checked in late, but instructions from Filippo on how to enter the property were clear and easy. The room was exactly what we needed for a city break like this, a good size room and bathroom, well equipped and very clean and bright. Having a simple breakfast at Terra Satis was the perfect start in the morning, a charming location and excellent service and cappuccinos! Available 7:30am to 11:30am meant it always fit in with our other plans for the day. Filippo kindly allowed us to leave our luggage on our last day after check out at 10am and organised transfers to and from the airport for us making our trip smooth and hassle free. If we missed Filippo in the morning at the hotel, he made sure to check in with us over WhatsApp to check our stay was going well. His communication and attentiveness was above and beyond. Thank you Filippo for looking after us making our stay in your beautiful city so relaxing and carefree. We will see you next time! Arrivederci!

• Suzette (4/5): - Location was good. The owner/operator expected me to wait while the radiators were not turning on, for over one hour, and then wait again for a technician. I checked in late in the day and wanted to eat, but my clothes were wet so I needed to dry them on the radiators before I could go out to dinner. The owner would not move me to a different room, because he was not concerned about the comfort of his guest, but rather wasted much of my evening trying to get me to solve the problem before he finally called a technician. Then he expected me to wait for the technician. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL.

• Guede (10/5): Roma a pesar de todo. - El trato con Filippo y Galileo, las instalaciones, los estupendos desayunos en dos acogedores bares muy cercanos y la situación del hotel, a alrededor de 20 minutos andando del Coliseo y de la Piazza Navonna. El único pero, el caos de los transportes públicos romanos y de esto no tiene ninguna culpa Ripense in Trastevere.

• Birgit (10/5): - Die Lage am Tiber und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig für 3 Personen und absolut sauber. Familiäre Atmosphäre und Filippo und sein Team waren sehr hilfsbereit. Morgens zum Frühstück konnten wir täglich zwischen zwei verschiedenen nahe gelegenen Cafés wählen. Das war der perfekte Start für die Vorhaben des Tages. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder. Keine negativen Bemerkungen

• Mathieu (1/5): Très décevant ! - Pas grand chose. Seule la personne qui nous a accueillis était au niveau. Les photos embellissent grandement les chambres. Ne pas avoir été prévenu que des travaux au RDC engendraient des nuisances sonores des 7h du matin. De plus, le petit déjeuner n’était pas disponible ! On ne l’a appris qu’en arrivant sur le lieu. Nous aurions dû être prévenus avant notre arrivée (un B&B sans petit déjeuner n’est plus un B&B !!!). La salle de bain est vétuste, les équipements marchent mal (lavabo bouché, ciel de douche qui arrose toute la salle de bain, étagère à moitié arrachée…). La climatisation bruyante et peu efficace surtout à 4 dans la même pièce. Un simple étroit couloir pour desservir les 4 ou 5 chambres, ce qui fait que l’insonorisation est à revoir. Même si les voisins étaient discrets, on entend tous les bruits de couloir ! Bref séjour gâché par cette réservation. Si nous avions pu annuler le jour même à moindre frais nous l’aurions fait. Le prix est excessif pour un tel logement ! Ne vaut pas mieux qu’un hôtel formule 1 !

Η καθαριότητα εξαιρετική και πάντα το δωμάτιο στρωμένο και τακτοποιημένο όταν γυρίζαμε . Το πρωινό σερβίρεται με την παροχή κουπονιών σε ένα πολύ ωραίο bistro και boho μικρό καφέ , όχι κάτι πολυτελές . Έναν φανταστικό καφέ και ένα κόρνετο με local κόσμο. Ο Philippo ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟΣ !!! Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα ! Θα μπορούσαμε να είχαμε λίγο περισσότερες επιλογές στο πρωινό ...

• Stephan (9/5): Perfetto - Gelegen in Trasteverre, zeer gezellige buurt in Rome. Bij het oversteken van de tiber bij alle bezienswaardigheden gelegen. In de buurt een goede parking om de auto veilig te stallen. Tevens een aanrader om bij het restaurant Enzo te eten om een heerlijke pasta te eten. Niks prima. Berteft een appartementsgebouw waarbij je een veilige code ontvangt om het gebouw binnen te komen.
• Braimsofi (8/5): Rom under jul. - Jag upplevde den vänliga mycket trevligt och profetionel service av Filippo, som har mycket fin bemötande. Jag kände mig mycket välkommen. De första 2 nätten var bara jag på gästhuset men sen kom pö om pö andra gäster. Det var bra med rummet, jag gillade att det var ljust, mkt bra genomtänkt, mkt utrymme, fint, allt i rummet gillade jag, jag har lite tips och förslag, jag gillade alla detaljer i rummet. Bra. Jag gillade att det var så nära till flera turist atraktioner med bara 5-10mil promenad. Att det var myt lyhörd att jag hörde ljudet t.o.m av grannars sms och snarckande och t.o.m vibration av mobilerna på andra sidan av väggen, porten lät jätte högt, den var direkt under mitt rum, det förstår jag det är en stort gammalt port men Hotelet var inte så billigt heller med tanke på hur lyhörd och hur flera störande ljud finns där inne och utanför pga.konstant biltrafiken, och att motorcyklarnas höga hastighet körde utanför porten väckte mig också. Granaras höga prata och långt in i sent på natten var jobbigt Men Filippo hjälpte till och det var super bra att han alltid var tillgängligt t.o.m under juldagen i mobilen🙏 Denna killen var så snäll och så hjälpsam. Jag gillade inte att varje natt vid 20.30 började en kille med orange jacka blåsa löv exakt på gatan framför gästhuset där massa bilar parkerade. Varför de ej gör det på dagen? Jag vet detta har inget och göra med gästhuset men jag var så rädd att gå hem när blev sent pga.fö4 mig var somchock att så fort mörker kom över staden så dessa alla brorar och gator runt detta turisatrakrioerna var Totalt kolsvart, trots att det är massa gator lampor men Ingen av dessa gator lamporna lyste, jag och många människor gick i det totalt kollsvarta gata efter gata och läskigt var bara förnamnet för mig ensam. Så detta klumpen i magen var ej bra tills jag kom direkt gatan bredvid och framför min Hotel Då fans mkt belysning tack och lov. Detta mörka gator Ger tyvärr en otryggt hemsk känsla i Rom och de som sköter gator belysningen bör skämmas att ej sköter sitt jobb.

