• Ann (10/5): AWESOME!!! I'm coming back, Albatross!!! - It says it's an award-winning hostel. It's well deserved. Everything about it is FANTASTIC! From when I got there, the receptionist was SUPER friendly, having a lounge / kitchen area that's open until 2am. FREE tea and coffee! A bottle of water is ONLY 75p! It truly is EXCEPTIONAL value for money! I'm staying there again next time I'm in Newcastle. Maybe, the toilets could use a bit of regular cleaning, getting the rubbish out regularly. The shower room is EXCELLENT though!!

• Courtney (8/5): - I chose this hostel for cleanliness and it was indeed very clean! The shower cabinets are quite new, and nice. Bunks typical, squeaky, kinda crunchy, but the comforters are warm and fluffy. The place is kind of a labyrinth so you don't hear a bunch of people coming and going all night. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Absolutely would crash here again.

• Lyusiko (10/5): Чудове місце - Фото відповідають дійсності. В номері, санвузлах і душі чисто. На кухні є всі необхідні речі для приготування їжі самостійно, а також чай і кава в вільному доступі. Центральне розташування, 3хв до залізничної станції. Це не відноситься до помешкання, але вперше в хостелі зустріла настільки неадекватних людей. Коли я повернулась в кімнату ввечері, з мого ліжка переклали речі і зайняли його, поклавши валізу! на чисту білизну🤯. До пізньої ночі (після 0.30) продовжували спілкуватись і не вимикали світло. А потім з 5ї ранку клацали на лептопі... на мою думку, має бути повага до ін проживаючих (номер на 6 осіб).

Secure outside smoking area. Hot showers. Perfect location, 2 mins walk from Central Station. The toilets weren't so close to our room.

Staff was as helpful and courteous enough. Some Islamic chants/prayer renting the air at some point during the night was a bit of a discomfort for sleep I needed at that time.
