Rooms were cleaned for arrival. No daily housekeeping. They did clean one of the rooms I booked but this had to be requested.

Shower had hot water and good pressure. Bed was comfortable and large with 2 pillows. Area felt safe and great walkable path to the beach. Front desk offers beach towels, pool on the roof had a great view of the ocean and sunset for not being directly on the beach. Great hotel stay and value for money.

- Kerry (10/5): Great stay close to beach and clean - Our experience with Lime was great. The hotel is modern, clean, bright and cheerful. Beds are comfortable. The room had ample space, lots of water pressure and hot water!!! I would definitely stay here again My only suggestion is if you are senaitive to noise then the pool floor may not be ideal (7th floor). Great access but you can hear people visiting and coming and going

- Robert (2/5): - The property fell short in several aspects, including cleanliness and facilities. There was no hot water and a leaking AC unit. The elevator did not function for three days, which when on the 8th floor is just not a good experience especially when travelling with a disabled partner. Given this I had to checkout four nights early, with no refund and accepted my loss and rebooked at a reputable hotel which is accessible.

I was so sad about it as the pool was the main reason why I chose the hotel because I have 2yr old kid who just love to dip in the pool and we also have PWD with us. I was about to cancel our stay but they offered us 2 rooms at the lower ground to still accommodate us. They gave me the details and I was ok with it. They then updated me again I think 2 days before our stay that the pool is already operational and so as the elevator. I was sooo happy about it and I appreciate that they keep me posted with the updates every now and then. We came early prior to our check-in time and I asked if it's ok to use the room and since it's available, we were lucky to go inside the moment we arrived. Everything else went smoothly until our last day in Lime. I so love the staff who were super super nice and accommodating, our room was so spacious and clean which my family enjoyed so much and the beach and pool towel was so convenient for us that we don't need to worry brining our own cause lime got us covered. Location - 2-3mins walk from the beach which is tolerable for us. The road was cemented anyway so we have no problem with it. Breakfast buffet - just the typical filipino morning breakfast, just come in early to enjoy the complete set which changes daily. Though the selection was not variety, it was just enough for us and my family enjoyed it. Lobby stairs and ambiance - the stairs going to the lobby was really a challenge but for us, it's tolerable and you'll get used to it. I think the lobby needs a little renovation as some of the areas looks old already. Superior family room - We love our room. It's super clean and they offer cleaning service for free and they also changed our kits. We were advised that their room wasn't sound proof but we didn't experience and noise from the other rooms or guest. Lobby stairs and ambiance - the stairs going to the lobby was really a challenge but for us, it's tolerable and you'll get used to it. I think the lobby needs a little renovation as some of the areas looks old already

We didn't like breakfast- served like buffet, where fried eggs was cold and if you like to have eggs for breakfast you'd have to be there at 7am. Coffee only filtered, no tea or coffee bags to make own tea,no toaster. in general all breakfast menu is Philippines type with rice and meats.

- M (9/5): Very enjoyable place to stay and relax. - I like the place it smells like a real lime. The staff greets you always. They let us check in 2 hours early. If I ever go back again I would chose their place. Its not close to the beach but its very quite and relaxing place to stay.
- Francis (8/5): Good value - Though it wasn't an actual beachfront location, I liked that public transportation was accessible right in front of the property. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the beach was my plan anyway. My top floor room and pool location offered a great view of the ocean and sunset. loved the "lime theme" going on, especially the lime scent in the lobby. It was a nice touch. Hotel staff were kind and attentive. The included breakfast was decent. I think the major thing for me is that the hotel is not handicap accessible. I traveled with family members who are in their 70s, so the stairs to get in the lobby were quite a task for them. There was staff always available help with your items, though. I thought it was kind of weird that children were included in the reservation but that I had to pay extra for breakfast.

Also we paid for breakfast and advertised that it is packed but on our 3rd day(2nd breakfast) they would not allow to pack us food since we need to leave at 6am for an early flight…. inconsiderate and not updated advertisement…..I would not recommend this hotel.

No high chair for kids in the dining room making it hard for us to eat with kids.

- Kaymee (9/5): Superb - Everything you need is just around the corner (convenient store, restaurant, laundry shop, cash machine). Only 5mins walk from the beach. Friendly staff, always greet you and smile. Pool area and bar is nice and relaxing. No lift going to the main entrance of the hotel. Some floors you need to use the stairs. But staff were helpful to carry your luggage.

- Vl.petrov96 (6/5): Perfect, except for always late breakfast and weak wifi - Good design, nice swimming pool (which is in rare use because the beach is near), clean, good spacious rooms on the 8th floor, friendly staff, good price. Packed breakfast is far from delicious, it's always cold. It's delivered to your room and if you order it to be delivered at 7 am, you'll probably have to remind them about it several times and hopefully get it by 8:30. It's so bad if you have a tour or flight in the morning. Wifi doesn't reach the bed area (particularly in the 8th floor room), we had to use our own mobile data. The phone stopped working after New Year's Eve and we had to go to the reception to remind of our breakfast again and again.
- Bindra_kunal (2/5): Avoid! Overpriced, basics absent, no restaurant, poor service - Relatively clean. Nothing much is good. Avoid this stay. Rooms - Basics were not working. Wifi wasn't connecting in our room (was a corner room on 7th floor with no router). Hand shower was non functional and curtain could not be pulled up. Food - they closed their restaurant post covid and breakfast is a boxed meal they serve at your room (quite cold & bad ; also they don't show flexibility if you are a vegetarian / vegan) Staff / Service - wants to help but is slightly incapable. Calling anything to the room was taking long & sometimes they forget altogether. Another thing was - When I did not get basic facilities in room, I was downgraded to another category room & it took me hours to discuss with them and align on a refund amount. Price - quite overpriced compared to other better hotels in the same station 2 area.
