The rooms were well maintained, housekeeping was consistent, and the stay felt smooth with no unnecessary hassles. What really stood out was the staff attitude and service quality, especially from the restaurant and housekeeping teams. Melony Thomas from the restaurant team deserves special appreciation. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about guest comfort. Her service made meals feel welcoming rather than transactional, which is rare and appreciated during a long stay. Mrinal Roy from the housekeeping team was equally impressive. The room was kept clean and organized throughout my stay, and he was polite, professional, and prompt whenever required. Because of people like Melony and Mrinal, the stay felt personal and comfortable, not just another hotel booking. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to business travelers looking for reliable service and courteous staff.

Initially room appeared dirty around the edges, but this was corrosion of the marble because of the cleaning agents used. Metro being built just outside and venue will be much better when completed. Toilet seat loose.

• singhsushmeet0013 (6/5): Common facilities and areas need huge improvement - Overall decent experience, room service was quick but somehow they managed to melt all the ice in stock and were not able to provide an ice bucket hence ordering in from Instamart, reception seemed more bias towards overseas visitors just asking if anything was taken from the mini bar and making us wait instead in order to send someone to the room to check weather anything was taken and a 50 lakh new car recently detailed and polished was brought back to be covered in filth and muck with an excuse that it rained which it didn’t because we were awake throughout through out the night. We keep visiting multiple properties throught India including country inn Amritsar regularly, this particular Bangalore branch needs to step it up!!!

So I contacted front desk, they shifted me into Deluxe one upgraded room for the remaining two days and that room was much luxury and comfortable, I literally enjoyed a lot. I had requested for a king size bed and they provided me first with a twin bed room for a single person with no information on check in. Afterwards they provided a king size bed room which was weird in shape. There was a big pillar in between next to the bed and the master switch was on that side which means you have to close the light from there and walk to the other side to get onto the bed. The breakfast was also not great where the toaster took more than 5 minutes to toast bread which would toast only on one side. The staff in the breakfast area were not professional The front desk was also not very helpful with requests. The location is the worst as it is in the peak traffic and construction area. There is no parking available so you have to wait another 10 minutes for the cab to reach you once you are in the lobby.