• Tate (8/5): Wonderful stay with family in Ripense in Trastevere - Ripense in Trastevere is located very close to cafes and shopping in the Trastevere area. It is a busy street, but within the room it was relatively quiet. Filippo was helpful with our luggage, and arranging a car for us to get to the guesthouse. Breakfast options were in a separate establishment, but both were very friendly and provided a basic breakfast of croissants, toast and coffee. We never could figure out the elevator, but only one and half flights of stairs to entry.

Continentaal ontbijt is niethetgeen wat wij kennen. Het is een typisch italiaans ontbijt, wel lekker en gezellig om te doen voor een verlengd weekend. Kamer is dringend toe aan renovatie, matras en kussens zijn versleten, alsook de badkamer. Toiletartikelen zijn niet voorzien zoals wel aangegeven is bij booking.com. Er us 1 zeep in een versleten potje die nefast is voor het haar.

• Amanda (1/5): Not a 3 star. - The location was excellent, right in the heart of Trastevere. My cousin was staying there as well, so I had some support despite the lack of staff presence No front desk support: I was promised a pre-arrival email which I did not get. I arranged an early check-in via email and was told to arrive and discuss, but when I arrived at 8 a.m., no one was there. I called multiple times with no answer. I was only able to get into the building because my cousin let me in, and I had to take my own key from the office because no staff showed up until late afternoon. Shower unusable: The showerhead sprayed horizontally across the room instead of downward, making it essentially impossible to shower. The only way to get wet was by sitting on the toilet seat, which is unacceptable. I have video proof of this. No breakfast despite advertising: The property advertised breakfast but did not provide it. Instead, they refunded €10 in city taxes, which is nowhere near equivalent to the actual cost of breakfast in Rome (€20–30 per person). This is false advertising. Air conditioning didn’t work: The room was very hot, and the AC was nonfunctional despite being advertised. TV didn’t work: Again, advertised but not functional. Minimal staff presence: Aside from once collecting passports, the owner was absent for the duration of the stay. Overall, this felt more like a one-star accommodation rather than the advertised three stars. For the price paid, it was misleading and disappointing.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Incredible location and neighbourhood, good room and all you need space-wise. Clean and well-equipped. Service was incredibly kind and helpful. They did let us know to let them know of we had any issues with the AC because of a power problem caused by nearby street work. The AC could not cool the room down at all, it must have been about 27 Celsius and the air was completely still, regardless of the windows being open. After I messaged after the first sleepless night

• Nahuel (8/5): Comfortable and modern place - The reception staff was really kind and patient, offering to keep our luggage as well for the last day after the Check-out, because we had a plan to visit Borghese gallery before going to the airport. The room was really comfortable to rest and have a break before visiting other places. The neighbor is perfect with bars and food places near, and really near to the main places (only 15-20 min walk crossing a bridge).

• Kristin (8/5): As a solo traveler I had a great three day stay by the Tiber. - Close to all of the centre’s attractions, plus great variety of restaurants nearby. The toilet leaked all day long. Making it annoying at night. For a solo traveller the area looked a bit unsafe due to the rough exterior but at no time did I feel under threat.

Thin walls, AC unit was in the entry which made it difficult to cool the main space. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable, bedding was scratchy, walls were beat up and the bathroom was run down and had a sulfur smell coming from the sink.

We were shorted a breakfast voucher on the last day. Air conditioner was advertised but didn't work , no one around to ask for daily coffee packets, bed sheets were never changed , shower leaked over glass onto floor and took a while to drain,unit close to road very loud,bed uncomfortable .Only 1 or 2 channels on TV, occasionally saw room service man didn't speak English he changed out towels,all the bikes for rent were old with flat tires,Opened window for fresh air as AC didn't work in room it was too loud outside next to main ride ,Took awhile to sleep was warm inside.On the last day he made us pay 72 euro wanted cash,told him had no money and already paid in full So I reluctantly paid with credit card . Their airport shuttle was a taxi for a higher price .

Good, quiet spot by the river, very close to the busy side of Trastervere, which has a youthful vibe and nightlife. Excellent value for money for Rome. Transportation is not the best at the area, but its a general issue of the city, since there are only a few metro stations. But with the buses it works ok.
