- Pradip (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast is paid for. Even then it was not up to the mark. Location of the hotel is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Too costly as compared to the facilities provided. Many hotels providing free breakfast and drop/pickup to/from nearby railway station. Very limited food choice. The foodtrays remain largely empty, one has to order from what is available and then have to wait for the food to come from the kitchen.

- James (2/5): Horrible - Checking out. The room was old and in very poor condition. Also on the Booking.com website the hotel listsed that the room we had booked had a "Patio" but there was no patio and we asked and were told none of the rooms had patios. That is just false advertising and I recently checked to see if they had removed the stated 'patio' from their room description and they had not even after I brought it to their attention. Another problem was we had to get and Indian SIM card and Airtel (the major carrier) said hotels will give you the name of the manager for the required reference. But this manager would not do it and instead sent us witha hotel employee to a small cell phone shop to get a SIM. While there I caught the hotel employee scrolling through my phone that I had let the shop owner have to inser the new SIM. The hotel employee should not have been snooping through my phone especially since I have personal sensitive information on my phone. Very poor manager and employee to have handled it this way. Another problem is the room security. The doors only have cheap push-button type locks that you would fin in your bedroom or bathroom. Not a secure lock for an entrance to a hotel room.

- Pradeep (4/5): I had booked early and had no choice to stay some were else. - The hotel location was fantastic as it's just walkable distance to Taj Mahal. Hotel has put the photos of other near by hotel and deceiving the customers, Room & Bath room fittings are very cheaply maintained. Not a great food at the hotel restaurant.

- Joshi (9/5): Great place to stay in Jaipur, Will surely rebook in future when planning to visit Jaipur. - Overall the stay was very nice. Exceptional I would say. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city. Also the locality area is nice. About the hotel I would say the interior of the hotel, restaurant and room is very nice. Has positive vibes. The food at the restaurant is also good but I personally felt it's bit costly. The staff is also very nice and supportive. Had stayed for 5 days, but hadn't faced any issues with hotel staff regarding anything. I would strongly suggest this property and also will book this property in future if I am traveling to Jaipur. I had only one problem regarding check out. I would not say the problem but I wish the hotel management should give some liberty to the customer who has stayed for a long duration. At the time of check in I had checked in at 8:30 pm so at the time of checking out I requested to extend my check out time from 12 pm to around 4 pm, according to me which can be compensated with my late check in. But the manager told me that for extending my check out for 4 hours it will cost me around 1700rs, which was too costly. I need the hotel management to kindly look into this so that in future if someone is having the same situation as mine that can be compensated and it will add more value to the property and it's hospitality.

- Dr (10/5): Staff is excellent - We liked everything of the hotel including the ambience, and the sumptuous food. It was indeed a clean and well maintained property. Car rental service provided by hotel is not budget friendly.

- Nayan (6/5): I paid Rs. 2200 but I don't think that the room was up to that standard. - I was staying in Room number 101, ground floor. The Bathroom fan was not working and therefore the inside environment of bathroom was absolutely intolerable. I had told the staff members couple of times but it wasn't solved. That made me absolutely doubtful that why they can't satisfy the customer by solving this sort of problem ? Though I was alone, but it was intolerable then think if there is family and everyone is using bathroom which exhaust fan is not working ( at room number 101, ground floor) how it would be tough for the customer to stay in that particular room ?
